The room is quite big, the breakfast is terrible, the room is very clean, there is no free parking, and it costs 20$ a night to park in the underground garage. I parked on the street behind the hotel and could park for free until 8am the next day.

The Hotel is located at a good place close to park, shopping center, restaurants and casino. The breakfast is not very convincing and the room is quiet old fashioned with only bathtube.
As the hotel is branded and priced as Park Hyatt instead of Hyatt Hotel, more is expected especially the concierge service. The design of room is a little bit strange and waste of space as it comes with a very long corridor but with only a desk there.
Big room with an interesting mini bar. The breakfast variety was great as well. One downside is that Ctrip has some misleading pictures about the hotel.

Modern and clean hotel in great location for Canberra. Walkable distance to many restaurants / bars. Hotel itself is simple yet functional. No views from rooms but friendly service and comfortable beds somewhat make up for it.
Popular hotel as they claimed to be fully booked when i requested for early checkin. Hotel room is on the ground level, has basement parking. Has a small area with gym equipments and a closed outdoor swimming pool

Service was excellent, location was excellent, price was good, food was nice for dinner and a little stale / dry for breakfast. Facilities were great. Room was a bit tired, a skid mark in the toilet on arrival was not good (plus no toilet brush in the room). Bed was good, carpet a bit lumpy and a few of the bathroom fixtures stuck or didn't work. We dropped something under the couch and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Staff allowed us to keep our bikes in the storeroom which was fantastic, and overall they could not have been more helpful and friendly
Suitable for the whole family to travel together, there is 1 large bed and 4 small beds. The kitchen utensils are complete, but there is no seasoning and need to be purchased separately. The room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and the washing powder is also prepared. The hardware is old and new.

GGuest UserOur first experience with A by Adina was in Sydney, so we decided to try the one in Canberra. We loved the vibe, the cleanliness, and the layout of the room we stayed in. The gym was smaller than I expected but it was good enough for me to get in a workout. We were celebrating my partner's birthday and usually at other hotels, we would be given something like a small chocolate or a complimentary beverage but we didn't receive anything so don't expect something if you're celebrating a special occasion during your stay. The location is amazing as it is within walking distance to Canberra City Centre and surrounding suburbs. Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to the CBD.
GGuest UserNot that clean. It's ok. TV doesn't connect even though it has an option to. Staff leave early and no phones to call reception. I didn't get a WiFi password I had to ask the lady next door because reception closed right after I checked in.
It's not too bad. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom but I can't say it was clean. It was just tidy, at least the sheets were clean. Carpet was definitely not. Also, blinds in bathroom are broken.
GGuest UserOne bedroom apartment with kitchenette was well serviced and ver clean. Crispy clean sheets, very quiet air-conditioning, clean mould-free bathroom, toilet and shower. Great facilities for eating in and walking distance to Canberra centre and eateries, while set in well established parkland area. EV charging on premises was so welcome as my car was almost empty on arrival. Definitely go back there if visiting Canberra again.
CClaus RudolfVery nice, large apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Large fridge and large freezer. The apartment is a 30-minute walk from the government district.
GGuest UserHygiene: Some details are not good, but the overall hygiene is good.
Facilities: Very good, you can scan and order in the room (mostly fried food, but it is also very good), and parking is very convenient.
Environment: Seven minutes walk to the nearest light rail station, very quiet at night, and the environment is very good.
Service: OK, the bathroom door handle was broken when I checked in, and after notifying the front desk, they found someone to fix it.
(p1 is the first room balcony, p2p3 is the room & room balcony changed after argue, although they are of the same price, the area, light and view are really different)
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, opposite a large shopping mall, which is very convenient for shopping and eating, and convenient for travel. I highly recommend it. The room is very large, and there is a kitchen with all the pots, pans, and plates. Haha, I have to give it a thumbs up!
AAnonymous UserIt was my first time in the capital of Australia. I did some research and read other people's reviews. I finally chose this one. Of course, I also stayed in their chain hotels in other cities in Australia. Fortunately, I didn't live near the train station. It completely overturned my perception of a capital train station. It's too rubbish. In my big oriental country, the current town train stations are better than this one.
There are food places near the hotel, especially not far from the number one steak restaurant, which is good!
GGuest UserThe overall experience was good. I ordered a two-bedroom apartment, which is a two-bedroom shared toilet. Please write it here for everyone who wants to order. The environment is nice and quiet, the rooms are relatively clean and tidy, the daily necessities provided are relatively complete, and the price is relatively high. The only drawback was that there was a problem with the water heater in the room at that time. There was always no hot water in the bath, but it was reflected to the front desk, hoping to resolve it as soon as possible.
GGuest UserThe room is quite big, the breakfast is terrible, the room is very clean, there is no free parking, and it costs 20$ a night to park in the underground garage. I parked on the street behind the hotel and could park for free until 8am the next day.
GGuest UserGood location. Little bit complicated instructions for getting a key. Initially I thought it was service apartment so that I need to check in at the reception or something. But It was AirBNB. You should help them to clean the house before you leave. Overall, it was good stay.
