What an awesome camp,
each night, there is an event organized such as games, expeditions…
Their are lockers to keep your belongings in, but we feel very safe even if you left everything on your bed
This is very huge and you can make friends of your age easily as long if you want (and if you are young enough)
You can order *******, there is a pick up place inside the youth hostel, or buy snacks or utility stuff at the end of the corridor.
There is only one electrical plug in your bed but there are many on the rooftop where everyone goes to play the evening.
I spent 3 good nights out there.

There was a very cute cat! The hostel staff were very welcoming and accomodating and helpful. The Hostel was in a great location, with a convenience store in the same building and a metro station down the road. Rooms were very well kept and everything was tidy. The toilet seats were heated and fancy. Definitely reccomend!

The location is not far from the subway station, five minutes walk. Because of the new opening, the price is relatively affordable. It is worth living in Hangzhou South Railway Station. It is still very recommended!

This was my first time staying in a youth hostel, and after browsing many options, I finally chose this one. My overall experience was fantastic!
Upon entering the guest area from the lobby, there's a dedicated shoe cabinet, and guests are required to switch into slippers. The common area offers billiards, board games, and a selection of books. The shower rooms and toilets are separate, and there's also a laundry room. My quad room was very quiet and clean, and my roommates were friendly. Each bed has its own reading light, and with the bed curtain drawn, no outside light gets in, providing excellent privacy.
The location is fantastic, very close to West Lake, Intime Department Store, the subway station, and Hangzhou Station, making transportation incredibly convenient.
I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended!
As a solo traveler, I absolutely love staying in hostels. The location is excellent and easy to find, surrounded by shops, so you're spoilt for choice when it comes to food. Right behind it is a residential neighborhood, making it easy to grab some fruit or other essentials, and it's a wonderful opportunity to get a feel for the local Hangzhou life and its older generations. The rooms are quite spacious, and I really liked that the communal bathrooms have separate shower and toilet areas. It's not far from the metro station, and taking a taxi to the scenic spots is quite affordable.

**This hostel truly *gets* young travelers!** I'm absolutely obsessed with this hidden gem of a hostel, tucked away in the old town! From the moment I stepped in, I was instantly smitten – the industrial-chic blended with a soothing natural wood design, the lush plant wall, and the comfy lounge area are all incredibly photogenic, making every shot a winner. The dorm beds feel like futuristic space pods, boasting full blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, and individual reading lights. And for those midnight bathroom runs, there are even motion-sensor floor lights – talk about impeccable attention to detail! The common area is an absolute social hub! This massive 200㎡ space is cleverly divided into an entertainment zone and a cozy book nook. The manager, a '90s kid, is a pro at setting the vibe, organizing nightly board game sessions that instantly bring travelers from all walks of life together. And the location? Absolutely unbeatable! Just around the corner is a snack street that locals rave about, and you're only a 10-minute walk from major attractions. To enjoy this level of quality for only a few tens of RMB per person? It's an absolute dream come true for budget travelers! I've already been enthusiastically recommending it to all my friends; calling it the 'pinnacle of hostels' truly isn't an exaggeration!

Facilities: The youth hostel is very unique. It is a youth hostel converted from an old house in the south. It is all in the style of Jiangnan folks and has the atmosphere of old Shaoxing. When I stayed there, the hostel was being renovated.
Environment:
The room is an ordinary six-person room. It is located in the old city of Shaoxing, 400 meters away from the subway, 300 meters away from Lu Xun's hometown, Sanwei Bookstore is all around, and there are many attractions. The price is very affordable. If you are here for tourism, it is recommended to stay for one or two days, and you can basically see all the main attractions in Shaoxing.
Hygiene: The bathroom in the six-person room is a public bathroom in the yard, which is a bit inconvenient in winter. Other room types also have separate bathrooms.
It is 1.2 kilometers away from the hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy and the Eight-Character Bridge. It is recommended to take a taxi or ride a bicycle.
If you are here for tourism, it is recommended to stay for a few days, and you can basically see the old city of Shaoxing.
Coffee or homemade rice wine Snacks peanuts or fennel beans: There is rice wine, and the taste is average.

