The hotel is perfectly located, with everything within walking distance: the main pedestrian street, the famous bridge, and the metro. It has all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, iron, microwave, and cutlery. The only downside was that my son and I developed allergic rhinitis, possibly due to the air conditioning or mold in the shower. The room cleaning was also mediocre.

The service was great, even though we checked in really late (way past midnight), the staff still helped us with checking in for our stay. The downside is that the air-conditioning doesn't seem to be working that well. There were a lot of eateries nearby selling supper late into the night.

The location, though a bit hard to find the reception on the first day ( its on the 18*th floor) is great for checking out Chengdu. There are lots of places to eat near by. Line 1 is only a short walk away or there are serveral buses near by you can catch. If your into walking.... Its only a couple of kms to lots of places. I liked the area as its not as full on as staying in Chunix Rd area. The apartment itself was big and very comfy with a great bed and view. My shower did take forever to drain away and the washing machine door, yes you have your own washing machine in the room, was broken so it took a bit to figure out how to get it open but other than that it was good for the price. The room was okay. Besides the bedding and towels, it wasn't very clean. Some things in the room were broken, but the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the washing machine in the room (fundamental if you visit Chengdu in summer!). The location is good, right in front of Eastern Suburb Memory, where you can have a nice evening stroll, and near the mall and the subway station. Through subway you can reach the most important attraction in about 40 minutes. Overall, especially compared to the price, it's not bad.

I had a great stay at SilkStay Apartment near Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to Kuanzhai Alley, with plenty of food, shops, and attractions nearby. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short or medium stay. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were clear, which made the whole process easy even for first-time visitors to Chengdu. Overall, it’s a practical and well-located option for travelers who want to stay close to the city’s main sights while still having a quiet and comfortable place to rest.

The overall experience was excellent! The guesthouse was clean and tidy, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It was easy to find and conveniently located for getting around and dining. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the staff were genuinely kind. The room facilities were complete, and the bed was soft and clean, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. It's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Great hotel and great stay overall. The room is very big and spacious - probably the biggest room I have stayed in China. The value for money is also very good. Location is great. Situated right in the city centre, a close walk from many attractions but also not too caught up in the Chengdu traffic. Having a washing machine and dryer is very convenient and shower items provided were very useful too. Check in is quick and easy, although it would be nice if there was a sign to hang outside the door to indicate whether I wanted to the room cleaned or not. A couple times I was woken up by the cleaners when usually hotels have ways to easily avoid that. Nonetheless, I would still definitely stay here agai

The hotel is located next to Renmin Park, which is a great location. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The room also has a fridge, washing machine, and induction cooker. The washing machine was a lifesaver, and they even thoughtfully provided a drying rack and laundry detergent. It was perfect and highly recommended.

To Ye-Mood Hotel, We had a marvelous 3-day stay with you — truly wonderful from start to finish! The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy, with great air-conditioning and heater, thoughtfully equipped with smart gadgets that made our stay so convenient. The staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly — we especially appreciate the lovely aunty who went above and beyond to help us carry our heavy luggage and prepare delicious breakfast each day. The food was simple, tasty and generous — absolutely wonderful! We loved the location — surrounded by many eateries and all within walking distance. It’s easy to get around by Didi or taxi, and just 10 to 15 minutes’ drive to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. Service like this is truly excellent. Excellent service! The breakfast was also good. Fraser Place Poly Guangzhou is located in the heart of the Financial City, with a shopping mall right downstairs, making it very convenient for going out and shopping. The high-floor panoramic windows offer expansive views of the city's southern district. The rooms are spacious and come with a full kitchen and a washer-dryer, offering complete home amenities, perfect for long stays on business trips. The public areas feature a high-altitude swimming pool and a gym, showcasing impressive hardware. The 24-hour front desk provides attentive service, balancing hotel service with a relaxed, home-like feel. Highly recommended for business trips and extended stays.
