The service at the receptions was generally very good. They help us with the ******* booking as our phone couldn't do it. My husband was feeling too good, so ordering some light meals is easier. The location of the hotel is easy to locate varieties of food. We enjoyed that. The room is big. The sofa area with the big TV is very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the TV and having some snacks and drinks too. The fridge was big. I have not come across such a big fridge in a hotel room. I love the washing machine. I was able to do some washings comfortably. The only concern is the elevator. We have to press buttons for almost every lift. Once our lift stopped at various floor without people getting in our out. A bit distraught for us in the lift. We are able to do various visits eadilt from here.

The room was clean, spacious, and bright, and the service was excellent. They even offered a free room upgrade and late check-out. The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of dining options and a metro station, making it easy to get around. It's affordable, easy to find, and the facilities are comprehensive – truly great value for money. They also offer free luggage delivery to Chengdu Airport/train stations/main urban hotels.

A Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Chengdu! Highly Recommended. The location is absolutely superb—it is situated right next to Taikoo Li and Chengdu's famous 3D screen. The moment you step outside, you are perfectly positioned to explore a massive variety of shops and fantastic local eateries. Hygiene and cleanliness were excellent across the board. I was initially a bit hesitant to book because the room type I wanted only guaranteed ”some non-smoking rooms.” However, I put in a request for a non-smoking room, and I was thrilled to find absolutely no lingering cigarette smell when I arrived. A major reason I chose this apartment was for the specific room features, and it did not disappoint. The room came equipped with a Japanese-style bidet toilet seat and a wonderfully large refrigerator. The air-conditioning is fully temperature-adjustable, providing a much-needed escape on a hot, sunny day. They even provided a garment steamer, which was a fantastic and much-appreciated bonus! The management also goes above and beyond with high-quality amenities. I was incredibly impressed by the daily housekeeping; they provided fresh towels and generously replenished our room with six bottles of water every single day. One quick tip for future guests: Make sure you have the WeChat app downloaded on your phone, as you will need it to contact the staff to coordinate a smooth check-in process. Overall, a perfect stay!

Very pleased with the stay. The receptionist was always very willing to help me regarding any questions I had (even going as far as helping me return something I purchased from taobao haha). The cleaning staff was also very nice and always asked me if I needed more. The room was very cozy and had everything I asked for. The location is great, there’s a variety of different restaurants right outside the hotel. The city center, like TaikooLi, IFS or Tianfu Square is only a 15-20min ride with the metro. If you’re interested in the night life, Lan Kwai Fong is reachable in 15min by bike or 6-7min if you book a DiDi taxi (which will cost approximately 1€). All in all I am more than pleased with my stay here.

I was very satisfied with my stay, except for the elevators here, which were really slow. The front desk service was excellent, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The only issues were the slow elevators and the very poor soundproofing. Other than that, everything was fine~ Overall, it was still good, and the subway entrance is right downstairs, which is very convenient.

The hotel's location is truly unbeatable – it's close to the subway and shopping areas, making it convenient to get to all the attractions whether by taxi or on foot. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful, with no disturbances from hallway noise. The room gets plenty of natural light, and the facilities are brand new and well-maintained. The air conditioning and hot water run steadily all day, and the WiFi is fast and reliable. Housekeeping cleans regularly every day, paying great attention to detail. The staff were polite and attentive throughout my stay, even proactively recommending local tours and food guides. I had a comfortable and worry-free stay, definitely five stars!

One of the best places I have ever stayed! The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and felt completely new. The location was perfect, surrounded by shopping areas, cafes, and countless food options. The host was absolutely friendly caring and always available whenever I needed help. Responses were incredibly fast, and they kindly helped me store my luggage, making my travel plans much easier. What truly stood out was the level of hospitality. I felt welcomed and well looked after throughout my entire stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose this place again the next time I visit Chengdu!

Great location, right by the subway entrance, making transportation super convenient. There are tons of snack shops downstairs too, so food is easily accessible. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The owner was very warm, thoughtful, and had a wonderful attitude.

The room was very spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping it nice and cool. There was also a comfortable cradle, and all the facilities were brand new, including a washing machine. The auntie (housekeeping staff) was also great, doing a very professional job cleaning.

After returning to Chengdu from Yading, I chose to stay at this hotel for two reasons: firstly, it's located in a bustling commercial district, making it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and getting around; secondly, while similar apartments usually have much higher weekend rates, this one's price was reasonable and didn't spike too much, which was acceptable. It certainly lived up to expectations! The room was spacious and clean, fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and air conditioning. The toilet and shower room were separate, both with exhaust fans, so there were no unpleasant odors. The owner was very kind, even giving us a packet of laundry detergent and explaining how to use the washing machine. We stayed for three days and felt completely at ease and comfortable.
