It offers great value for money, especially considering how convenient everything is around the hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was the reception staff. The two male receptionists were extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout. They went out of their way to assist us and even allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, which made our travel plans much easier. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with genuinely kind staff. I would definitely recommend it."

"Overall, I liked the hotel. However, it definitely needs a renovation or at least a deep clean, especially the bathroom. The biggest issue was that the shower drain was completely blocked; the water would just stand and overflow. Standing in water while showering was very unpleasant. The rooms are small, and it felt cramped for two people. We had a tiny window looking out onto a wall, but it didn't bother us much since we only came back to sleep. The location is excellent, and that's the hotel's main advantage. The staff are responsive. Breakfasts are modest, but what was actually edible included boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, and two types of cheese. That was enough for us."

"This place works for an overnight stay before a flight, but definitely not during hot seasons! The rooms have no air conditioning and there's no elevator. The rooms are in need of renovation. Overall, it's clean, the bed is decent, and the shower and toilet are shared on the floor. It's a 300m walk to the tram station. It's central with many shops and cafes. You'll have to sleep with the window open, so bring mosquito repellent."

The floor was dirty, the toilet hadn't been emptied, and the shower head didn't work. I asked for a change, and they did it without any questions. The other room was cleaner, but not by much. I'd originally paid for a larger room, but they upgraded us to a smaller one. Oh well, it's fine for four days. The location is great. 5 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the bus stop if you need to get somewhere downtown by bus. Several grocery chains are within 10 minutes. The area is quiet and peaceful. The pool is small, but that's not a problem."

"Wanted an hotel in the center for treatments and a break. Great hotel for us, my daughter and I had a great week. The choice for buffet breakfast was amazing the staff were friendly and helpful.clean pool, towels provided, great shower, shower gel, shampoo,conditioner and hair dryer which saves packing space. The hotel booked our taxi back to the airport which was on time.Free air conditioning,fridge in room with daily stock of water. Kettle tea and coffee supplied. The only downfall was that the lifts where slow when called and limited plug sockets in our room, we always take and multi plug adapter and a light weight extension lead so wasn’t a problem for us. All in all a great place to stay if you want to be more in the centre rather than a beach holiday."
