This hotel is very popular with Chinese guests. I encountered more Chinese travelers here than at any other hotel I've visited; during my entire stay, I only came across two foreign couples. It was mid-August, the off-peak season, so it wasn't overly crowded. In the evenings, there were sandstorms, preventing us from participating in any outdoor activities and forcing us to stay in our rooms. Even the private pool in our villa couldn't be used. The public pool only opened at 12 PM, but by then it was already too sunny and hot. As a result, I never managed to get any photos of the infinity pool, which was a real shame. The only good thing was the 3 PM late check-out. Our trip was too brief; I'd advise staying for at least two days. For dining, you can order room service. A portion of grilled chicken breast with bread and roasted vegetables is enough for one person and costs approximately 250 RMB. While expensive, it's still more affordable than dining at the hotel's other restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful. Visiting during the off-season was fantastic, as there were fewer crowds, making the overall experience much better. The kids absolutely loved both the sandboarding and dune bashing. The only minor downside was the camel riding location; it would have been much more enjoyable if we could have ridden up the hillside.

This desert resort, nestled deep in the heart of the desert and far from the city's hustle and bustle, felt like an overseas desert version of Tao Yuanming's 'Peach Blossom Spring' – a true oasis. To celebrate our child's first graduation season, we decided to temporarily step away from the relentless pace of life and found a moment of tranquility in this desert haven. The entire staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, always proactively responding to guests' needs. Our stay was simply fantastic. We booked a one-bedroom pool villa with breakfast and dinner included for three consecutive nights. We enjoyed three hotel activities: a Sunrise Camel Ride, Family Dune Bashing, and the Sunrise Falcon Show. The overall experience was superb. Since it was the low season in July, there weren't many guests, and my child and I even had the falcon show all to ourselves – it felt like a private viewing! Breakfast and dinner buffets were incredibly extensive, featuring delicious cuisine from all over the world. The dining ambiance and the quality of the food were both absolutely top-notch! And during the scorching summer heat, having our own private pool right in the villa was truly a blessing – it washed away all our fatigue and worries!

The hotel is quite old, and check-in was a bit slow. It has two pools, each offering a distinct experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. While the activities were generally mediocre and the hotel felt a bit overpriced, other arrangements were quite good. A convenient shuttle service was available to transport guests around the property from their rooms, making it an ideal choice for families and couples on vacation. Keep in mind that it's a two-hour drive from downtown Abu Dhabi.

I was thoroughly impressed with everything, from the warm reception in the lobby to the prompt on-call buggy service. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. You absolutely *must* order from the breakfast menu – that's where you'll find all the delicious gems! Waking up to the breathtaking, endless sand dunes was incredibly refreshing and inspiring. And for someone as particular about cleanliness as I am, the gym was spotless! Hands down, the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed at.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is stunning, especially the path leading up to the entrance – it's incredibly beautiful and very photogenic. Sunrises and sunsets are also fantastic for photos. The breakfast, in particular, was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Pros: A beautiful resort located in the desert. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering both buffet and à la carte choices. Cons: The shower head in my room was broken and nearly fell on me. There was absolutely no clear pricing for the minibar items; I couldn't find any price tags on or near the products. When I asked at checkout, they simply said the prices were 'in the room' – am I supposed to search the entire room for them? To make things worse, the final bill was incorrect, and I was overcharged. I wonder if I would have been unknowingly charged extra had I not insisted on a receipt.

Superb room! It was incredibly spacious, with a huge bed, a large bathtub, and a generously-sized balcony. Definitely opt for a room with a balcony. Sitting out there in the evening, feeling the gentle breeze, was incredibly relaxing, with stunning views of the distant sand dunes and a sky full of twinkling stars. This was by far my favorite hotel.

Very nice Resort in the middle of the desert, sourounded by sanddunes. Amazing infinitypool and great staff. A bit pricy especially in the high season and far away but worth visiting.

A truly unique hotel, like a castle in the desert, it instantly transports you into an Aladdin fairy tale. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the infinity pool makes it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Stepping into the resort felt like going into an Arabian castle, and the resort staff did not disappoint. Top notch service by everyone from check in to buggy drivers to wait staff and activity guides. Breakfast was excellent, very wide selection and very good quality. The only reason for my 3 rating was due to the food options outside of breakfast. Given that there’s no where else to eat, I found the food served at the restaurants quite average but quite pricey. (I did not manage to get a reservation at the Arabian restaurant as it was booked out ahead of time).

The resort is great. It feels like to be served as a special VIP all the time. The hotel provides Camel Ride, which is worth going to, especially for the sunset
