Had a good stay. From checking in to check out no challenges for my 2 days stay.

Firstly the location is very good, next to the subway station and there are many good food around. However, the room condition is quite disappointing. My room is at the basement floor maybe that’s why it’s very very humid that the paper and clothes in my room feel wet :( The biggest problem is fungi and mold all over the room wall and floor! It’s too much that makes you feel scared :( The room is not clean at all. (There are more than this but i feel too creepy to take more picture. Plus the black dirt on the floor and TV and everything.) As far as I know there is no cleaning service (i’m too busy to ask and no one came picking up the garbage nor changing the towels for 3-4 days until i need to request the new one by myself). Nearby places full of people smoking. The staffs are not so friendly, not so kind and not very helpful.

Nice and near station

We found a big beast in our room as soon as we arrived. The manager immediately offered us another room. The room was a bit basic, but close to the metro. Very poor insulation; we heard the neighbors having sex the two nights we stayed there.

Metro and bus stops are within walking distance. There are many cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. The staff brought the suitcases. Of the minuses, only very good audibility in the corridor, slamming doors and people talking were always heard.

Very small room, almost nowhere to step. There is no elevator and it is troublesome to carry large luggage.

Check-in was from 23:00, but I was glad that I was able to check in after 20:00, probably because I had a carry case. It was close to the exit of the station with the escalator. There are few train transfers to go anywhere! There was water in the refrigerator! where it was bad ・The room smelled bad (cigarette and water smell) ・If you don't ask for a towel, you can't get it replaced. Depending on the staff, you will be sent to pick it up from the shelf yourself ・When you turn off the light, the ventilation fan also stops, so the bathroom does not dry. It stinks when the bathroom is left open ・I can hear the voices of the people next door. ・The floor is slanted. ・The bed was half submerged. ・Insects are flying. (I have pesticides) I probably won't go again.

Location is difficult to find
