Rather old design hotel. Location is centralised. No water provided. Tv channels wasnt clear as well.

Stay was reasonably comfortable, location is also good as accessible by trains. Also near to many eateries. Check in and check out processes were also fast. One bad thing is the water heater as the temperature of the water is not easily controlled. It is either too hot or too cold.

A big shout out for their service and front desk. Everyone is so helpful and always put on their smile to the guests.

Excellent location right next to Rochor mrt station. Furnishing is a little retro and dated, but very clean and neat. Good choice and good location

Soundproofing is very poor. Ppl walk & talk outside also can hear clearly in the room, I can’t sleep at night due to some ppl talking loudly outside the room!! Bed and pillow is very bad quality, bed is too soft, not good for the back, my back is so pain, pillow is too thick and hard, my neck is so pain, weird smell in the room… the water pipe at the basin also very funny design,,, the water can’t come out evenly, the basin is clogged also and water is very difficult to go away 🫤🫤

Staff is not friendly, no smiling greeting upon approaching. Booking with breakfast, but not reflecting in their system. Every morning have to explain to the restaurant staff that I did paid for breakfast and show check in voucher which is really troublesome. Breakfast option is little and repetitive every morning with a lot of processed food product. Room is generally clean and comfortable.

Title: Disappointing Anniversary Stay with Construction View Review: My partner and I recently stayed at Village Hotel Albert Court to celebrate our anniversary, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Despite requesting a higher floor with a good view, we were dismayed to find ourselves facing a construction site. This was hardly the romantic backdrop we had hoped for on such a special occasion. On the bright side, the cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. However, we were surprised to discover that only one set of soap and shampoo was provided for the both of us. This oversight meant that we had to ration these essentials, which was far from ideal. To add to our disappointment, both the TV and ceiling fan were out of order throughout our stay, detracting from our comfort and enjoyment. One positive aspect of our stay was the convenient location of the hotel, with various shops nearby. Overall, while the cleanliness and location were satisfactory, the lack of attention to our requests, insufficient amenities, and malfunctioning facilities left us feeling disappointed with our anniversary stay at Village Hotel Albert Court.

Location very close to Rochor station around 250 m only . The Reception Miss Pashmini is giving excellent service , bell Boys All friendly n helpful . One other Reception Lady too much busy n not responding friendly ,when I called to inquiry . The other Man Reception John service not bad .

It’s a good location. Near to Little India MRT and Tekka Market. It’s about a 15 min walk to Bugis MRT. There are some restaurants around this area, but if you want cheaper food, go to Tekka market. But it’s mostly Indian cuisine. The room was huge and looks lovely.

very friendly and strategic place and easy to find using the MTR Rochor line and close to Litle India and Bugis only a 5 minute walk

Parking is free below the building. Walking distance to bugis. Necessary amenities are available.

Overall stay has been comfortable. Perhaps the hotel can consider providing bottled drinks as not all guests are comfortable drinking from tap water including myself. The front line staffs are pleasant and courteous. Enjoyed my stay.

Overall cleanliness needs to be improved. Stained bedsheets, chair cushion, and dusty floor.
