Relaxing stay here. Loved the front gardens. Room great views couldn't fault this hotel. Staff very friendly, and welcoming. The pool barmen very attentive and always remember your drink. Same with restaurant waiters never forget your drink order. Excellent. Will definitely be back. Amin with his jewellery nice, friendly and welcoming . Il remember the Bushmills next time.

Hoosni and daly and najem were so helpful the activities was 10/10 and the shows were perfect everything they said it would be was perfect if better and the hotel and best people I’ve ever met the food was amazing but not as amazing as the people

Fabulous service, staff care about customers and are passionate about customer service. Always smiling and they go above and beyond. The entertainment lads were amazing, lots to do. They kept my son and husband entertained! Clean rooms with daily housekeeping. Great Tunisian food. Don't go there looking for British and South Asian food. Tunisia is for Tunisian food. Try everything there are lots of choice of fish, chicken, lamb, beef and turkey. The grilled fish was amazing. Fresh veg, salads, fruit and desserts. Try the Harisa hot sauce. Honest and helpful tour rep. Gorgeous beach and pool area. I had a massage and my daughter a facial in the spa, that was fabulous! One of the best holidays that we have had.

I have just been here April 25. The ground floor of the hotel is exactly what you would expect, Marble floors, grand and very clean. The management and staff are the best, they cannot dp enough for you. The entertainment staff make your stay the happiest, they know you by first name and call on you - the do not pester you! Daly was like a younger brother to me the whole two weeks - great fun! Food was everything you required, as it was Easter time, the whole hotel had not been open, the full time food service area was being prepared for the next month. The beach is right at the back door and the pool area is clean and safe. Drinks available all day long and finally closing at 2300. The rooms were dated, and do need to be overhauled completely but we were out all the time and just used it for resting. Was it worth the money - absolutley. Thank you to all the staff.

5 stars hotel was in 2015 , now i would give to this hotel max 3 stars. Carpets on corridor disgusting, very dirty and old. We had renovated room so was not that bad but bath was dirty, no one bring us new shower gels after use , I have to ask reception for new one. Food good, very nice desserts, staff friendly, alcohol- nothing special , not much choice on all inclusive, staff asked to bring back the glasses to the bar "because they do not have enough glass for all guests " (they have 388 rooms and we was on the begining of the seson), swimming pool inside not to clean, u can see is old already. Shop on the hotel garden very expensive, u can use shop 5 min walk from the hotel- much cheaper. In the hotel u have guy who selling trips i belive his name was "Najem" - u have to negotiate the price , we had cammels and quads same day 180 dinars each. Spa centre very nice I took 1h all body massage - very relaxing. I will not choose this hotel next time- nothing special, but was not too expensive so was just ok.

This hotel is a jewel in the Tunisia crown Staff are just totally amazing Food great selection plus Deserts so fantastic Rooms big clean and modern . Weather a little hit and miss for time of year but will be be back Roll of honour for fantastic service Rakif was totally amazing in the restaurant service 5 star So lovely friendly and just brilliant . Chef and staff just great got me rolling and salad after 12am so big thanks Pool chap would get the beds ready nothing too much trouble . Waiters for drinks at pool great guys Animation team great we enjoyed the games Hotel is totally immaculate was better than we ever imagined on the beach Negative Gym dated and not included in price when it advised it was . We did advise Julie the rep she was great and sorted 3 days but they need to include in cost . It’s a dated gym so why charge Water in rooms need to be provided when daily cleaning of the rooms They do provide at bar if you remember to bring up . Drinks not very strong at all can’t wait to get home and get a proper drink ( didn’t ruin it but if your a drinker would buy a bottle duty free to bring out Top bar blue bar man Was the only disappointing member of staff . There daily , miserable and doesn’t fit with the rest of the amazing staff Highly recommend still here til Wednesday 2/4/25

