I stayed in a large room, overlooking the sea, on the 30th floor. Nha Trang beach faces east so you can see the beautiful sunrise. The room has a small kitchen. bathroom is clean, with toiletries such as soap, toothbrush, 2 bottles of water and instant coffee. Although it is a Condotel, the room is cleaned every day. The location is very close to the sea, surrounded by many restaurants and juice shops, Highland Coffee, right next to the night market. There is a swimming pool, gym and spa on the 6th floor. The gym has basic equipment. Quite ok! In condotels, each room has its own manager, that's why the same name Panorama can have different names on travel booking sites. Check-in and check-out are done at the apartment reception. The procedure is also quite quick because I contacted the host in advance via the phone number provided on Trip.com. If you have not contacted the host of your studio in advance, you may have to wait a bit for the reception to find out information. Overall, I was nervous when checking in because it is a condo hotel, but it was fine, and it is a good hotel with a good location and nice views.

I looked up a lot of reviews, and as expected, there was a problem. This hotel is managed by several companies and their employees provide guidance or contact them. However, the staff who were friendly during check-in showed an attitude of “I don’t know” about everything after that, which made me very uncomfortable, and the accommodation was not very clean. There aren't many things you need, not even cups. Even though I told them not to clean the room, they always came in and cleaned it up, so it wasn't a very pleasant cleaning experience, so I think it would be better to take important items with you. And the biggest problem is the elevators. There are about 6-7 elevators, but not all of them are operating. I don't know how it is, but when it was bad, I waited 20 minutes to go down to eat breakfast. It was on a high floor, so the view was good, and the accommodation itself had community facilities that were easy to use.

Вокруг отеля находятся школа, футбольные поля для тренировок, дорога, церковь, а также площадь, где по утрам проводят зарядки с колонками. Шум, возможно, может начинаться с 4:30 утра. Но это Вьетнам - вам тут к этому придется привыкнуть

Everything is very good if we are talking about the room! There is a kettle, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and dishes!! Change of towels, cleaning, bathroom accessories, everything is great, Wi-Fi is also good. But!!! A huge number of people in the hotel!! Feels like a train station!!! And constant waiting for elevators, many people go into them, it even becomes stuffy!! Another huge minus is the pool!!! It is on the 6th floor, but you can’t use it!! I have never seen a worse pool anywhere! 0.8 m depth, completely cloudy glass! On the 40th floor there is about the same one, only paid and larger!

I overlooked asking about parking when I booked, but thankfully, the host still managed to arrange a spot right at the building's entrance. The apartment's interior was comfortable, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Its location in the very heart of the 'Western Quarter' meant it was quite bustling and noisy. However, the major plus was its proximity to the beach, night market, and Tram Huong Tower.

The most luxurious hotel in Vietnam where I have lived. And I have lived in many cities and hotels in Vietnam. The view from the windows is simply breathtaking! You don't even have to leave the room - the city is in the palm of your hand. The room itself made a very good impression on me and amazed me with its size and convenience. Definitely worth the money I spent. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants near the hotel, and the beach is literally a 5-minute walk away. The Internet is excellent!

The swimming pool is very nice, but it is a pity that it is open until 17:00.
