Enjoy the stay in hotel pin jiaoxi, with many good amenities (such as game room and outdoor hot spring) and service is excellent. They even have events during my stay which provided children many joy and also free snacks 👍🏻 hot spring in the room also make it easily enjoyable any time in your preference.

The hotel is great, the private hot springs in the room is definitely the biggest selling point here. The hotel staff are very helpful, we requested to change our rooms to higher floor and they helped straight away, so thankful. Enjoyed the bubble water provided on each floor, great choice by the hotel. The only downside is the afternoon tea and supper, it's designed for kids and so understandably with lots of fried food. If the hotel can just add some fruit into the variety, that would be truly great 👍.

Location is great, walking distance to train station. This is a private hot springs in the room. Staffs are helpful and attentive. Queen room 26m2 is quite big.

Very close to bus station and hotel from 2 pm to 4 pm have free afternoon tea with wine. 8 pm have night snack 

Nice and cosy hotel. Love the in room hot tub. There is family mart across the carpark. Downside: breakfast not much variety.

PERFECT STAY FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS HOT TUB IN ROOM MAKES THE ENTIRE STAY REALLY WORTHWHILE. small arcade zone for kids to play for free in hotel. Definitely will come stay again if back in Jiaoxi.

This is an excellent hotel! It looks clean and posh; both interior and exterior and there is a hot spring tub in the room! Room is not that extremely big but is good enough for the 3 of us! Hotel staff lady warned us of big group during our stay and prealerted us in advance to come early for breakfast in order to avoid the massive jam. What a good gesture! Breakfast spread is good and I like the overall hotel vibe. Regretted that we should have stayed for another night if time permits! Nothing else to fault, all almost perfect!

Great stay! They have complimentary supper at the restaurant. Room amenities were great, with baby cot, baby bathtub and guard rails.

The hotel prides itself on being eco-friendly, so they don't offer disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, or room slippers. The amenities are quite modern. I particularly enjoyed the bathroom with its onsen and the separate toilet area.We felt the aftershocks of the 7.2 magnitude earthquake in Hualien. The staff remained composed, assisting guests in relocating to safer areas.Overall, it was a delightful stay.

Booked this hotel thinking it’s a hot spring hotel and read the reviews saying the breakfast is very good, hence was willing to pay more for this booking. But after 2 nights stay there, sadly to say that the tub is just normal water and not hot spring, and the breakfast was nothing wow. However i would highlight that the vegetarian options are not bad, can let the staff know and there’s a separate menu (3 dishes; soup, radish cake, and stir fried noodles). Do note that if you’re staying over the weekends, you’ll need to choose a slot (2 slots iirc) for breakfast which kind of disrupted our plans. Overall the stay was pleasant.

The hotel is located near the Jiaoxi train station, within 10min walking distance. The room is cozy, clean and neat. The hot spring is enjoyable and the tub is clean too! Hotel staff are super friendly and offer extraordinary services. The breakfast buffet comes with quite a wide range of food options. You can buy the voucher on their website for a cheaper deal. They even provide complimentary afternoon tea with simple snacks and desserts for guests (free white wine!). Overall very nice stay here!! Strongly recommended for couples ❤️
