This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The two rooms are spacious enough, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's robot delivery service for takeout is also fantastic! Sometimes ordering takeout to the hotel is even cheaper than buying it myself from the store, and the robot delivers it right to your room door, which is great!

I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It is not far from the subway or metro. Also nearby opposite is a supermarket mall, with clothing stores. A few bakery nearby, and some restaurant open 24/7, convenient store at G floor. Coffee, Luckin, Noodle shop, Breakfast shop opposite and walk ard 300-500m is a row of shops with all the fruits shop.

I must commend Xiao Lin at the front desk! She proactively helped me with my luggage upon check-in and even kindly recommended nearby popular food streets. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft, making for an incredibly comfortable sleep. When I checked out, they even gave me some local snacks. Throughout the entire experience, the service was warm and attentive. If I ever come back, I’ll definitely choose this place again!

The room was okay. Besides the bedding and towels, it wasn't very clean. Some things in the room were broken, but the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the washing machine in the room (fundamental if you visit Chengdu in summer!). The location is good, right in front of Eastern Suburb Memory, where you can have a nice evening stroll, and near the mall and the subway station. Through subway you can reach the most important attraction in about 40 minutes. Overall, especially compared to the price, it's not bad.

I had a great stay at SilkStay Apartment near Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to Kuanzhai Alley, with plenty of food, shops, and attractions nearby. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short or medium stay. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were clear, which made the whole process easy even for first-time visitors to Chengdu. Overall, it’s a practical and well-located option for travelers who want to stay close to the city’s main sights while still having a quiet and comfortable place to rest.

The overall experience was excellent! The guesthouse was clean and tidy, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It was easy to find and conveniently located for getting around and dining. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the staff were genuinely kind. The room facilities were complete, and the bed was soft and clean, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. It's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This hotel is super close to Tianfu Square, which makes getting around and finding places to eat incredibly convenient. It's less than 500 meters from Tianfu Square Station on Metro Line 2. From there, you can easily transfer at Xipu Station on Line 2 to catch the high-speed train to attractions like Panda Valley, Mount Qingcheng, and Dujiangyan. Plus, transferring at Chengdu East Station on Line 2 for high-speed trains to Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou is a breeze. After a day of sightseeing, it's just a ten-minute walk back to the Sichuan Opera Theatre by 8 PM to catch the amazing 'Furong Guocui' (Sichuan Opera is the best in the world) face-changing show. The hotel is also conveniently located for walking or taking a taxi to Chunxi Road Plaza, where you can see the panda climbing the wall and experience the naked-eye 3D. The hotel facilities are very new, complete with a fridge and a washing machine, and the rooms are wonderfully quiet. A special shout-out to the front desk lady who was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Seeing that our child was a bit big, she upgraded us to a room with three 1.5-meter beds, which really helped us unwind from our journey without any hassle.

This hotel is located downtown, very close to the subway station, and within walking distance to popular attractions like People's Park, Kuanzhai Alley, and Tianfu Square. It's also very guest-friendly; our room had a fridge and a washing machine, and they even provided free laundry detergent. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, so they upgraded us for free, which was amazing! I highly recommend it to all travelers.

The location is excellent, very close to the East Station. You just cross the road from the East Plaza. There's an underground passage within the station, but I couldn't find it after searching for a while, as the signs weren't very clear. The room is indeed small, but it's sufficient for an overnight transfer. The decor is a bit dated, but for the price, it's not worth expecting too much. It's perfectly acceptable for just over 100.

Excellent hotel! Allen and Amy at the front desk were incredibly warm and welcoming, even helping me with my luggage delivery. The room was very comfortable; even though I was on a business trip, it felt just like being at home. Chengdu is such a friendly city, full of life. I'll definitely come back to stay here if I have the chance. Highly recommend it to everyone!
