Apartments in Sichuan, China

I arrived here late almost midnight from Songpan. The room is quite small comparing with the other night I booked. And I thought it is the same room type (could be wrong). But this room is at the conner of the building and not sufficient space to walk in the room. Also at first I cannot find the luggage (had dropped before I went to Juizhaigoe) which at first I and hotel staff try to help find but cannot find it from store room. Eventually, luggage somehow braught outside of store room and put in the conner which is hard to notice. At the end young gentleman staff help located it which I think both he and I felt relieve : )

Lovely hotel, although a bit hard to find. But other than that the lady at the reception was very kind and helpful, and the rooms are also super clean, and even come equipped with a washing machine.

The hotel has a water heater and a washing machine. It’s good for those who plan to stay longer and might need to do some laundry. It was relatively clean and an ayi comes every day to clean, replenish the water bottles and the disposable towels, and take out the trash. The only downside was the noise. It was either from people talking loudly outside the hall or someone fixing/hammering something in the middle of the night.

The staff were lovely, helpful and the hotel itself was in a very nice area. The room was nicely designed and private. Would highly recommend 5/5 R

The apartment was big, clean, and very comfortable with all the facilities and equipment (the washing machine + dryer were very useful since we moved a lot and we had to wash some of our clothes). The personnel at the reception was very kind and all of them were English speakers. The breakfast was good. Sincerely, nothing to complain about. One of our best choices in our travel around China.

The room type is an apartment. When you arrive, you have to add the caretaker on WeChat to pick you up. The room is spacious with 2 bedrooms with double beds. There is a living room area, a kitchen, a washing machine, an iron, and strong water pressure. The owner of the room took very good care of us and let us leave our luggage before boarding the plane. In addition to recommending delicious restaurants and places to visit, there are also gifts. The accommodation is closer to the Dongmen Bridge train station. Large suitcases can be dragged across the bridge. But walking to Taiguli and the Ifs building is not far, about 800 meters. There is a Family Mart under the hotel building. There are many restaurants on the road in front of the hotel. I recommend a delicious Korean barbecue restaurant.

Great stay at this hotel! Washing machine provided and has great heater/air conditioning function. There is daily housekeeping and the projector gave a great studio experience. Bed is soft and comfortable. Feels like a second home. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Chengdu. Super near metro line and easy to get to train stations (South/East) and there’s a shopping mall just across the road. A lot of food options nearby.

The location is great. It’s very close to the subway line 2/6, 5 min walking distance to the station. Easy to get there from the West high speed train station. It’s a bit difficult to find as there is no sign of the hotel. We contacted the stuff and they came to pick us up. I know Chinese so it was easy to communicate. There are also western restaurants nearby. There is a fridge and a washing machine in the room which is a big plus. There even was a washing liquid. The problem is that it’s an old place and not very clean, bedsheets are clean though. There is no soap and no conditioner. Overall suitable for the budget travelers.

It was a pleasant stay at Fraser Place Chengdu! The serviced apartment/hotel is extremely new and modern. We were also thrilled to find this Singapore property in Chengdu, so it was truly a home away from home. I have a young toddler aged 24MO & elderly parents above 70YO during our stay and we loved our stay here. Prices are reasonable (with Trip.com perks & a panda coupon, each room was only S$65/night with 1 breakfast/room). We were able to get a free upgrade to the Studio Executive Rooms. The hotel/apartment has everything that we needed from a bathtub, washing machine+dryer (available for all rooms) etc. Our other one-bedroom apartment was also upgraded to an executive apartment and it came with a fully furnished kitchenette. Some noteworthy details (+ 👍🏻): - Breakfast selection was petite but decent, but not fantastic. The view from the breakfast place at Level 41 makes up for it. - The hotel was able to provide a baby cot for our 24MO toddler for the 1-bedroom apartment. Out of all the international hotels that we stayed in our 2-week trip, this baby cot was one of the best. Our toddler slept well. - Fraser Place Chengdu is located very near SKP (a luxury underground mall with a bamboo-inspired water feature on ground level). Only less than 12 mins away by Didi. Cons (- 👎🏻) - As this hotel located within the high tech zone in Wuhou district, it was hard to find affordable food options or supermarkets. It also takes at least 30 mins to get to popular places of attraction such as KuanZhai Alley by Didi. - Service by the concierge/bellboys was lacking. - There is no drop-off point as the access road to the entrance is blocked off with flower pots (no explanation given). Our drivers could only drop us off at the main road. This proves to be a great challenge as my elderly father was on a wheelchair and we also had a lot of luggages with us. Even when we asked the concierge for assistance, they made no offer to shift the flower pots or assist us with the luggages.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building is new and modern, which made for a very comfortable experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby to explore. A special shoutout to Xiao Tang, one of the staff members, who was extremely helpful in assisting us with booking train tickets to Du Jiang Yan. Their service truly made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and outstanding staff!

