Recently stayed at this Studio – Split Level, and it was such a delightful experience. The room I was in had an absolutely stunning city view, bright and lively in the day, and at night it transformed into a breathtaking scene filled with colorful lights. I could even enjoy a clear view of the i-City Park night lights right from my window, making it perfect for some peaceful late-night sightseeing without leaving the room, or you could just step out the to the balcony. The studio itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, with more than enough amenities provided for a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the spacious layout, which made it feel even more relaxing. Overall, it was an enjoyable and memorable stay, and I’ll definitely be looking forward to my next visit here

The location, facilities and cleaness were good. It is pretty much a nice accomodation to stay. One thing made me really upset was that they did provide wrong information to the customer and made book a different optioned room and their handling of this mistake took so long time. First place I book the house with 3rooms and 2restrooms, but the one provided to me was the house 3rooms with 1 restroom, only. I booked the house considering 2 families gonna stay, and I had to complain about this like 5-6 hours. I thought they should admit what they did wrong, and do sth for the customers instantly. However 5-6 hours later, they could finally agreeded the mistake they generated, and upgraded my room. I still couldn't understand why they still keep the wrong information in this Trip dot com. You must correct the wrong information you uploaded, so no more customers have to consume their energy for no reason.

I personally think that the apartment hotel has very complete supporting facilities (washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator (note, it is not a small single-door refrigerator), a refrigerator with a height of more than 1.2m, a four-door wardrobe, and a small terrace. It can meet the hot summer in Malaysia. The surrounding environment is clean and comfortable. Although there is a big road outside the balcony, the apartment is very soundproof and does not affect the quality of sleep. The furniture in the room is very new, with fully automatic opening and closing curtains, blackout curtains, and humanized lighting adjustment for different needs. On the roof is an infinity pool and gym, as well as a sauna room, which can satisfy you who feel guilty after being poisoned by food every day, and relax appropriately, relax, and release dopamine. Good stay, house is spacious luxury very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect near shopping mall. Nearby got many nice food. Wonderful and relaxing experience.

Good environment, clean and beautiful scenery

The room is very clean, the room is nice and very good, the service is good, the stay is easy to contact the staff. The area has a common area to use, including parking, swimming pool, fitness, free of charge. Next time, if I have a chance, I will come back to use the service again. Decent room for the price, excellent customer service.

The unit is located at 3rd floor which is directly connected to parking lot. So it is convenient for those who bring a car like us. Like it so much. This unit is much better than previously i book located at 18floor. Will rebook soon if happen to choose sunway as transit point.
