The two standalone chairs fold out into individual twin-size beds. Sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided for both the twin-size and couch-based double beds.In addition to the functional and comfortable furniture, we include modern technology, including fast and free 400 Mbs wifi, 120+ Cable channels, and Airplay 2 equipped Flat Screen TVs in both rooms. The unit is part of a multi-level condominium complex that was recently updated with a modern exterior. Parking is on the street side of the complex and is limited to those with a parking permit (which will be waiting for you inside upon arrival). There are a few shallow exterior steps down from the parking lot to the ground level where the unit is accessed, about a 30-second walk.
