The front desk service attitude is very good. Even after the early morning check-in, the front desk is still very enthusiastic. The hotel provides free bottled water. The facilities are old but well maintained. The surrounding area of the hotel is very convenient.

Location was great. It was rainy but they do offer a free shuttle to take you anywhere which was wonderful. No free house coffee but there was a coffee maker in the room and front desk gave us a couple more packets as you only get 2 regular packets in the room. Pizza place across the street, Hoops, was great. They shuttled us down to Blue Duck restaurant. Awesome! Close to many places you can walk to.

Hotel is nice & clean. They have very polite staff. Breakfast is weird I don’t recommend it. But generally if you wanna stay away from what u doin in life and have a little time for yourself this is the hotel for you.

We would have liked a hot tub. Also the floor at the pool was so slippery my son and father both slipped on it while walking to the stairs to get into the pool. Very hazardous!

Overall it was bigger and cleaner than nearby hotels.
Also, since I visited on a business trip, the location was important, but the distance was good and there were many large targets and restaurants around, so I was very satisfied with the location.
However, it was a little inconvenient because it was the corona period, so if you need services such as room cleaning or towels, you have to contact us separately.

HhellenyuThe room is very comfortable, with its own kitchen. There is a small supermarket and **Jiu next to it. It is very comfortable to eat or cook. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, laundry detergent, stoves, tableware, and even detergent and scouring pads. This price-performance ratio is unbeatable in Chicago. It is a bit regrettable that the bed is relatively small, and it is a bit crowded for two people to sleep. The air conditioner is very noisy.

FFrancescoDavicoVery nice apartment but small things a bit boring: definitely automatic check in where the registration is very detailed and slow and if you don't read the emails they send carefully you waste a lot of time. The bathroom drain is not perfect and gets clogged. The apartment curtains do not cover completely and therefore light early in the morning. Shower with lukewarm water and not hot (the first time, the second everything was perfect). Bed and pillows too soft for my habits.
For the rest, very nice apartment
