Our condo is a beautifully appointed, fully furnished, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is ideal for a couple or solo traveler staying for a weekend or a long term stay in Puerto Vallarta.The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to a step out balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and custom designed with modern appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), granite counter tops, and breakfast bar with seating for four. A washer/dryer is included in the unit.The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors (with remote control shades) that open to a wraparound balcony with lounge furniture and seating for guests. Condo is on the second floor and overlooks Lazaro Cardenas park. Living room has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and individual A/C unit.Condo is located at The Park building, a boutique residential building with modern amenities in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's "Romantic Zone". The building is one block from Los Muertos Beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, gay clubs and the famous "Malecon" (PV's oceanfront boardwalk). It is across the street from the beachfront Lazaro Cardenas public park. The building has 24/7 security, a staffed front desk, a fitness center and rooftop terrace (7th floor) with amazing ocean, city and mountain views. The terrace has an infinity edge saltwater swimming pool, lounge furniture, outdoor gas grill, restrooms and a small kitchenette. Rental includes utilities (WiFi, water, cable, building HOA, electricity*) and convenient amenities including, in-room safe box, hangers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Welcome to Los Palmares! If you’re looking for a quiet tropical getaway, you’ve come to the right place. Los Palmares is located in Punta Negra, along the South Shore, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This corner unit condo has a spectacular panoramic ocean view from every room. The condo is right on the beach, with the ocean in front and the tropical rainforest behind. Your just steps away from the beautiful turquoise ocean water and sandy beach. Located 3 miles (6 kilometers) south of the Old Town along the Mismaloya. Los Palmares has a large open air palapa that operates as an oceanfront dining restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch until 3:00p.m. The restaurant will even bring your food and beverage poolside or deliver it to the condo. If you’d like to venture out, there are many restaurants (local and international cuisine), shopping areas, art galleries, nightclubs and outdoor excursions. There is a bus stop in front of Los Palmares for a quick ten minute ride into town (busses run every 20 mins). Taxis are also available.
