Convenient location, you can walk to the central part with shops/restaurants/bars in 5-15 minutes. There are many convini near the apartment. There is a public stop 5 minutes walk away. Clean bathroom, bed linen. There is air conditioning, a boiler with hot water, a hair dryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator. There is a stove, a microwave, a kettle... but! There are no dishes, not at all. The description did not say that there were dishes, but it seemed to be expected that they were. Almost everywhere there are at least mugs. Why a kettle if there are no mugs? It turns out that you can rent dishes. I think this should be clearly written in the description, especially misleading are photos where there are dishes and other things that add coziness, but in fact there is none. Towels were provided, but it was impossible to use them, as they smelled unpleasantly musty and damp. The windows were very dirty and dusty, and I had to touch them and open them, because it was very stuffy in the apartment. There was also dust in the closets. In general, if you do not need additional things like dishes and normal towels, for a short stay, given the fairly low price, the apartment is suitable. If not, then it is better to pay extra and look for other housing options where all these amenities are available at the proper level.

The place was great and it had everything we needed for a stay. The location is great. Smack in the midst of town and shops. There are also eateries and a 7-11 below. There is also a basement carpark which was great as we had rented a car. (The first night we did not know how to use the automatic parking service and we parked at a private carpark paying 20,000 won. After learning how to use it with the help of a friendly guy who works in an office at the carpark, it was a breeze to park) Take note that this is an apartment with no check in. The telephone number of the host is given and can be contacted via wechat. The host was friendly and informed us of everything we needed to know.

Stayed in Living Suite. Is it a little small at first? I wanted to, but there was no shortage of family of four. If you go to Jeju to see the sunrise on the veranda, soft bedding, deep bathtub, eco-friendly amenities, delicious breakfast, walking paths and cute landscaping, this is the accommodation you want to go again.

I can see it when I'm swollen. There was a male ghost in the room you changed. ... I kept pulling the quilt and playing around. I slept at night and sunrise. I need a terrace. The refrigerator is especially good and the parking is good. The air conditioner is noisy and the room we stayed in is crowded with outdoor machines. The noise was periodically and the soundproofing was unfortunate I can hear the sound of grass bugs, and I feel like I'm sleeping in a tent. Um... I'm here today. Compared to here, the gentle resort was the best.

For me, who was going abroad for the first time, and I was traveling with my mother and my one-year-old baby, ”Big Bear House” was the most successful choice I made! I was very anxious before coming here, and I was afraid of the language barrier and unfamiliarity with the place... But since I contacted A Luoge, I have been relaxed a lot, and I really feel safe~ ”Big Bear House” is in the villa area, very clean, very quiet, and very close to the city center. Those with children should give priority to his home, and I guarantee satisfaction~ There is also a cute boy in his family (Andy is super handsome), and Yanzi is also a very patient parenting expert. Such a family is definitely full of love. The key is that when I came back to pack up at night, Yanzi helped me take care of the child. I was really touched... What good luck made me meet you~🥰Because I also chose A Luoge for the charter car, he took good care of us with the baby, and took us to play from 8:30 to 9 o'clock, just to let us play more projects this time. And when we took a taxi home, A Luoge would ”share the location” with me to ensure that we got home safely! I really love Jeju Island and the Big Bear House. Next time, I must go to Jeju Island with my family of three to experience a different Jeju Island. I will also take my daughter to play with Andy. Hahahaha

AAnonymous UserWonderful experience staying at Jeju Ollero for three nights! The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and the unit was very well-kept with an amazing sea view. McDonalds and Lotteria were a stone's throw away. Taking public transport (bus) around took some time to navigate using Kakao app or Naver map, but overall it was very doable. Highly recommended for tourists who appreciate a leisurely homestay!

