Very special experience to drive and stay there in a real desert. Services are good but unfortunately there is only two restaurants to choose from and little facilities and activities nearby to enjoy more on desert activity of desert camping.

Extremely friendly staff, very nicely designed hotel and large pool. Unfortunately, drinks (even non-alcoholic), spa and activities are very expensive.

except flies around the table in the restaurant which is annoying, everything is fine. And don’t expect the service level as high as a south east asia resort

It's about an hour's drive from Abu Dhabi. There's a section of desert road before arriving, but the road is in good condition. Even though we were the only car on the road, we arrived quickly and weren't worried. It's very convenient for self-driving tours. The entire resort is very charming and photogenic. While the desert isn't as vast and boundless as one might imagine, the facilities are good and the staff are very friendly. The Italian restaurant doesn't serve food in the summer, but the food was very satisfying.

Except for the average view of Shamo, everything else is perfect. The facilities are sufficient. It is worth recommending

The room environment is very desert-like, large and clean, and it really feels like an old resort.
