Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

Very satisfied with the stay. Came to Hangzhou with friends. This loft is very suitable for us. There is a bathroom on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. It is much better than those chain brands. The area is also large. The layout is very thoughtful. I will come again next time I visit.

First of all, I want to give a thumbs up to the boss👍 for picking us up and dropping us off in person and being very attentive. When he picked us up in the morning, because we were not familiar with this place, the boss took us all for a walk around the beach and patiently explained where to go. Beach swimming is better. What was more touching was that the boss changed the water in the swimming pool. Although the water was not filled until the water was full and the adults could not swim, the children had a great time. The location of the hotel is also very good. You can see the colorful pier and the bridge. It is located on Gouqi Island and Located in the middle of the island in Shengshan, it is convenient to go to any scenic spot. The environment is also what I want. It is clean and refreshing, and the service staff are warm and friendly. It was a good trip. The famous host has recommended it to several good friends, hoping that they will also come and play. The following are my unfiltered photos, I hope friends passing by can use them as a reference. This was a decent stay for a short 2 days stop in hangzhou. Transport wise you are not too far (15 mins walk) from the nearest subway. Most people staying here are chinese (long term). So, it isn't your hostel hostel vibe. And during my time no one spoke English but everyone was friendly and curious. And it being a seperate accomodation for men meant the washrooms etc weren't amusing at all (stench). Reminded me of my days in school (boys dorm). As with most of China, no jet spray (health faucet) in toilets. There is a Starbucks and may be a western burger chain very nearby. Locally i found luckin cafe to be a nice place for my morning coffee. Chinese breakfast available at the small restaurant downstairs. Right, and there's one shower and toilet per flat (meant to be shared amongst 10 men). This is just information. Nothing meant to negatively portray the place. Also, I think if you don't find the place up to your expectations, know that it isn't the owner's fault at all. Because it's more to do with the people staying there. With limited language skills I did find it complicated to get around. I did go walking in all directions and weren't many local/cheap eateries around except for the one downstairs. But plenty of mall restaurants and cafe/fast food set ups. Some may qualify as local eateries if it suits your budget. The owner/manager was helpful and came by on the day of check-in and stayed in touch over we chat when needed. I was given a disposable napkin/towel. And the RFID card for entry into the building. The bed was okay and I think I slept about fine. I couldn't figure out if it is a building with offices or residential flats with people staying in there. It's got a mix sort of vibe. Overall quite a decent stay (I just came back to sleep late in the night). I would recommend this place, given the location (transport) and prices. Short stay shouldnt be a problem at all. Again I reiterate, the owner is very helpful and clearly doing his best to accomodate you comfortably.

Very satisfied. The front desk lady was very patient and gentle, and recommended us a delicious restaurant nearby for dinner. The two gas tank cats in the store are super cute. For me, the room has a softer, darker light and a slightly soft bed, which is very good for sleeping. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, very rich and light. It is also very close to the West Lake, and it is convenient to take a taxi. I recommend it.
