Simple and elegant hotel with great service. The staff very helpful and happy. The quality of breakfast/brunch is great. Lots of shops around.

It’s ok. Location is great for the party life but the view from the room was not exactly holiday dream.

My first word on this hotel stay is that, they offer fantastic breakfast/ brunch! Hot dishes, salad, toasts, yogurt, fruit and many more. Freshly made, attractive flavor, and the chef continues supply from morning to noon. I am impressed of the quality of catering. Also the hotel manager upgraded my room, spacious with seaview. I'd appreciate to hotel staff. This is a great experience.

The hotel is very cheap and of a decent standard for the money. It’s in the centre of town and had free parking close by. I would recommend for a weekend or short break

Great location just few minutes walk from train station and 15 mins from airport by taxi (£10). The free brunch was delicious and a big plus with a lot of varieties. The gym and pool were good. Generally the facilities were great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and air conditioning. The bathroom was great with hot powerful shower and bath and toiletries. Highly recommended.

Close to the center of Torremolinos, 5 minutes walk from the train station, M110 downstairs to Malaga, fare 1.75 euros, 2.6 euros by train from the airport, simple and clean room, cups, thin blankets, toothbrush slippers need to bring their own, no kettle. There are several lounges in the lobby, a large reception room, a bar, machine coffee 2 euros, and machines selling snacks, the restaurant is very large, every morning from 8:00 to 1:00 more to provide a rich breakfast, the front desk is very enthusiastic, always provide help, very close to the outlet, walk one stop, the beach is a distance, downstairs opposite there is a panda Chinese restaurant, seafood fried rice is super delicious, the price is 6.95 euros, take the M110 bus to Malaga, get off at the IKEA station, there is a Buffet Asiel nearby, 17.5 euros per person, with seafood barbecue buffet, need to order drinks. There is a big Chinese supermarket downstairs, the prices are very cheap, the hotel is very convenient to go anywhere, I will choose it again next time I go to Malaga, but I have a tip: although the temperature in Malaga is 20 degrees, it is sunny but cold, so it is recommended to wear a thick coat or a thin cotton coat.

The hotel isn't bad. But the reception service leaves a lot to be desired. They made me pay for another reservation because I mistakenly booked the day before, and when I arrived in the middle of the night, they told me to submit the cancellation request through the app, that there was no problem with them. The morning before I left, I spoke to Rosa at reception about my situation, as the app told me the hotel hadn't yet approved the free cancellation. When I mentioned this to the lady, she insisted she hadn't received an email, and when I showed it to her, I told her, of course, you have to click the request refund button. Well, I left convinced she had. And it turns out I got the email, and I saw on the app that the hotel rejected my request. After having made me pay for a new reservation.

First of all, brunch is from 8 am to 1:30 pm, unlimited dining, in fact, no one cares whether you are a hotel guest or not, just go and eat. Compared with other local hotels, the quality of this breakfast is quite good, classic English breakfast, but the coffee is terrible, the kiwi juice is good. The room is very ordinary, there is no quilt, only sheets, and the sound insulation is very poor. The chair upstairs and the conversation next door can be heard clearly. The bus M110 to the city is just downstairs, which is very convenient. It is not far from the train station. There are free parking spaces around the hotel, but it is difficult to grab.

Everything was great, I recommend it to other travelers who want peace and good service.

There are bugs in the room. There is no quilt. The pillows and bedding are very poor.
