I specifically booked a non-smoking room, yet the room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke upon arrival. The smell was overwhelming and clearly had not been addressed prior to my check-in.

Not sure why the hotel needs a different name when the lobby and reception is under its main hotel. Makes it confusing. Also it is quite a walk to what is actually the annex building. However, the location is very good. The staff are nice and helpful. I did find my room dusty and there’s a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. We aired the room, came back and the smell was still there throughout our stay. Found one of the towels had a stain as well…

The stuffs are very friendly. Help helped me solve a lot of problems when I just arrived in the hotel and they taught me how to use Alipay and WeChat pay since I first time use them and they also guide me to the travel transportation. The location is excellent. I strongly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Walking distance to airport bus, subway and shopping areas. Clean room. Good services, however, the reception forgot to give me a breakfast voucher so I had little problem at the breakfast area. They sent me later by a robot. The hotel sign at the front is different from what shown in Trip.com (this could be confusing to find).

Good environment hotel Great location with lots of nice food and malls within walking distance. Enjoyed the shower with consistent temperature and water pressure!

I found the listing to be extremely misleading. The room temperature is unbearably hot even hotter than the corridors, which were noticeably cooler. We booked a three-night stay based on multiple positive reviews but were disappointed from the start. Upon check-in, the staff informed us that, due to the change of season, it was recommended not to turn on the air conditioning as it would only deliver hot air. Since the hotel operates on a centrally controlled system, they claimed there was nothing they could do regarding the adjustmentof the temperatureand we cant really change the temperature from the control panel as well. Following their advice, we turned off the air conditioning. On the first night, the room became so unbearably hot (around 28–29°C despite 12°C temperatures outside) that we had to wake up and call the front desk in the middle of night. It was only then that we were told there was a cooling fan system available in the room, something that was never mentioned during check-in. On the second night, we followed the staff’s previous instructions, but the room remained unbearably hot. Their only solution was to provide a second cooling fan—yet both fans barely circulated any air. By 2 AM, we had no choice but to demand a room change as we were woke by the hot temperature ONCE AGAIN . Asked for a room change, but was told the alternative room will have the same issue as there is no window. I explained that in the case switching to the same condition rooms wouldn’t resolve the underlying temperature problem. Eventually, we were offered a smaller room with a window and advised to open it for ventilation. This would have been reasonable—except the so called "window" is facing a wall which I'm not sure where it lead to . It was also at this point that we realized the two cooling fans that was offered in our original room was barly functioning, as the same air cooling system in the new room was clearly blowing stronger and wider air, making it noticeably more effective than what we had in the previous room. While the new room was having a cooler temperature, the downgrade in size was clearly frustrating. Additionally, the charging ports in our original room barely worked—our phone only charged 3% in seven hours overnight. I appreciate that the staff tried their best to assist us, but my main concern is: Why did we have to repeatedly demand and escalate the issue just to get a reasonable solution? I understand it was a busy season, and the room change eventually helped, but why were we downgraded in size instead of offered an equivalent alternative? Most importantly, the listing advertised air conditioning—yet in reality, it was completely nonexistent. If it doesn’t function properly, it should not be listed as an available amenity.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the rooms are pretty and spacious very comfortable sleep I loved the natural details and feel. They are accommodating and make it feel like home. The staff is excellent mostly Nana, i would definitely stay again and recommend thank you

Near to chun xi road. Just few minutes walk from ChunXiLu station (line 2). Clean and spacious room. Amenities well provided.. very accommodating even allow late check up without charges. Highly recommended.