It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the Baoguo Temple Visitor Center to the famous hotel one way. There is a small supermarket at the gate and there is basically no food around the hotel. When we checked in to the superior single bedroom we purchased, the customer service lady was very polite and checked us in on the first floor. When we arrived at the accommodation at around 2pm, we opened the door and went in. There was a strong damp smell and it was very stuffy. I opened the window to let the air out and it was still there until I went back at night. There is a damp smell. The quilt on the bed is also moist. I personally feel that the hair dryer is not very easy to use for a long time and does not dry well. It will be noisy outside on the first floor. When you open the balcony glass door, there is no guardrail to climb in from the outside. There are many bugs on the balcony. The decoration of the room looks very good, the disposable supplies are complete and all have separate plastic bags.

Breakfast can be delivered to the room. It's so comfortable to have breakfast when you wake up in the morning. This is the most comfortable and quietest B&B I've ever stayed in. I didn't expect that you can live in two bedrooms and one living room for less than 200 yuan. The room is big, and there are surprises everywhere, the fully automatic toilet 🚽, the equipment and facilities in the room are of good quality (✪▽✪) well-equipped, if you don’t think about money, I want to live here forever 🦋🦋🦋

When I opened the sheets, I found a woman's hair on the bed. I am a male classmate with short hair. The price changed the next day.

The environment is particularly good, the space inside is quite large, there is no smell in the room, we booked a floor-to-ceiling bed room, the room is well lit, the bathroom is independent, we went to Leshan on Saturday and Sunday, the landlord sister is very enthusiastic to recommend local food, I was really embarrassed to trouble the landlord sister to send a disposable toothpaste toothbrush on Saturday night. The location of the homestay is also very good, just next to Wanda, it is easy to take a taxi early in the morning, and you can go to Wanda to eat Haidilao if you are hungry in the middle of the night! Give the landlord sister and the homestay five-star praise! Next time I go to Leshan, I will stay at your home!

Very satisfied with this homestay! ! The first time I came to Leshan to travel, the homestay was particularly stylish, clean and tidy, and the green environment of the community was also very good. There is a large vegetable market downstairs, both streets are, and after playing, buy vegetables and fruits are good and cheap! Down the road is eating, it is very convenient to go to see the Big Buddha and the high-speed rail station! The boss is also very enthusiastic and recommended many places to us! The room is large, the facilities are newer, the upper floor is higher, there are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom, which can be showered, and there is also a bathroom on the lower floor, which cannot be showered. The whole room is a bit dusty except for the corners, other health is OK, the surrounding pedestrian food street supermarket, etc., close to the high-speed rail station, about half an hour walk, convenient for the car.

Taking advantage of the weekend, I thought about going to Leshan to eat and eat, but I didn't want to go to the net red shop. I asked the boss where there are delicious and fun nearby. The boss recommended us the largest Tongjiang vegetable market nearby. He said that there was everything in it, and sure enough! It took a few minutes to walk. The vegetable market in the morning was very lively and the most popular place for fireworks. We bought a lot of fresh wontons, cherries, mulberry, and sweet skin duck stewed chicken. The sweet skin duck in the vegetable market is really cheap. It’s about 30 cheaper than a duck brought by a friend. There is also a tofu brain that is super delicious. The boss is too real. The room is also great value. Passing by a street, the bougainvillea is just right, forming a flower wall, so beautiful, come back and ask the boss to know that it is Tongjiang Elementary School. No wonder the bells are ringing in the room.

This trip was very pleasant. Thanks to the enthusiastic landlord sister for giving us various strategies. The room is clean and hygienic. It can live in 4——5 people. The transportation is very convenient. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to walk to Zhanggongqiao Food Street. After eating food, walking back to the accommodation is very good. There is also a large supermarket downstairs. Breakfast shops are all kinds of things, friends who come to Leshan to play can live here!

There is a hot spring in the community, open from 2 to 9 pm. There is a small park opposite. 🧹 Health: Clean, well equipped, and washing machines. 🚗 Traffic: Convenient, the car can be parked in the community. 🔔 Service: It's quite enthusiastic. There's a problem with the electronic door lock, and it can't be locked back.
