The food was delicious!!!!! And the view even better! We ordered aalu jeera (potato cumin) and matar paneer (paneer with peas) with garlic naan & tandoori roti. You might be a bit surprised when you’re looking for the place as it’s in narrow lanes and not exactly the best surroundings but once you’re on the rooftop restaurant, you forget all about it! The service is great, the food is mad tasty and has a direct view of Taj Mahal. Highly recommend food here!

If you can't find any other hotel as per your budget and location near ghats then it could be an option. Rain water coming inside rooms. Not that much clean, but not dirty also. Just okay type.

It was a 2 nights stay at family guest house. And I really enjoyed my stay here. To start with, great location - close to market, and closest to Dashashmedh ghat. Yes, you have to walk a little bit, but that's the beauty of Banaras's street. Rooms- I was so happy to see the room and washroom, it was clean like bedsheets, blanket and washroom really undotted. Owner and staff- everyone was amazing, friendly and helpful.Told me lots of legends about the place and guided me for nearby places. Ajay if you're reading this, you guys are stars. Would book it again whenever I'll plan Banaras.

The hotel is situated very near to shri kashi vishwanath temple, walkable distance as well as to ganga ghats, though located in the narrow lane, the staff is very humble, polite and courteous, particularly the way of dealing with customer of mr sandeep impressed me very much, food is not provided in the hotel though there are some good /average eating joints near by.

I don't know why the evaluation is so high! The location is excellent, it only takes about 10 minutes to get to the east gate of the Taj Mahal from the hotel. Very close. It's safer around. It's just a family hotel, so it's more like a Chinese farmhouse. The breakfast is average and the price for breakfast is very high at Indian prices. It is recommended to eat across!

This is a very beautiful place to stay when visiting the Taj. This place is at a walking distance from the Taj Mahal and you also get to see the monument from the roof top. The place is well maintained and the rooms are very clean and tidy. They serve breakfast and dinner. The kitchen is also very neat and clean. The food is simple but fresh and tasty. Would definitely recommend this place to fellow visitors.

The room was sufficient for a night stay with an attached bathroom. However the room had no window opening out. That made it a little stuffy. The central kitchen had most of the utensils for making tea. However the staff also seems to be using the same. Saw used dirty plates in the morning and they were not cleared till the afternoon. The saree shop in the premises saved effort to go to market. Mr sunil was very pleasant. Overall, good for night stay only. If one plans to stay in the homestay, he will feel claustrophobic. But it has excellent *location* take ten steps and you will be in the ghats. Ahilya ghat is good for ganga ashanan. Kashi vishwanath temple is about 500 meter walk.

Had a excellent stay at hotel byke ride! the new concept room was a delight, and the complimentary activa added a unique touch. Impressed by their professionalism in the two-wheeler rental business. The interior of the room was pleasing, and the proximity to agra cantt railway made it convenient.

We really loved this place. We arrived after a very tired day in train and we're welcomed by Palac and his uncle Sujey with a nice tea and water. The room was very clean, comfortable and private, quite, everything very pretty and nice. The room has a lot of water bottles and chips. It was a very nice welcoming for us. They help us with boat ride, restaurant recommendations, with laundry service, with massage service. The manager (Sujit) with his coffee every morning made my day. I'm very grateful for all. This is a nice family place and I highly recommend.

This is a family guesthouse runned by 2 brothers who are very friendly. So is the staff: the cook and Lakes who's very helpful. The location is great, quiet neighbourhood on walking distance to Assi ghat. The rooftop terrace has a great view! Breakfast was good. Unfortunately what you see when booking is not what you get! The room on the pictures when booking was much nicer and looked clean. Especially the bathroom. The square metres mentioned are not correct. Room was smaller then mentioned on the website of ***********. There were several bloodstains on the bedsheets. The walls were dirty. The sheets are not fresh. The bathroom is not well mainained with loose toilet seat, black marks on the sides in the pot, loose tap of the sink, all the taps have limescale, the door was very dirty, ....Such a difference with the picture of the modern bathroom we thought we had booked! When mentioning these things to the owners they told us that the bathroom from the picture is one of a room more than double in price... They admitted that the walls should be repainted....they used covid as an excuse but covid seemed the perfect time to make some changes. Finally they offered us a better room for the remaining 2 nights but my husband didn't want to change rooms for only 2 nights as it was a room with seperated twin beds and no Ganges view. The rooftop terrace is nice but should be cleaned better. We planned to leave at night to catch a train to Khajuraho. The owners were going to wake us up and had arranged for a taxi to pick us up. At 3am there was no wake-up call. After getting ready and going to reception everything was closed and no-one to be seen. We waited but after 10 minutes there was still no taxi and we decided to leave as we were worried to miss our train but then the front and back gates seemed to be closed so we couldn't get out of the premises. We started banging on the doors and windows downstairs where the family lives. No reaction and still no taxi. Finally we decided to climb over the fence and walked to the main road. We found a tuktuk who drove as fast as he could and luckily we caught our train just on time. Stressful morning... We believe the owners mean well but if they want to attract more guests in the room we had they will have to make some changes starting with true pictures on ***********, painting the walls and clean the bathroom properly.

Varanasi a humid dirty chaotic rabbit warren of a city ....BUT STOP ... and look beyond all that and you will see hundreds of dragon flies and butterflies dancing on the air monkeys birds and chipmunks in tree and roof tops . Cows dogs and goats roam freely around the very narrow ( 6ft approx width) streets that are jam packed full of cafe shops restaurants guest houses and temples.Tired but beautiful architecture from centuries gone by . Wonderful temples and rituals being played out before you eyes . Markets of fresh fruit fish chickens and gifts . But the best of all is the warm welcome almost cosseted feeling you receive from every one . When you first arrive you may look in dismay and wonder why you came but when you leave you will be so glad you visited The Kedareswar B&B is a great place to stay Very welcoming .. they cannot do enough for you Right on the edge of a ghat and in the middle of everything but by 10pm all is quiet for the night Be sure to book a city walk with Vikesh and you won’t be disappointed The sunrise boat trip at 5.30 is worth getting up for and don’t forget the arti and the burning ghat a very interesting and moving experience Varanasi is really a magical place

The great advantage of the hotel is the location. The hotel is located in a small gate in the pulsing Varanasi. From there it is not far from the world famous Dashashwamedh Ghat, where the evening ceremony takes place. The hotel room was small and was clean and was in line with the Indian standard. The hotel staff is very hearty and also provides a reliable boats***n for sunrise. The possessor has personally made the walking tour with us and there we have seen a lot of Varanasi that would otherwise have been hidden. The central and still quiet location are the main arguments w***m the hotel is recommendable.

It's a nice place, it's a home away from home, very responsible staff. Food is good and place is clean, closely connected sector 18 market and botanical garden metro is 15 min from location. Rooms are spacious.

I recently stayed at Ashray House in Noida and had a wonderful experience. The warm hospitality, cozy ambiance, and attentive staff made my stay truly comfortable. I have visited this hotel in December 23. I have come here to attend an event in India Expo Mart. This is best hotel near by locality and metro connectivity is superb. This is not luxury but best it's best hotel. Best part is staff and receptionist.
