Mixed Experience – Great Location but Needs Better Maintenance Stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. Pros: • Easy to locate as it’s along the main road and attached to a mall. • Plenty of eateries within walking distance. • There’s a nice park nearby for evening walks, beautifully lit up. • The staff were exceptionally pleasant and very accommodating, which was a highlight of the stay. Cons: • The hotel feels poorly maintained—many things in the room seemed to be falling apart, from the window handle to the shower head. • Rooms are quite small, and all three tiers of rooms offered are the same size. • Breakfast was disappointing for the price—aside from the egg station, everything else seemed precooked or from instant packets. The bread was extremely hard. • The swimming pool looked murky and appeared unmanned. • Despite the attached mall, many attractions were still under renovation, leaving only the usual eateries open. • Parking was quite confusing, and finding the hotel parking took time. • Room service only starts after 4 PM, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location and great staff, but the maintenance, room quality, and breakfast experience need significant improvement.

I recently enjoyed a short but memorable getaway with friends at Cyberview Resort, and it was exactly what we needed to unwind. The resort offers a peaceful environment surrounded by lush greenery, creating a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a touch of traditional charm. We especially loved the comfortable beds and the private balconies that overlooked the gardens. The pool area was a highlight — well-maintained and ideal for both relaxation and fun. Service was warm and attentive. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. We also had a great time at the resort's restaurant, where the food was delicious with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, Cyberview Resort was the perfect setting for quality time with friends. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or simply catching up over coffee, the serene surroundings make every moment feel special. Highly recommended for a short and sweet escape!

Stayed here before for work and now staying again with family. Although I booked the smallest room it was still very large for us, as it is apartment styled there was also many amenities and facilities to use. Honestly price wise (considering the room size & facilities) is not bad as well! Always love to stay in this area as well because there's a mall (connected to this hotel directly) and so many good food in the neighbourhood. Would recommend this area for people staying in KL who wants to try more things than Bukit Bintang/KLCC :)