BBoyscout76Let me start with one thing: with a ”touch of young blood”. First location: sits in idyllic and panoramic view from the common balcony in 6F. A first time visitor to Jeju should at leats stay few days in Seogwipo (again, Jeju is divided into Jeju City and Seogwipo) as it showcase all the vest attractions in South, West and East Jeju) From Airport, take bus 600 and bus stop seogwipohang (31 stops from airport) Cleanliness: ilike to see the rooms no shoes and slipper allowed. It is clean and comfortable from heated floor and nice smelling beds and blankets and reasonable size locker rooms. Service: The giveaway price you paid also includes free breakfast. Again, i explain later why it has a touch fresh blood, you will love to see new ideas in kitchen liek SeomBucks, SeomWay and many more. But what most I dont understand is why there are sweets (candies) also in Shower rooms. Fridge, you can have all you want to put in and get a personal space. Facilities: The hostel in 6F overlooks the seogwipo sub-marine park. It is also within walking distance to a waterfall park. The rooftop also is so spacious (that you can hold a basketball) and a laundry. The property caretaker, is literally a young blood, a college student having school breaks due to some injury and is managing this little haven is full of ideas, ready to jump and help, fluent in English and undoubtedly above average IQ/EQ. He surely can deal with picky and demanding foreigners and locals alike to get the best feeling at-home experience. This why i said there is a touch of YOUNG BLOODS. Ps: I canceled several of my bookings in another hotel and extended my stay here. The price with breakfast,

LLiveAlittleStaff: unmanned most of the time, waited a bit to checkin. since I dont have sk number to call the number posted in the counter. But they will give you all the instructions once you checked in. Cleanliness: decent Linens: clean, only issue is the damp smell of the towels and they are really small but you can request if you need more. Coffee/Tea: water heater available but no free coffee and tea Fridge: included Have fully functional kitchen and sink, basic cooking utensils, crockeries and cutleries, microwave and stove Water: water purifier included Tv and Channels: didnt use it power outlet: Sk outlet bring travel adapter Table and chair: there’ coffee table, one stool, outside chairs and tables Couch: none View: best view of the sea Balcony: groundfloor access to common area overlooking the sea Bathroom: decent with hot and cold shower Swimming Pool: none Fitness center: none Spa: none Food: convenience store, cafes and restaurants nearby Transportation: hotel location is roadside but you have to walk about 10mins to main road for main bus stop Shops/Landmarks nearby: you can see the light house and a handful of cool cafes nearby City/Nature: nature Big room, good for family or group. stayed in February so its cold and chilly, hardly spent time outside. Its very quiet, nice to chill and relax, away from the noise and chaos of city living. Price: not expensive, you get what you paid for.

TthewandercuratorIt was our first time booking a holiday home rental on Trip.com. We booked this holiday home for its warm and clean modern feel, the possibility of using its outdoor jacuzzi tub and its waterfront location near Gwakji Beach, Handam Coastal walk and cafes in this part of Aewol-eup. It turned out to be a wonderful, memorable stay, except for a minor issue on the lack of self check-in instructions on our day of arrival (there was no email or message via Trip.com for guests regarding the self-check in passcode for the house door). Luckily, the manager/owner was nearby when we called him. He was able to help us ensure we could enter the house. He kindly gave us a house tour, showed us the amenities and how to operate the jacuzzi. While we ended up not using it, each day we found it healing and rejuvenating to wake up to the sound of the sea and take walks along the coast towards Handam or Hallim. We also discovered one of the best brunch cafes on our trip, Malona Café, just outside the house. Overall, we loved our time here and wished to be back when we return to Jeju. A warm thank you and a small suggestion to the manager/owner: it would be great to provide guests with an email or Trip.com message containing self check-in instructions and other useful information 24 hours before arrival to avoid any last-minute confusion or stress. 😀

AAOroJeju offers a beautiful, peaceful, quiet and calm environment. No hassles in check in or out. The Host was extremely helpful, kind, responsive and accommodating. She responded to watsapp with fluent English and offers very helpful support to get around. My room was sea facing and it was wonderful to wake up to the sound of the waves and breeze. The studio is compact with daily necessities required. Washing machine, full equipted kitchen, table for dining and writing, dress table. The bed and bedsheets is comfortable and offers home away from home relaxation. I had originally booked for 5 days but extended to 8 days in total. The closeness to the sea, the breeze, sound is so peaceful, making this a very suitable place to recharge from hectic work and a very comfortable place for healing. This is close to the little town called Namwoon and within reach of the main Sewigpo main town, bus ride 30mins max. I was captivated with the closeness to the sea, making daily stroll such a pleasant ans enjoyable experience. Definitely my first choice of ”home away from home” on my next visit. The hosts is such a wonderful lady, making this place such a wonderful and connected stay.

