The building is nicely located - 5 mins walk to Genova Brignole Station, few mins to Via San Vicenzo. It is a historical palazzo with very nice entryway and public spaces. The rooms itself was tidy and nice, with a beautiful balcony. The hosts are extremely welcoming and provided useful informations on the city, also some extras to the room like cookies :)

Siamo rimasti davvero molto contenti del soggiorno all'Affittacamere Il Veliero! La reception è stata eccezionale: ci hanno mostrato tutto nei dettagli e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su dove andare e cosa visitare. La struttura è pulitissima, confortevole e dotata di aria condizionata. La posizione è fantastica: vicinissima alla spiaggia, a ristoranti e caffè. Anche la stazione dei treni è vicina, quindi non serve prendere l'auto. Consigliatissimo!

I would like to express my gratitude to Mariselle and Ilaria for the hospitality! We left Naples and our train was cancelled, we got very hard, and arrived very hard at midnight. Maristella was in touch all the time, wrote a very, very detailed instruction on how to enter the room, left the keys. When we settled at 2:00 a.m., we felt like we were back home. Grecale room was very comfortable, comfortable bed and snowy clothes. Cleaning was every day, hot water went well, air conditioner worked perfectly. The location of the hotel is very successful, from the main station of the minutes 15-20 on foot, we basically walked. The common area was a teapot with tea bags and capsule coffee. On the day of departure nearby no shop worked and we were unable to buy a bus ticket. Thanks to Ilaria, who kindly agreed to buy us an online ticket. Very cozy home hotel, we have a good rest. I would recommend it. Sound isolation is good.

We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable! Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs. 10/10!

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was conveniently close to the train station. However, there was no front desk reception, and guests checking in after 11:00 AM needed to contact the hotel in advance, but the contact information was inconvenient; there was no email address, and the phone message wasn't in English. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak; I couldn't connect to the internet once I entered the room.

The room was clean and tidy, 2 minutes away from the train station, because it was a self-check-in, I needed to get the password in advance to get the key, and I didn't have a password when I arrived at the hotel. I called the boss over to help me through the Internet phone before I checked in smoothly. In short, everything went smoothly!

This is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants.  It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to visit Cinque Terre. The hygiene conditions are also good. The hotel's address on Trip.com isn't very clear; there are three locations. Two hotels are on either side of the train station hall (see picture below). The third is about 100 meters from the station, and this is the one listed on Trip.com. When checking in, I recommend exiting the station and checking in at one of the two hotels located right by the station exits – it'll save you from navigating around. The photo below shows the hotel's location at the station exit.

Nice room, located in the center of city and easy to get food and go to train station. I didn’t tell the hostels around arrival times so they did early check for us.

This is a lovely apartment with all the modern facilities you would expect. It is in a great location for visiting either old town or the beach. The host is exceptionally welcoming and generous and went out of his way to explain everything and we were lucky to have private parking available at the time of our stay. I would also like to mention and strongly recommend the Rickarola restaurant. The Pizzas are amazing the staff are so generous providing lots of extras for no charge and it has a wonderful friendly atmosphere.
