Nice place for stay in Annecy Walking distance to all you want to go.

Receptionist gives great tips what to do in Annecy! She is really friendly and service minded! Worth a stay in Annecy! Only negative is perhaps the Breakfast. That has to be improved!

Perfect location for walking around and public transport. Room was very nice. Staff were friendly.

This is a lovely little hotel! I especially loved the reception staff; both the lady and gentleman were incredibly friendly and chatty. It's very close to the old town, the lakeside, the train station, and the bus station, all located on a shopping street. On the day of check-in, the lady at the front desk marked locations on a map, telling us which cheese fondue restaurants were good, which apple-shaped desserts had won awards, and where to rent bicycles. The next day, the gentleman at the front desk also chatted with us and taught us several ways to say goodbye in French. I absolutely loved this little hotel! The room also had a balcony and was clean and tidy, although the shower area was a bit cramped. I apologize for the late review; I didn't take any photos of the room. Annecy is so beautiful! Definitely worth a visit!

The hotel is conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Annecy train and bus station. The rooms are compact, but there's a small elevator and a paid breakfast. The bathroom is small but clean. The receptionist's English is limited, but they are very responsive. The room doesn't have a mini-fridge or tea/coffee bags; you can ask for a kettle, tissues, and coffee. Bathrooms in European three-star hotels are generally small and not suitable for taller individuals.

The location is great, but the internet is bad, it kept disconnecting and I had to re-enter the password, the hair dryer is terrible.
