Perfect all year round: Surfing, Walking, Golf, Cycling, DOGS...Apartment 1 occupying the whole of the ground floor has lovely windows making the most of the stunning views. It is very spacious with magnificent high ceilings and wooden floors throughout the Living Rooms. The Apartment comfortably sleeps 6.The Kitchen is a great Family Room with a very large Dining Table. It's well equipped with good quality appliances including Gaggenau hob, Lavazza coffee machine and Ruark radio.A door leads on to its own private terrace with Coffee Table, Chairs and Barbecue. On a sunny day, the Terrace is a fantastic place to relax, listen to the waves and gaze at the horizon and, if you're an early bird enjoy a coffee looking at the sun coming up over the Golf Course and Burrows. On a misty morning the view is magical!The Sitting Room, accessed from both the kitchen and hall, has a beautiful bay window with window seat to enjoy the panoramic views, comfy sofas and a Wood Burner for the Winter nights.The Master Bedroom has a high quality Superking Bed and is ensuite. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom. The Beach Drive at the front of the property can be busy, especially during Summer months. We charge £20 extra for 1 dog and £30 for 2 dogs.
