The service at the receptions was generally very good. They help us with the ******* booking as our phone couldn't do it. My husband was feeling too good, so ordering some light meals is easier. The location of the hotel is easy to locate varieties of food. We enjoyed that. The room is big. The sofa area with the big TV is very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the TV and having some snacks and drinks too. The fridge was big. I have not come across such a big fridge in a hotel room. I love the washing machine. I was able to do some washings comfortably. The only concern is the elevator. We have to press buttons for almost every lift. Once our lift stopped at various floor without people getting in our out. A bit distraught for us in the lift. We are able to do various visits eadilt from here.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Chunxi Road where there's so much delicious food – seriously, everything was amazing! 🥰 It's also easy to get anywhere else from here, and the metro isn't far at all, no detours needed. The room was really comfortable; even after exhausting days exploring with my friends, I slept wonderfully. It was clean, quiet, and the facilities were new, making for a really pleasant stay 😊. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and always resolved any issues promptly, even late at night. I felt completely safe and taken care of!

Follow-up review: I went to Xi'an, Chengdu, Western Sichuan, Chongqing, and Yangzhou on this trip. I've now completed a month-long journey, a month of vacation, and stayed in countless hotels and apartments. This apartment in Chengdu was still the most comfortable and heartwarming. Very pleased with the stay. The receptionist was always very willing to help me regarding any questions I had (even going as far as helping me return something I purchased from taobao haha). The cleaning staff was also very nice and always asked me if I needed more. The room was very cozy and had everything I asked for. The location is great, there’s a variety of different restaurants right outside the hotel. The city center, like TaikooLi, IFS or Tianfu Square is only a 15-20min ride with the metro. If you’re interested in the night life, Lan Kwai Fong is reachable in 15min by bike or 6-7min if you book a DiDi taxi (which will cost approximately 1€). All in all I am more than pleased with my stay here.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's right next to Hongxing Bridge Metro Station Exit C, just a few steps away. Line 3 takes you directly to Chunxi Road/Taikoo Li in two stops, and it's super convenient to get to Kuanzhai Alley and Jianshe Road Food Street. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. All necessary toiletries were provided, and the hot water pressure was strong. The front desk staff were very friendly, check-in and check-out were quick, and they were always responsive. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and getting around is a breeze. A must-stay when you're in Chengdu!

I am very satisfied with the accommodation. The staff there are very welcoming and helpful, even before doing the reservation they were very kind, they tell you how to actually arrive there. It was very spacious and the view from there was good. I would book again here.

Pros: - excellent location in the heart of the central business district and near subway station -really spacious apartment - best amenities provided, even better than hotels - no issues at all with the hot water even though I take at least 30 mins to shower (I hesitated long time to confirm the booking because I saw a few reviews on this). Just make sure you space out your showers and you should be fine. - check-in was very fast and efficient, the lady came to pick us from lobby within 5 minutes after security informed her Cons: - like other reviews mentioned, lift would be a longer wait if you take it during peak hours - kitchen was abit too cramped - husband complaint that the bedroom's bathroom glass panel/partition was unable to be covered by the blinds fully, there were gaps in at all 4 corners so if someone is using it inside the lights would seep through all edges, very bad design - I gave myself a fright too when I walked into the bedroom and saw my own reflection in all the mirrors - behind the door and bathroom (maybe not so good if you are someone superstitious, the positions of the mirrors are not exactly the best) - generally looks clean but I wiped the dining chairs and tissue was black. Bed itself was ok Overall, would stay again as it gives a feeling of home away from home in a cosy setting.

This hotel is great! The location is perfect, right in Yingshi Square, close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was very helpful. The room itself has a simple yet stylish design, and from the window, you can even see the popular Chunxi Road photo spot. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Check-in was super efficient, and they even kindly upgraded my room. The room itself was spacious and bright, with soft, clean bedding and a selection of pillows at different heights – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! The bathroom facilities were brand new, hot water came quickly, and the toiletries smelled lovely. The location was also very convenient; there's a subway station and a convenience store right downstairs, and it was only about a fifteen-minute taxi ride to major attractions. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly made rice noodles were especially delicious. Upon check-out, they even gave me a small souvenir, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, the experience was incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

Clean and hygienic, with complete amenities. Downstairs, you'll find Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, surrounded by plenty of delicious food. The night view from the window is absolutely beautiful.
