The room is quite big, and the bed is wide, so it is no problem for two adults to sleep on one bed. The facilities are average, but everything is there, such as disposable toiletries, disposable towels, bath towels, etc. The boss is from Northeast China, very enthusiastic, and always answered questions. The price of renting a motorcycle is also reasonable. There is no hot water in the washbasin in the room, and the hot water for bathing is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, very unstable, and the water output of the shower head is small. The hotel is still under construction. Another thing is that the hotel is 3-4 kilometers away from the city of Luang Prabang, but the hotel price is reasonable and the cost performance is very high. I hope the boss will continue to work hard.
I thought I was staying in a temple when I first entered. I felt at ease when I arrived at the small courtyard. The boss is from Sichuan and is very welcoming. The facilities are similar to those of domestic homestays. I heard from the boss that they were all brought from China. The small courtyard is very cozy and the surrounding environment is also very good. It is convenient to eat and drink around this hotel. There are also massages, about 40 per hour. The Laotian girl is very hardworking
The layout of the room is very good, the linen is particularly comfortable, there is a five-star hotel, the reception is very warm, the beautiful Lao Miss sister, can speak Chinese, the hotel people are very friendly! Hotel parking is super convenient! The place is also very easy to find, just beside the bank of northern Laos, convenient transportation!
Utopia house-luang prabangLocated in the heart of Luang Prabang's ancient city, it is only an 8-minute drive from Luang Prabang International Airport. Whether you arrive on a late-night flight or depart early in the morning, we can save you the trouble and fatigue of traveling. It is within walking distance to the city center and only about 2 kilometers away from attractions such as Wat Xieng Thong, the Royal Palace Museum, and the Phousi Hill Viewpoint. You can easily start your day by participating in the almsgiving ceremony for the monks in the early morning or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Mekong River at sunset in the evening.
The guesthouse is designed with the soul of "natural Zen", integrating traditional Lao architectural elements with modern comfort concepts: **Natural materials**: Teak beams and columns, rattan furniture, hand-woven cotton and linen fabrics, combined with warm lighting, create a laid-back vacation atmosphere. The open-air courtyard surrounded by green plants, decorated with a lotus pond and a hammock, is an ideal spot to enjoy Lao coffee and listen to the wind rustling through the bamboo. The walls are adorned with traditional Lao handicrafts and hand-painted Buddha tower murals, allowing you to experience the serene Theravada Buddhist culture in every corner.

Stayed for more than 10 days, quite a good hotel, the front desk boss is very beautiful
Facilities: very convenient, go out is foreigner street
Hygienic: clean and tidy and comfortable
Environment: Absolutely relaxing resort
Service: Breakfast is full, watching the Mekong River scenery, eating and chatting
This time I had a very pleasant experience in Luang Prabang, and the indispensable thing was the hotel booked. The hotel experience was very helpful and the staff who served us were very friendly and attentive. First of all, [Location], the hotel is located in the lively neighborhood of the main city, safe and secure, and secondly, non-foreigner streets and night market areas, so that it is far from the lively, will not be disturbed, it can be said to be quiet. And it is very close to Foreigner Street and the Mekong River; Secondly, [Health and equipment], there will be hygiene every day, but it will not disturb us, the hotel is very clean, you can slippers; showers, hair dryers, hot water and other facilities are normal, bathing and rest are very quiet and comfortable; [Service attitude] This hotel has a majority of foreigners living, and basically communicates with the service staff in English, without communication barriers. We must give our butler Khan a thumbs up, five-star praise, very enthusiastic, solve our various problems, and provide careful breakfast service, very warm. We also sent us when we left. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
A boutique hotel renovated from an old house with brand new facilities.
Just across the road from the door is the Mekong River, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the Foreigner Street. The Royal Palace Museum, Xiangtong Temple, Mount Phu Si, and the night market in the city are all within 10-15 minutes on foot. There are also many popular restaurants around, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel provides free bicycles, and it is also very good to have a city bicycle.
The front desk brother is polite and enthusiastic, and communicates in English. Although it has been open for a short time and is not familiar with some business, he is very dedicated. He helps to book chartered cars, airport shuttles, and restaurants, and also helps to repair bicycles abandoned on the road🚲
The room is not big, but the double bed is 1.2m (most of the double beds in other hotels are 0.8-0.9m). If you have to wash your clothes by hand every day, drying them is a problem
Breakfast is at Joma cafe (a local chain cafe) on the underground floor of the building. You can choose a different breakfast set on memu every day with your ticket. The dining time is relatively flexible, from 6:30 to 10:00 in the morning. If you don’t have time to eat, you can also take it away.
The 3-day stay in Luang Prabang was very comfortable. The room that was not facing the main street was very quiet. I slept until the rooster in the neighbor's house crowed to remind you that it was time to give alms, haha

Останавливалась здесь на одну ночь и впечатления от номера оказались очень приятными. Уютно,чисто, удобное расположение. Только сложновато найти это место, тк оно находится в закоулке, на который надо свернуть по указателю с длинного утреннего рынка
Very helpful landlord offering me a number of free rides and where-to-go tips. Very clean and everything was working, compared to similar class of accommodation, Highly recommended.
The slightly away from the touristy location also allowed me to visit a temple and a food market not commonly discussed by tourists.

