"French hotels are incredibly stingy. Several hotels took our room keys after we left, some even refusing to return them. It was truly awful. All our charging devices ran out of power. They provided toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers, but even if you asked, they might not give them to you. They'd ignore you after you asked once, twice, or three times. Chinese hotels are so much better! French hotel breakfasts are absolutely terrible. The breakfasts in Italian, Spanish, and Austrian hotels are much better than in France. I don't understand why French hotels are so bad. The worst thing is that they don't provide water; they give you a glass bottle and tell you to get it yourself from the breakfast restaurant. This isn't environmentally friendly; it's garbage."

"It's very close to Annecy train station. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the place was clean. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was decent. Free coffee and bread were available in the afternoon. Overall, it was good value for money."

"Very good location, beautiful view of the city, good equipment, pre-service, beautiful breakfast/broadtime terrace. The only problem: The room under the roof was not cooled at the heat wave in June 2026 all night. At temperatures around 28 degrees Celsius, it was hardly possible to think of sleep."

"Perfect stay, but overpriced for what it is. We didn't have shower gel; the bottle was empty. And for breakfast, it's a real shame to serve all that cold cuts and cheese, especially since some people don't eat meat or pork and find it bothersome. Luckily, your employee was very attentive. But overall, the service is still mediocre for the price... too much noise at night, and in the lake-facing room, it was impossible to sleep... otherwise, the location is perfect, and the parking lot across the street is great and partially covered by the hotel."

"Location is good, it’s good in general, clean but be careful with maintenance as it’s start to be a little bit « overused ». Coffee for free on 1st floor but nothing in the room despite nice coffee machine, I thought they forget the capsules but no, it’s « normal ». Try to arrive early for perfect parking as not possible to book in advance"

"Brand new hotel beautifully renovated with high end furnishings. The inside is impressive and very welcoming reception staff. Our room was huge with separate toilet to the shower room. all Lights and shutter on door are all done with a touchscreen. Tea and coffee available could be a bit more generous with the milk ! Lot of cupboard space but not much hanging space. Excellent air conditioning. No fridge, iron or ironing board but very good hairdryer. The outside space is good but I think a parasol Would be welcome addition. The fan in the toilet and shower room did not work or the t.v. Reception were informed about this. The underground car park is very safe and secure with individual garages but the card did not work to open the gates so had to Abandon the car and walk back to hotel. The bar is beautiful and is a really nice Place to spend the evening. I think there will Always be a few teething problems with new hotels but all in all our stay was excellent and would highly recommend. The centre of Annecy is about. 15 min walk from the hotel"
