-someone ENTERED my room in morning, while still asleep (without knocking the door); UNacceptable (staff or other people don't know) (safety/security)
+looks like newly renovated
-getting the key code required various e-mails (automatic registration seemed not to function)

The location is very good, within walking distance of the station. I arrived at the hotel at night, so it was hard to find where to check in. The room wasn't very clean, but it was a reasonable price. The view of the city from the hotel was beautiful.

Good location, easy access by bus from zurich HB. Well equipped with amenities which you can cook simple dishes.
No kettle in the room is a little bit inconvenient. And my room is near the road, so it's noisy for cars passing and sometimes men talking outside.
12th floor. The entrance, hallways and the stairs up to the room etc. were a bit run down and dirty looking but inside the apartment was great and incredibly warm and cozy in the majority of the room. I was very cold coming in so that was perfect for me. Only problem was not being able to turn the heat down at night (I didn't find any way to do it at least) and I had to sleep with the window open where trains would come and go very often and people outside on the street yelling random things sometimes at night, so I didn't sleep very well. The heat came from the ceiling in the bedroom. Also had some people arguing on the floor below and some stomping on the floor above around 00:00 to 03:00 but that's not really the hotel's fault because there's no active staff present. Maybe worth noting is that I stayed here the night of a big concert (Slipknot) at Hallenstadion which is close by. I would stay here again if I found a way to turn the heat down at night.
Great view from the balcony.

We booked this room because it was low price for a night near the railway station in Zurich. It served its purpose, but lefta lot to be desired.
The room itself was so small, it was impossible to outlay contemporary suitcases packed on both sides of the case. No glass for water for or a drink of any kind. The room was in bad repair. A large mirror was falling from its frame behind the door and the bathroom door (made from a chipboard) had been wet and was swelled, warped and smelly. Lobby alcove dingy and felt insecure
The bed was good, towels and linen fine.
It served its purpose, but I couldn't recommend
The self service worked, but not a fan of no one on site. Won't rebook this again.
I didn’t want to give 1 star but it was really disappointing. Oka, Trip.com didn’t mention that there is AC, so it’s fair that the room didn’t have it but not even a fan and it was extremely hot! There is no trash bin in the room so we had to use our own plastic bags to collect waste. There is no wifi (even though they promised there would be info in the room about it, there wasn’t). The shower has no curtain or wall so water splashed everywhere when taking shower. Nonetheless, it was fine for just sleeping but even with the quite low price considering it’s Zürich, it was not a pleasant experience. Maybe I’m too picky, hence the neutral rating.

Room is generally clean and spacious. Love it that it comes with fridge and microwave and cutleries. Didn't encounter the issue with not receiving access code as I duly submitted the documents and registered a few days in advance. Suggest that prospective visitors drop them an email to confirm everything is in order after completing the online check-in. Only issue is the bathroom area whether it gets flooded easily, guess it is due to the consideration for the physically challenged.

This hotel has a modern design and a peaceful ambience, perfect for relaxation. The front desk service is friendly and makes people feel at home. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which gave me a good night's sleep. The restaurant offers delicious local cuisine which is surprising. Convenient transportation, surrounded by many shops and restaurants, worth staying again!
The location is good and relatively quiet. Self-service check-in is very convenient and saves time. The hotel is also clean and it is only a five or six minute walk to a coop, which is quite convenient

Very Good
GGuest UserThe parking is extremely hard to find if you are driving. When you see the building on your right, after passing by the building, turn right and just stop along the road where it says for pick-up and drop off. The Front office is just right there, check-in, get your key, pay for parking and you can access the parking which is right in between 2 buildings. It’s super misleading and you need your room key. Just be aware as there is a road slightly further down with red “labels” on the ground, you cannot drive on those!! I learnt it the hard way.
Anyway breakfast is very good and well worth it! Rooms are also good.

GGuest UserNuma | Turi was a perfect stay for me - the apartment was very clean, and the facilities in room are new and well kept. Amenities in the apartment are great - the free luggage storage was a gamechanger as it allowed me to explore Zurich without having to drag my bag around.
Location is great - bus to Zurich HB is frequent (takes about 5 min and comes every ~5 min), with that, it is also very much possible to walk to Zurich HB.
There are some things to note:
- the area has a lively night life, so may get quite noisy
- washing machine & dryer are available in building but not free however, can be paid online. They are CHF 5 & CHF 4 accordingly
SSpacemanAULovely hotel, what really makes it is the staff.
Comfort of Sleep: Good, soft, nice pillows and heavy duvet.
Temperature: It is hard to make the room cool without keeping the door open.
Breakfast: Quite a limited selection compared to other hotels. If breakfast is not included, I would not pay for it and go to Starbucks or CO-OP within 1 minutes walk.
The staff are really the thing that makes it though, we even were given chocolate on arrival and a small bottle of Prosecco for New Year's Eve with a handwritten card to welcome us and help us plan our NYE.
