You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio. No illegal substances or activities on the premises. Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages. If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs. Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment. A wonderful family friendly one story house with a great location. It is an easy walk to the Clemson Campus and Lake Hartwell. The house sleeps 5-7 people comfortably and is located across from the Clemson Walker Golf Course and the Madren Center. The spacious yard allows room to enjoy the outdoors, and the location makes it convenient to take walks to campus and Hartwell dike paths. The family room has a large 55" smart TV with shelves filled with books and games. The kitchen has a small table for three, but the dining room can seat ten easily. The house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full sized bed. The bath has a shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two single beds. In the office there is a full size futon. The laundry has a large washer and dryer. The spacious yard allows room to enjoy the outdoors and the location makes it convenient to take walks to campus and Hartwell dike paths.