CChicdeshitouniuOverall, good value for money.
I like the wooden style and the warmth and security brought by the locked door of the homestay.
The price is still very good.
The problem is that it is far away from the center, and we rely on bamboo bridges during dry seasons. After the bamboo bridges are gone, we mainly look at the feeder boats. The boats leave very late in the morning, and taxis in Laos are very expensive, which is always inconvenient. It doesn't matter if you rent a car.
The room is small, but the hygiene is good.
Bedding was torn. Bathroom shower and toilet cannot be separated.
CCutterJonThis place far exceeded my expectations. The grounds are lovely, you walk through a garden to get to the bungalows on the river. The service is impeccable, down to the little details but also with a warmth that feels like a family welcoming you as new friends vibe rather than servants sucking up to you. Just ridiculously nice and helpful people. Informative check in. There's a pool with sun chairs if you get tired of chilling on the balcony. Food is fantastic, from breakfast delivered to your door to dinner (try the lemon coconut chicken, you'll thank me later). Rooms are in good condition with ac and fan. Wifi everywhere. The only reason this might not be for everyone is it isn't downtown -- but that's also a plus for the peace and quiet and there are free shuttles there and back six times a day (and it's super cheap and quick if the times don't work for you). An absolute steal at this price and if you think it's not a good place to stay there's something seriously wrong with you.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, in a small street away from the noise of the street, but just next to the center.
The room is spacious and clean, but noisy, I heard everything that happened outside, the noise of people who speak, the dogs who live, the people who celebrate in the bar next door.
The breakfast is basic but good, and it is good to start the day.
II live to travelBased on google map, the lane to this hotel is wrong. So i had to walk a bit after my taxi dropped me off at the wrong location. The staff at reception, Wan and Lo (sorry for wrong spelling) are absolutely wonderful. Pleasant and polite especially the male staff. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and bathroom huge with beautiful floor tiles.
The only negative experience i had was at breakfast, when i asked a female staff which food had meat - i only take Halal or vegetarian food - and was told the spring rolls were vegetarian. When i bit into it, there was meat inside!! That was extremely upsetting for me!!
Suggestion- place labels at the serving dish to indicate vegetarian dishes or otherwise. There are many Europeans who are vegetarians too so it will be useful to have such labels.
Rooms should have a chair in it for those who want to do work at the tv counter.
JjrrrrrGO!Convenient to travel, in the center of the old city, and very close to the morning and night markets. The room was booked as a family room with three beds. There was a youth hostel next door, so it was a bit noisy at night. The price is similar to that in China. The villa has a beautiful appearance and a beautiful courtyard environment, which is suitable for a short break. Overall good, recommended 👍

PPeterKA very nice location for walking anywhere in the old city with lots of shops and restaurants very near. The room is very large with a ceiling fan and strong ac. The small refrigerator was also nice. Didn’t try the ancient tv but the WiFi was good. As some others have mentioned the outside noise like animals and people sounds come into the room but it didn’t disturb my sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast views are amazing. The food was a small buffet that changed one of the main dishes every day so you won’t get too bored. A very nice choice and a great value. I would definitely stay again next time.

GGuest UserSpotless clean and friendly staff, the hotel is located at around 15 minutes walk from downtown. They dispose of free bikes that can be used to roam around town, the place is quiet and with good vibes around the place.

Amazing
BBaomihuatuziThe environment of hotels in the old town is relatively old, but this one is really very clean. The cleaning lady cleans it more carefully than her own home. At this price, it is the first choice in the old town. The young couple who own the B&B are also very friendly. They helped to carpool to the waterfall and even invited me to have dinner with them on the first day (it was delicious, and they are cooking experts~). As long as you ask, they will tell you everything. If you come to Laos for the first time, choosing this place as your first stop will make you feel very at ease~
The location of the hotel is relatively perfect. It is very close to the night market and the morning market (not too close, otherwise it will be noisy). You don’t need to take a tuk-tuk when going out. You can walk everywhere. Anyway, I spent three days in Luang Prabang and didn't take a tutu. When you walk to the hotel intersection, you will see one of the routes for giving alms. The glutinous rice used for giving alms is sold on the roadside. The other side of the intersection is the Mekong River. The river water is yellow and ugly during the day, but once the sunset, my God, it feels like a movie. Walking along the river, there are restaurants everywhere, and the prices are very affordable. Just close your eyes and choose~
The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the minivan I took when I came here dropped me off at the wrong intersection. I dragged my luggage under the scorching sun and looked for the hotel for more than 10 minutes (I didn't buy a sim card in advance)

GGuest UserWhat a find! Away from the main street although easily walkable to the night market and bars and restaurants.
Carefully prepared breakfasts which we both enjoyed.
Rooms are large and individually decorated, cleaned daily. Really loved the beautiful decor.
Service was excellent. Any query was answered fully and suggestions for activities and restaurants given if and when required.
There was a lovely pool area with beds and chairs too.
All in all I would thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel for families or couples.
