ส่วนตัวคิดว่าสะดวกหากจะไปเที่ยว Sawara จากสนามบิน Narita น่าจะสะดวกเพราะใกล้ JR Oto แต่มีข้อเสียตรงที่ถ้ามีกระเป๋าล้อลากจะไม่สะดวกใตการแบกขึ้นลงบันใด ทั้งที่ตัวสถานี และภายใน gueshouse แล้วก็ในวันที่ไปพักนั้น เหมือนมี overbooking เพราะมีแขกมาเคาะห้องแล้วบอกว่านี่เป็นห้องของเขา เราเลยต้องโชว์หลักฐานว่าเจ้าของ guesthouse บอกว่านี่เป็นห้องของเรา แอบตกใจเหมือนกัน ข้อดีที่คิดว่าดีมาก ๆ คือภายในห้องพักสะอาดแบบฉบับบ้านนอกญี่ปุ่น มีผ้าเช็ดตัว แปรงสีฟันพร้อม และที่สำคัญแอร์เย็นมาก ชอบ

Great, unique and cosy! Excellent service and super friendly staff and owners. Highly recommended. The Villa is located in the vicinity of coastroad Boso Flower Line and not fare from coastroad 410. The Villa offers complementary parking close to the accommodation and there is a small restaurant as part of the Villa. The room we rented was very spacious with two big beds, sofa, a table and living room area and a spacious bathroom. The room have big windows and ours had a view to the sea. The interior is artistic and with a mix of historical items and modern items. It feels more like a regular home, and provides this homy and cosy feeling. The restaurant serves tasty and fresh food with western style. The best was the friendliness of the staff and the very service minded approach. They really made our day, and we felt very welcomed and they did cater to our needs. We can highly recommend Minamiboso Asian Garden Villa.

The check-in is done online (you will recieve am email) so you need to keep that in mind. The JR station is close enough (only a few minutes, less than 5') and you have some kind of bar right next to the guesthouse. Clean and cozy place, beds are closed with a curtain and the male/female spaces are clearly indicated You shall take your shoes off and wear the provided flipflops to walk around.

My kids and I love the place. It was near a supermarket with extensive products for an excellent bbq dinner. The place was huge with a big tub and amenities like washer/dryer, cooking utensils and others all provided. The only problem encountered was with check-in. As this is a self service type property, there's no reception and no communication was sent with regards to accessing the unit. We were lucky that the neighboring unit were local Japanese and helped us contact the property owner to sort things out. I strongly recommend that if you check with property owner BEFORE travel to ensure all details are received. Most importantly the access code for main door.

Undoubtedly one of the best hostels I stayed so far. I went off-season, so there is not much travellers around. But the place is cozy enough to keep you occupied. There are workdesks and also books and manga. The location is near the sawara boat tour so you can just line up without reservation. The place itself also holds seasonal events like workshop and gatherings. Best to check out their website and you can time your visit during those periods.

For a budget style Japanese inn this place was wonderful. The location is hard to find but makes up for it with the almost total quietness. Owner is very welcoming and happy to please. The communal bath though old is just what is needed. The large rooms though starting to fray are okay. Breakfast was wonderful with a daily changing menu. Recommend.

This inn is worth the trip. I was unable to let them know i would have a late check in. However when I arrived they served me dinner within a couple minutes, which i was not expecting. Amazing dishes, amazing facilities, and the most beautiful location. Theres a really nice niche karaoke bar nearby too if your into that sort of thing. 10/10 recommend.

I like the place. A house with a single car park. You need a car to drive there. Close to Narita airport. Suitable for family stay. You can go to nearest convenience shops, Aeon mall, Donki, temple attraction. Driving to central Tokyo takes 2 hours drive. You can rent this unit and drive to any park of Tokyo city.

Wonderful house! The house is fully equipped and comfortable, with parking, a spacious yard, and two excellent bathrooms. Highly recommended for families.

Everything was good except the check in procedures are quite lengthy and need to sign another contract with the landlord externally on another platform.