GGuest UserThe environment of this B&B is pretty good. It's across from the sea, but the swimming pool won't be open from November to March so it's a bit dirty inside, and the glass facing the sea isn't very clean either. What confuses me the most is that I booked breakfast for two consecutive days. On the first day, I confirmed the dining time and location with the manager, and it seemed that the answer I got was that it would start at 9 am and be delivered to the room, but we waited until about 9:30 and still had no news, so we cancelled the breakfast. The next day, I went to confirm the breakfast again, and this time it was a Korean guy who didn't seem to understand English very well. Anyway, after using a translator and communicating in English, the answer I got was: breakfast takeoff... The communication was fruitless, and I didn't get to eat. The location of this hotel is close to the beach, which is good, but I don't recommend it for girls traveling without a male accompaniment. Being close to the sea means it is quite remote, almost completely far away from the bustling area. At the same time, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea were also very dirty. We had to clean them ourselves, otherwise they would have been completely dirty. What made me most uncomfortable was that when we were about to check out in the morning, the manager opened our door with the password without knocking (there were still 20 minutes before check-out). I personally think that if you can't get through to foreign tourists on the phone, you can knock on the door and talk at the door, but the manager didn't do that) What if there were two girls, what should I do?

GGuest UserThoroughly enjoyed my 1 night fuss-free stay to hike Hallasan the next day. Feels very homely because of the nice halmeoni owner. Pros: - very affordable - has a 10 min direct bus ride to the start of the trail (bus timings are infrequent, please check beforehand) - extremely well maintained and clean apartment - the nicest nicest nicest halmeoni ever! being inexperienced travellers, we reached the accommodation past 7pm with an empty stomach, no t-money card to take the public transport, and no korean number to order food delivery/take a cab. she was so worried and offered help. Cons: - a little inaccessible, recommended to take a cab to/fro instead - limited food options past 6/7pm, recommended to stock up before heading over to the accoms - haelmoni only speaks korean, thus might be a challenge for non-koreans Other Info: - basic amenities are provided (e.g. shampoo, bath towel, floor towel, water kettle) - bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and body soap (a half-used bar soap is provided, but may not be too sanitary) - you can leave your luggage at the acomms after checking-out

GGuest UserIt was great to have such a luxury villa at this price. After I made an appointment, the price was lower and I was a little upset, but it was the best. The location is also near Sanbangshan, so it's very close to Aewol in Jungmun and not far from the airport. It was 15 minutes away from Mosulpo Port, so it was good to take a Gapado or Marado ferry. The restaurant introduced by the boss was fresh and the price was good. My friends were satisfied and wanted to use it again.

TTxnxThe best home out of 4 homes bro and i had throughout our 8 days 8 night in Jeju. This apartment was huge and homely. Our room felt welcoming and very homely. Although we got a room which we did not book for - barely any seaview which was a disappointment, the host helped to rectify after speaking to her twice, one on the night we checked in and the following morning. We had to wait for the occupant to check out of the room we booked for before we were able to enter, so our morning was wasted, but we enjoyed our next 2 nights. We lived at level 3. Bedsheets and pillows were comfortable and they smelt good. Floor and toilets were clean. Balcony was lovely. Laundry room at the basement which we used. Nice outdoor sitting at level 1 and 2 which we did not get to use. Water dispenser and coffee sachets were provided which were a bonus. I would definitely book here again for the location, environment and the cosiness of the room which I booked with a beautiful view!
