I booked and read the reviews on google, it’s clear to see that Monica has worked hard to fix up the place,
the pros:
good location
Big kitchen with things to cook with
Laundry machine
Friendly door guy.
Close to metro,
The cons
Hard to contact Monica, but not impossible
The apartment is shared, you will have other people living next to you ( I had two families sharing two rooms.)
The door to the front needs to be pushed so hard I felt like I might break it.
Shared bathroom.
Also the shower handle is opposite to hot and cold
Overall it’s cheap and clean, I was happy especially after seeing how clean it was.
The key you get for the room also has a key to open the lobby. Just a fyi.

He was so good that the room and kitchenette were separated, and it felt like a single apartment with all the utensils, clean and tidy, and the owner prepared all kinds of tea and coffee.
The location of the hotel is also very good, very close to the train station, very convenient to take a ride, a good recommended accommodation
My stay was good but a little challengng. Everything started very smooth with all very clear information coming into my email. Unfortunately when i got to the apartment i was given wrong code to the box where was the key to the apartment. I spent nearly one hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone (apparently it was 24-7) but no luck ...and it was just before midnight! luckily i met some neighbours who forced the box and got me the key. Helpline called me only the next morning...if not for the neighbours i would be sleeping on the corridor or would have end up spending additional money changing hotel. Everything else was great - i would suggest paying a little more attention to the cleaning but i actually did enjoy this place - it had everything i needed, had some shops nearby, parks to run, tram station with easy access to the center - maybe 12-13 min on the tram to Warsaw Central
The check-in guide is convenient, the environment is good, there is a terrace, the new house is general, the wireless network is good, the recommended big bed room, the supermarket is closed on weekends, but there is an Asian Vietnamese supermarket around it is also open on weekends.
I almost bought live beads for eggs, cautious...
I had a great stay in this apartment in Warsaw! The accommodation was modern, clean and very well equipped – just like on the photos. I particularly liked the comfortable bed, the quiet location and the fully equipped kitchen. The connection to public transport was also excellent, so that the city centre and all the important attractions could be reached quickly.
The host was very friendly, well reachable and made the check-in super uncomplicated. I felt very well and safe during my stay.
I can recommend this apartment – perfect for city travelers or a longer stay in Warsaw!

Four-star apartment hotel, good outdoor environment, self-check-in is also very convenient, room facilities are relatively complete, no slippers and toiletries, the main thing is to explain the double bed, the result is a folding sofa bed, the first feeling of just entering the house thought that there was no bed.

The well-appointed rooms were both comfortable and stylish, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The hotel's central location allowed for convenient access to local attractions, and the attention to detail in service exceeded my expectations. KkthérèseStayed two nights in a Classic Double Room with river view. Very clean, with a spacious shower and toilet room; bedroom is small but well designed with quality finishes. Kettle and tea provided in the room. Reception staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and accommodating. Nice indoor area with free tea/coffee and pleasant outdoor seating. Excellent location next to Elektrownia Powiśle, Copernicus Science Centre, cafés and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with great service.
MM609658****The guesthouse provides basic tableware.
The overall facilities feel rather basic.
My biggest complaint is the inconvenient bed. There are raised guards on either side of the headboard, perhaps to prevent guests from falling out during sleep. This makes getting in and out of bed difficult. You have to move to the end of the bed, and there's a thin metal plate at the end that supports it, which can be dangerous if you're not careful.
The marketing photos are quite good.
Public transportation is convenient, with a bus stop downstairs. Shopping is also available, with convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.
TTraveler DanA really nice hotel with a unique charm. The hotel is very well themed and very comfortable. It’s close to the tram line and a short walk to the old town and many restaurants. It’s a little bit loud in the evenings with a few bars near by.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not so far away from the business district, looks modern and new. The breakfast is really good, the selection is wide and there is chef’s kitchen, where you can order your preferred breakfast meal too.
The gym is well equipped and open until 11pm.
GGuest UserA great place for remote work with the option of a room where you can have a business conversation in silence, there was also very good wifi in the room. The only drawback in my case was the location because unfortunately the taxi drivers did not know the place and it was difficult to order a taxi to get to the business meeting which took place near the Palace of Culture.
The service was super nice and helpful.
The room itself is also nice. The only reservation about the cleaning service was the omnipresent smell of tuna in the cupboards in the kitchenette in my room. I assume that the previous tenants ate it all the time, so it would be a good idea to remove the smell because it was unpleasant when you opened the cabinets.
JJuliaStantonI was worried that I wouldn’t get in as the check in instructions were complicated but I managed. Level rooms had an excellent location near Central railway station and provided a comfortable stay. Loved the kitchen with free coffee and tea of many varieties to enjoy with a takeaway breakfast.
