The room is very basic, but for the price, it’s reasonable and meets expectations. However, the main drawback is the drainage system in the bathroom, which causes flooding every time you shower. P.s. If you plan to walk to the China Snow Town, remember insist that the host provides transportation to the entrance. While the host mentioned that it was very close, we ended up walking over 30 minutes just to get there, which was quite inconvenient.

We really love this homestay.it was more cheaper when you book in trip.com.The owner and the staff over there was so welcoming to the foreigners and very friendly.They give us nice and clean room.They also provide some tea bags ,mineral waters,tooth brush and hair dryer.This homestay located in the snow village and easy to found with a little walk.Easy to find food stalls and restaurant and the view was so stunning.We also keep our luggage for 2hours after check out and they allowed it.Overall this homestay is recommended and I'm sure you will definitely enjoy yourself.Next time we will book this homestay when we come to snow village.Thank you so much for the staff.

The homestay come alike a small boutique hotel is strategically located at Tong Jiang Street about 300 meters to Zhongyang Street, and about the same distance to the nearest metro station Zhonyang Dajie metro station Line 2 and very near the morning market The location is no doubt superb. There are many eateries nearby including 2 muslims restaurant and supermarkets and sundry shops.Easy to access to public transportation as it is located on the main road The staffs are very efficient and accomodating in making sure our stay was a pleasant one. We would surely come to stay again if we were to be here in the future Great cleanliness,outsanding location and attentive staffs are good combinations in choosing your stay in cold and freezing Harbin.The heated floor really warms us up as soon as we enter the room We love and enjoyed our stay so much.

We stayed from 24-26 of December 2024 at room 11. Owner arranged for transport from Harbin for 100 yuan/person. This is no Ritz, but it feels like your grandma house, warm, inviting, big, homely and very clean. It was the perfect Christmas. For someone who lives in the city like Singapore, this is a perfect getaway for a couple. Definitely an experience you must try once in your life especially with this inn. You get to feel the warmth of the community and see the way the village come together to solve problems. The owners are friendly and humble, always ready to tend to whatever you want, no matter how late. Most important, they are honest and caring. Even after we left, the lady innkeeper made sure to ask her son 小田 to check if we have any problems going back to Harbin from snowtown. It is 15 minutes from the snow valley town centre, but it is surrounded by all shops that you need. You get the experience of peace while having a choice of going to the town centre with the owners fetching you for free. The innkeeper's cooking is so delicious, you don't need to go anywhere else to eat, especially her special pork fried rice and cucumber. I'm still hankering for it after I have left. (Please request for it! It's not on the menu!) We went to snow town after and we really regret not staying longer. You can take a 2hour bus from snow valley to snow town and back again, last bus at 6pm for 100yuan. Highly recommend this instead of staying at snow town.

Booked with lower expectations due to other review , but imho it was decent and price was acceptable , there some smell on the bed but I feel is still acceptable for us , the bathroom didn’t have any bad smell and water is hot. Breakfast was average but good enough to fill our stomach.

Shengshi Jiayuan Hostel is far away from Harbin Snow Town about 2 hours by bus 🚌 We went there from 30 Dec 24 - 1 Jan 25 📅 I recommend ⭐⭐⭐ to whoever likes to stay in a local place. It's a good place, not many people and a lot of things to do. Staff are very friendly, like family. You need to pay 400 Yuan to do activities and you will pay 50 Yuan to rent helmets and glasses for skiing. The first activity is to take a photo of the mountain 🗻, Second activity is to Ski 🏂( you can ski as many times as you can ), Third activity is to ride a Snowmobile, and 5 more activities (ride a horse sled and dog sled not included in the activity of 400 yuan)

Spent just 1 night at Snow Town Xuexiang due to the exorbitant price for everything here. Nevertheless we received a very friendly welcome at this guesthouse. Friendly staff and we communicate via translator and Wechat. The next morning the staff helped us with the luggage to the bus stop for our bus to Mudanjiang at 6am. Bus fare was just 35yuan (bring cash as they only accept WeChat Pay but not AliPay).

