We booked this hotel because the in door pool, it has been closed for 4 months is what the staff told us. We knew that the weather wasn’t the greatest. They mentioned it on their website, but didn’t tell Trip.com. Very disappointed.

Room is okay, no heat or cooling, broken, swimming pool has been out of order for four months, there is a notice at the hotel, but not informed to Trip.com This is why I booked this hotel. In the Ad and profile they show a beautiful indoor pool, Large glass building, this is what we thought we are getting, but the staff at hotel told us it has been closed for 4 months, they don’t know if they will reopen ever. This is very misleading. The weather report forecasted thunderstorms, and yes it was bad. I booked two rooms, very disappointed.

The hotel locates in the city center of Alexandria and provides good service. But the hotel is already outdated, and the room facilities are mediocre.

It was great. Accommodations were as stated. My family from out-of-state had a great time.

The room is clean and the beds are comfortable, but there are not many restaurants nearby.

The view is great, the facilities are complete, there are microwave ovens, refrigerators, and the hygiene is good. There are restaurants and pharmacies not far away. The front desk service is meticulous and answers all questions.

The indoor heating is not very good, it is always cold, I asked the hotel front desk, but they can't adjust it. The hotel's breakfast is a la carte, I didn't enjoy it because I didn't book breakfast. The hotel is cleaned very well every day, which is a thumbs up.

No one cleaned the room, hahahaha, it's completely self-service, just bear with it for the price. Overall it's not bad, the location is quite convenient. It's close to everywhere.

Very old Holiday Inn. When checking in, there were a lot of black people and refugees in the lobby. The room smelled moldy. The black people at the front desk were not very nice and patient. This is the worst hotel on this trip. It really affects the reputation of Holiday Inn.

The room facilities are relatively old. The breakfast is good. The service attitude is good and patient. The price-performance ratio is very high