This was our first trip to Tunisia and this hotel certainly gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. On arrival which was approx 10pm, the reception staff spoke great English, explained everything really well and our luggage was taken up to our room. We were also able to grab some food from the restaurant at about 11pm. Our room was traditional Tunisian, very spacious, lovely and clean. Our beds were made every day with fresh towels and sometimes fresh flowers. At this time of year there were plenty of sunbeds with very friendly staff who frequently asked us if we wanted drinks and bringing them to us. The indoor pool was lovely especially when there were some cloudy days and it was very clean with plenty of loungers. The restaurant was large and spacious with a wide range of lovely salads, hot vegetables, chicken, beef and fish. You could also have pasta cooked for you as well as Omelettes and pizzas. Plenty of drink available which the waiters brought to the tables. A lovely range of desserts and an option to try out traditional Tunisian and Italian food on certain evenings which you need to book for. Overall the choice and quality of food was great. However, there were some English people there who were quite frankly extremely rude and were spitting food out. If you want a full English or ham, egg and chips do not go to Tunisia as this isn’t the place for you. You need to be a person who is prepared to experience other cultures and try other foods, not expect English food to be served. The quality of the food was exceptional. A big thank you all the chefs and waiters too who work incredibly hard and are a real credit to the hotel. I would ignore the bad reviews as I suspect they are from people who are quite ignorant about other cultures or prepared to try different or new things - a great hotel with fantastic staff.

It was the worst hotel I've ever been to. Unspeakable filth, disgusting food, I don't recommend this hotel. I was supposed to stay for 13 days, I stayed for 3 days and went back home, I ruined my Christmas and New Year. Staff extremely rude. We got all inclusive, I went to the gym I have to pay £19 1h and half for 2 person. That hotel can be only 1 STAR, or better to be refurbished asap.

The food was good the staff were absolutely brilliant and can do enough for you Clean hotel with all you would need Entertainment excellent Hossni and Daly and san and yosra were all fantastic and would always make sure we were looked after and thought us some new dance moves / special thanks to our new friend Thomas from the bar who kept us supplied all week

The hotel is very lovely, the cleanliness is spot on and the rooms are spacious. The food is vast to choose from, 3 meals a day and snacks available as well. The staff are very friendly and happy to help as and when needed. The animation team is great, Hosni & Daly especially, entertaining us throughout the visit. Games, archery, bouls, darts and other fun evening games have made our time here a lot of fun. Definitely recommend, don't get put off by negative reviews, for being out of season, the hotel is well staffed and worth visiting.

Where do I start with this hotel. It’s a 5 star due to meeting that criteria but that is where it ends. We went during the low season and Ramadan and I have taken this in to consideration before writing this review. The front of office staff were polite on arrival we were a little shocked at the tourist tax cost 12d per night per person. Our room was very warm as the room does not come with working air conditioning we had a reverse fridge so anything you put in heated up. On which on speaking with the front office they sent an engineer up who first said we had turned it off even though the light was on, then they agreed it was broken and replaced it with a fridge with one that worked sort of but the door was broken and 20% of the seal was missing, I was not expecting it to be new but they had to clean it as it was filthy like it had been taken from a skip. Then we noticed no towel cards for the pool and no kettle in the room. Being seasoned travellers we always bring English tea bags. So again speaking with the front of house you have to pay 15d deposit for each towel and 50d deposit for the kettle. So another 80d (£20) on top of the 240d tourist tax. They do offer a late checkout option which they charge 10d per hour per person so that gets expensive very quickly. The room cleaner was good and very respectful her name was Suleth who on seeing the birthday made the room extra special well done. The facilities well most closed due to low season so we had darts and table tennis the pool table was shoved in the corner so you couldn’t use it. The indoor heated pool was very nice and warm and there’s always a lifeguard on duty although every time we went in he was a sleep on one of the sun loungers up the corner where he couldn’t see the water. The outdoor pool looks really nice has shallow and deeper sections 1.7m deep although the outside temperature was in the 20+ range the pool was cold but that’s not the hotels fault. The pool however is dirty please see pictures The food. Well what’s not eaten at breakfast is pushed to lunch and what’s not eaten from lunch is pushed to dinner. Food was limited due to not many guests but there is a pasta station when they plug it in yes really twice they hadn’t reeled the extension cable out and 6 times in 10 days it was even staffed and not because there wasn’t any staff but more because they couldn’t be bothered. The hot grill doesn’t open when the restaurant opens but when the staff can be bothered to open it and that’s the same for the juice section, ice cream and pizza. I never had nothing to eating but the restaurant is let down completely by the kitchen staff. They are always on their phones, late, rude and even one evening were having a food fight in front of the customers I kid you not. The pinnacle of my dining experience though was have to cut my own fruit and turn the juicer around after asking 3 different members of staff for a drink, then they just stood there and watched.
