"I'm currently at this hotel room 383. There are pluses and minuses. It's a dated hotel for sure inside and out it needs a full makeover. Romm is a decent size but dated, had a fridge but they don't put the bottled water in it, today was 46 degrees centigrade,why have a fridge then? Aircon is included, well it would be if it was any good, thanks no asthmatic blowing through a straw, currently 29 Deg at 9.30pm. I'll go and get a cold drink then to cool down! Every bar wether it's the pool bar, horrible dirty place or the beach bar, a shed with no fridge so only beer is chilled sort of, all soft drinks are warm, did I mention it's 46 degrees today at the beach? Or the lobby bar ALL have big queues, loddy bar tonight at 9pm 25 people deep. Breakfast is poor, no way round putting it any other way, snacks at the grubby pool bay no better, evening meals are better more choice but hopefully he queues for everything, and nothing is covered, no lift up tray to keep food warm and more importantly, flu free. Rooms have a bath with a shower over, did I say it was dated? The sealer around the bath is epic, must have used a full tube and a tea Spoon to apply it, yet the bathroom still floods, it's no exaggeration, we have sed 3 towels clearing only up, and the hall way.. The beach is a fair walk through the grinds and is nice powder white fine sand, the see is shallow and no waves to speak of so no big current, nice for kids, several large jelly fish were pulled out each morning, not the hotels problem but be aware. It isn't anywhere near a European 4 ⭐, drinks, 1 beer, red, white and rose wine mostly warm or slightly chilled, handfull of local spirits, nothing to shout about, always served in tiny glasses or plastic type glass, never filled so you're always thirsty and you have to carry as many as your I can to save getting back in that bloody queue, not what you want when it's 46 degrees in the day and 28 at night. Nowhere near enough sunbeds at the pool, which start getting filled at 5.30am with towels but a good 25% don't get used until the afternoon due to greedy ******. Sunbeds at the beach are more readily available until about 9am then they are full, probably by the same people saving a pool sunbed. All staff I have met have been kind and helpful, always say hello So a quick round up, if you're thinking to stay here I would look for a bit more upmarket it's worth the extra few pounds, it's you're holiday, it's cheap because it's in need of work so it attracts the cheap seat type of customer, 4 kids , no control while the parents stand in queues to get hammered. Think it's the worst I have stayed at and I've been to 25/30 hotels over the years"

"We stayed here as a family of 5 (4 adults, one child) for ten days, spanning the 8th-18th (check out today), and the experience was absolutely brilliant. The weather lacked at times, but the hotel had so many things to do, including an indoor pool that was lovely and warm, that it hardly mattered. From the rooms, to the amenities, the staff were so incredible. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. An amazing experience for me and my family, and if you want to relax with a brilliant, scenic environment, this is the place for you. There was a member of staff in the lobby that made our experience amazing. Nowful ( نوفل ) went above and beyond, and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and really made sure we felt happy. No matter our asks or questions, he really helped so much and he was a big reason why our stay was so amazing. He helped with our bags on the final day, and we’re really thankful for everything he did for us. If you come to this hotel, he will be your highlight. Another staff, primarily in the food hall, called Freddie (فريدي), who was older in age, but was absolutely incredible. His kindness, banter, and excitement with each of the residents here was brilliant, and it was a massive highlight to our holiday. The ladies cleaning our room (390 + 392) were amazing. The care they put into our rooms, and the effort in which they cleaned and took care of our things were really touching. My parents speak Arabic, so they had a lot of banter, but we heard them doing it in English & French with other people in the hotel, so it was just a lot of fun. I really admire the fact the rooms were take care of so meticulously because cleanliness was a really important factor for us when booking our holiday, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The food, the rooms, the amazing amenities, the entertainment during the day & the shows at night, the staff, even the things to do out of the hotel were just fantastic. 10/10, and I really can’t recommend it enough. Your holiday here will be brilliant regardless, but it’s truly the staff that bring it to life."

"Where do you start,what an absolutely disgusting hotel there is no such thing as hygiene cleaning tables with dirty clothes wash cups in dirty water no dish washer anywhere near the snack bar cleaning around the pool with there bare hands,no dust pan or brush,after 6pm there is only one bar where you can get a drink and it takes ages to get served in a reception that has no air conditioning,the pool was also shut down on at least 4 occasions as people decided to defficate in there,food was totally in edible and we were all inclusive and had to eat out most nights,all but a couple of sunbeds are all damaged and if your not up and getting a bed by 7am then your not getting one,myself my wife and my daughter all have had diarrhea and still have stomach cramps after arriving home today..please please give this hotel a massive wide birth if your English.. 4 star my **** more like 1 at best...😡😡😡😡😡😡"

"I have stayed at Green Park 3 times. The hotel provides a chilled relaxed atmosphere. It’s not a hotel for partying . Staff are pleasant and couteous . The bar manager Lotvi is attentive and professional is. My waiter at breakfast and dinner, Mahmoud was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble . The dining experience has definitely improved since previously, with more problem solving and visibility from all members of staff . I feel the quality of food could still be improved. When I choose to eat at local grill barbecue cafes, it reflects the poor quality of fish then being served at the hotel. It was lovely to come back for a return visit and feel welcomed . The hotel is spotless and the new Director has encouraged very positive changes. I am very thankful to have enjoyed another beautiful stay and I will continue to return to Green Park ."
