The room was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk in the morning was super friendly; on our first day, he showed my friend how to use the coffee machine at breakfast. Breakfast itself was simple, with pastries, cereals, milk, and juice. The hotel has a really cozy vibe, and its location is great—just a 5-minute walk from Mudan Metro Station. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely book here again.

The location is very good when eating and sleeping in Mars. Above all, parking was very convenient than other motels. The room was big and it was a little cold at dawn.

The bigger bath towel is only given 1 piece for a double room that I booked for 2 nights. Toilet paper need to be thrown into the rubbish bin and yet there’s no bidet at the toilet bowl. Would recommend adding this feature. Room is not cleaned after one night stay. Not too sure if you’ll need to make special requests. The room has an aircon unit but the Aircond were switched off centrally and cannot be used. Room has floor heating so the room is warm. You’ll need to open the window to let the cool air in. Stayed during Jan in winter. Hotel is a tad old. The basin has no stopper and turn moldy green

I stayed here for a conference two years ago, and the prices have gone up a bit since then. The room size is decent, and the facilities are average, but the bed is quite comfortable. You need to double-check that the door is locked every time you enter or leave. I felt the breakfast had improved compared to my last visit. Two years ago, there was a staff member at the front desk who spoke Chinese, but they've since left. However, the service attitude of the other staff members is excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants (like soup noodle places), and is also close to the metro station.

Hotel Square Ansan is a fantastic place to stay in Korea. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location is convenient, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The hotel itself is well-maintained and offers comfortable accommodations. Overall, it provides a wonderful experience for guests.

Family room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel. However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use. Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.

Can get extra mineral water yourself if needed. ○ Areas for Improvement There was a cigarette smell coming from the air conditioning, so I had to turn it off and spend my time without it! This significantly lowered my rating... ○ Cons As I read in other reviews, the location isn't great. Although it's self-check-in, anyone can freely enter and exit the building, so those concerned about security should avoid it.

The interior space was spacious, and the service of coffee, snacks, and ramen was excellent. However, the condition of the bed and the severe stains on the pad were very unpleasant. The shower booth was also very unpleasant. I recommend a cleaner cleaning service. Overall, it was comfortable, and the laundry service was good. I had a very good stay.
