Cozy little room with a window facing the courtyard. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Water heater is hot. Room heater is not. Neighbourhood is convenient. Suitable for heavy sleepers because sound insulation in this old building is not very good. Overall comfortable bed for a good night’s rest. Location is walkable to the old town and close to metro stations and central train station. Housekeeper is very friendly and thorough. The management resolves minor hiccups very quickly and effectively.

Close to Warsaw Central Station, the traffic is very convenient, dining and shopping are also very convenient, it takes a few doors to stay, safe, sleep quietly at night, the landlord responds promptly, recommend staying

My stay was good but a little challengng. Everything started very smooth with all very clear information coming into my email. Unfortunately when i got to the apartment i was given wrong code to the box where was the key to the apartment. I spent nearly one hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone (apparently it was 24-7) but no luck ...and it was just before midnight! luckily i met some neighbours who forced the box and got me the key. Helpline called me only the next morning...if not for the neighbours i would be sleeping on the corridor or would have end up spending additional money changing hotel. Everything else was great - i would suggest paying a little more attention to the cleaning but i actually did enjoy this place - it had everything i needed, had some shops nearby, parks to run, tram station with easy access to the center - maybe 12-13 min on the tram to Warsaw Central

I’ve been to many countries and stayed in lots of hotels, hostels and rooms. But this one in Warsaw was the best! It’s very cozy, super clean, there’s a good smell and there are lots of facilities! You literally can find anything you need, starting with coffee or tea and ending with earplugs and a popcorn machine! I enjoyed playing PS4 in the evenings or just watching youtube lying in bed! The location is just perfect for me! There are lots of stores and bakeries around, and it’s about 15-20 min walk away from the city center. The metro station is 10 min of walk and the bus stop is just in front of the building! Thank you for the experience and such a comfort, and I was really enjoying Warsaw!

Got a room upgrade, thank you so much The apartments are in a tower and it has pretty much all you need. Kitchen is very basic. If you want to do laundry, bring your own capsules or detergents.

The hotel is in a great location, with buses and trams just a short walk away. The Old Town is also within easy reach, around a 20–25 minute walk. The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel itself isn’t ultra-modern, but I guess that’s intentional and part of the charm. Also each room is uniquely decorated and named after a famous person, which adds to its character. Breakfast was adequate and had enough variety. In the evenings, the hotel hosts Chopin concerts, which I really enjoyed, and guests receive a discount. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Stayed two nights in a Classic Double Room with river view. Very clean, with a spacious shower and toilet room; bedroom is small but well designed with quality finishes. Kettle and tea provided in the room. Reception staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and accommodating. Nice indoor area with free tea/coffee and pleasant outdoor seating. Excellent location next to Elektrownia Powiśle, Copernicus Science Centre, cafés and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with great service.

Everything is great except that the toilet is separate from the bathroom and there’s a sink next to the room where the toilet is located — other guests might use it while you’re doing your business, which causes discomfort and a sense of insecurity and lack of privacy. Also the walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors a lot. Otherwise I’m more than satisfied with the accommodation for the price it’s a great option — I’m living here for the second time already. Also the technical support team didn’t send me the check‑in instructions on time and that made me nervous.

Stayed for two nights. Overall, a very good experience. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent with a good selection of food, although they are available for an additional charge. The location is also excellent — many attractions and important places are within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which could make staying here difficult during the summer period. Other than that, everything was great and I would consider staying here again.
