Shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer were provided, but you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Other hygiene services and breakfast were good. Luggage storage was available for free, and the elevator required a room card for security. Parking was available in the hotel's underground garage, but not free. There were many restaurants and bubble tea shops nearby, and a Uniqlo and Miniso were opposite the hotel. It was also very close to the subway station, which was quite convenient."

"The hotel by the lake in the small town had beautiful views from the balcony rooms. It was very close to the old town and the lake, and there were many restaurants and shops downstairs. The French breakfast at the hotel was excellent. It was a very happy holiday! I only realized I had lost one of my Bluetooth earphones at the hotel when I boarded the train. I found it through customer service, but I don't know if they can help me send it back. However, it didn't spoil my trip. I recommend it."

"I arrived near 23:00 due to the delay of TGV, but I was able to check in without any problems because I was politely informed by email about the door code and room keys. It was a lovely room based on yellow and was one of the cleanest rooms in France. It is located in the old town and close to Lake Ancie, so it is very convenient for sightseeing. Thank you for your nice stay."

"We stayed at this hotel for four nights during the Martin Fourcade Nordic Festival. Upon arrival, a charming young woman welcomed us kindly and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay a success. The triple room is comfortable, the bathroom is quite large and very practical. A real plus: the possibility of having a box for the car. The breakfast is generous and varied, and the home-style cuisine pleases everyone. The owner is smiling, attentive, and listens to her guests. This is a well-run hotel, where everything is well thought out and offers excellent value for money. We recommend it and will gladly return. Sylviane, Patrick, and Krystel."

"If I go to Annecy again, I want to stay here again. I even want to stay for a month. I think it was my favorite hotel during my 3-week trip to Europe. The parking lot was spacious, the indoor pool was great, and it was nice having Lake Annecy right in front. It was a bit of a walk to the city center, but not too far. Above all, the facilities were really clean and excellent."

And for breakfast, it's a real shame to serve all that cold cuts and cheese, especially since some people don't eat meat or pork and find it bothersome. Luckily, your employee was very attentive. But overall, the service is still mediocre for the price... too much noise at night, and in the lake-facing room, it was impossible to sleep... otherwise, the location is perfect, and the parking lot across the street is great and partially covered by the hotel."

"The owner of this establishment is anything but friendly. We are a sports association and had booked 2 accommodations through Booking for an event in Annecy which did not allow us to do so. While we had to cancel the reservations as soon as we learned about it, 2 months before the event, no refund was given to us and the accommodations were re-let. He therefore received twice the amount for these accommodations and he has no scruples and no understanding for our small association!!!!!!"