I think their house is quite convenient in all aspects. There is a shower room on the first floor. The shower room is the kind that separates wet and dry areas. You don't have to worry about your things getting wet. This is quite good and convenient. You can go directly to the room. There is a cabinet inside. It also provides the air conditioner you want. The weather in Hangzhou is quite extreme in summer and winter, so it would be much better if there is air conditioning. I like this more. And it is remote controlled. The remote control is placed on the bay window, and you can adjust the temperature yourself. These are relatively convenient. The details are well done, so I like their home and live in it more. I will come to their home next time. I recommend them. The cabinet is very large, and the items in the cabinet can be placed directly in the cabinet, because suitcases and tire pressure can also be placed. I feel that 24 inches are all OK, and there is a place to charge and a light on the bed.

The address in Amap was completely wrong, so I struggled finding the hostel. I had booked it because of the metro being nearby, which was not the case in the end. BUT, this made me a new local friend who showed me the way, so it turned out well.
It is situated in the main area, so to get anywhere, you'll walk through the hustle & bustle, but it's in a calm street, so you don't have any noise inside.
Some of the staff spoke English or used translation tools, but not all of them. But they were very kind. Also, it was cheaper to extend directly with the hostel and pay them instead of rebooking online.
I met some really amazing people in my dorm, which also added to my Hangzhou experience.
The WiFi sometimes didn't work so well, but that's just very usual in China I find.
They have free (mostly hot) water, and you can also buy water bottles from them.

The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around.
While you could see staff cleaning, and it was generally clean, the bathroom had a noticeable odor. Frankly, the shower area was so unappealing that it made me not want to take a shower.
Considering the price point and location, it's understandable that other aspects were just average.
However, the worst part was the front desk staff's terrible attitude. When I went to pick up my stored luggage, they wouldn't even let me use the restroom. I was picking up my bag at 11 AM, an hour *before* the standard 12 PM check-out time. I could have easily gone straight upstairs to my room, but out of courtesy, I stopped at the front desk to inform them. Yet, they flat-out refused, offering irrelevant excuses like my luggage being in the 'wrong place'.

GGuest UserBackpackers Ten Years truly lives up to its name! The rooms are spotless, and the service is excellent. The cleaning staff tidied up the common areas early in the morning, even before most guests were awake. The beds were perfectly clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep! They also offer a laundry area with dryers, so all essential facilities are well-covered. Even after checking out, you can store your luggage for free on-site. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, had an exceptionally friendly and positive attitude. I just found out they've opened a branch in Guangzhou and am already looking forward to staying at Backpackers Ten Years there on my next visit!
AAnonymous UserThe advantage is that the original apartment is retained, the toilet and shower are separated, and both have windows. And towels, paper towels and toothbrushes are provided? The bedding is comfortable and dry. The toilet is also a smart toilet. The shower facilities are too poor, and the shower water is very small. The boss is not willing to invest in this aspect.
The bad places are not hygienic: 1. There are a lot of hairs, which cannot be seen if you don’t look carefully on the dark floor, 2. There is a lot of dust under the bed in the early morning. I don’t know if the toilet cover was not cleaned by the guest or what. It is recommended to use a disposable cover. The room is located on the 35th floor and it is very inconvenient to enter and exit because there are only two elevators downstairs that can go up, especially inconvenient during the evening rush hour.

GGuest UserPerhaps the best accommodation I've had in China. Exciting views, clean space, intelligent staff (no speaking in English but they have good translate gadget, so no problem), clean and soft beds and rest/bathrooms, also each evening it's possible to join in table games with another Chinese people in the hostel. If you're hungry, thirsty and lazy to go outside, you can buy the same instant noodles and drinks from staff.
The only problem is location. It's quite far from subway and main Hanzhou sights.

MMaxChongCheck-in staff and in house staff were really patient, respectful, and helpful. Asked them for direction and they kindly searched for it.
This is a dormitory style homestay with shared room and bathroom. We stay in a private room with a private bathroom and toilet.Has hot water with good pressure. Non smoking room. Room is clean but mattress is really old and should be replaced. The tatami layout is nice with a simple sitting area.Recommend for owner to install more clothes hanging hooks for convenience. No tv in room.
They have a large common area with regular and hot water dispenser. Many table and chairs for use.
Location is far from city centre but within 10km by metro. Same distance to the west lake