We had a room for 3 persons and it was clean and big so we stayed comfortably for 4 nights. It has a washer in the toilet. The toilet is a bit small and get all wet when shower but we requested for a mop and mopped it after each shower, the floor was dry in minutes so no issue for us. Communication thru Wechat was fast and efficient. Everything we requested for was provided for almost within minutes. Location was good for us as it is near Line 2 metro which took us to the Ice Festival site, Sun Island and Zhongyang Walking Street and we strolled to Songhua River as well. It is just next to Sophia Church as you can see the picture taken from the window of my room. Not all rooms facing the church so if you want the view, you may need to check with the person in charge to find out which room has the nice view. Overall we like our stay and will definitely book again if we come back.

The environment and design of the B&B are good, fully heated and conveniently located. But the address was not clearly marked and I almost went to the wrong place. There is a delicious barbecue restaurant opposite the B&B, and the price is cheap. There is a subway station nearby and you can walk to Baroque Street. Remember to add the owner's WeChat account to get room information before checking in, because there is no front desk to check in.

I spent a long time choosing a theme hotel and I was not disappointed. The environment was so comfortable. The room was great. The decoration was very tasteful. There were solid wood furniture upstairs and downstairs. I especially liked her wooden table. You can drink tea and chat. There was a smart toilet. All the toiletries were disposable. We also experienced pouring water into ice many times. The lady boss always served us attentively, took care of us elderly people and helped us arrange our itinerary. It was quite heartwarming. I chanced upon Yilaikezhan by chance after knowing the snow town was closed. So I searched for an alternative and after booking, the boss got in contact with me and helped me arranged transport to pick me up from airport to his place. It was a scenic drive and the driver was great and very helpful. We were hungry and he stopped by for us to grab some food before heading to the guesthouse. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the super friendly and hospitable host. The room is neat and tidy, comfortable bed with a heater that i realised by chance. Although we arrived late in Mar and most of the places, the snow has melted, but magically there are some really nice snow scenery for photo taking. There is a really lovely river just infront of the guesthouse, where the view is really enchanting. The food served by the lady host is super delicious but it came it really huge portion that we felt bad not able to finish. We have small stomach to begin with. The next day, the boss drove us into the mountain to see some really nice snow, at least knee height. Really beautiful and along the way, we saw cows. Stopped again for photo taking. It was an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. The stay, the food the hospitality is top notch! This has been the highlight of our trip and would come here for another stay when we make another trip back to harbin.

Senyue Villa is located in the innermost part of Dongsheng Snow Valley. This location made us quite depressed at first, because we took the bus and all the people got off the bus along the way. We sat at the end, and we were really a little anxious at night when we were cold and hungry. . But I realized the benefits the next day. The villa is located some distance away from the road and the central street. It is relatively independent and quiet. There is a large open space at the door where you can play in the snow, there is a frozen creek, and there is a self-built snow circle. Yes, the environment is very good. It is almost the closest B&B to Wusong Ridge and Leymus Mountain, and it is opposite Xinyelai Ski Resort, making it very convenient for various activities. The quadruple room we stayed in was not as good as the triple room. The room was smaller than the picture. There was no table in the room. Luggage and bags could only be piled on the floor. In the morning, there was fog and water on the other side of the window. The pillows would be a little wet. Don’t put your clothes there. Beside the pillow. It's great, the accommodation is very clean, and the facilities are complete (with a hair dryer). The housekeeper is very enthusiastic. The only drawback is that the room is a little small. The location is right on Xueyun Street, which is easy to find. Someone came to answer the phone when I called the store. 1. The housekeeper helped recommend affordable restaurants and told the boss that the store customers get discounts. (Free napkins are available in the store) 2. You can consider going to **zi Mountain or Shilihualang Scenic Area when you arrive at the store, because the store has discounts on tickets. It's 1/3 cheaper. You can also help charter a car. 3. You can borrow the 50-yuan water splashing ice, the 60-yuan rental snow ring, and the store-bought snow doll plastic mold for free from the store. Thanks to this homestay, I didn't make many mistakes when I went to Xuexiang. Facilities and hygiene are 100 points. Service is 120 points.

This B&B in Xuexiang is really great! As soon as you walk in, the environment is amazingly clean and tidy, and every place is well taken care of. There is no discomfort at all like staying during a trip. The service here is even more enthusiastic. From check-in to departure, the staff are as friendly as family members, always ready to help you solve your problems. It is such a blessing to be able to stay in such a B&B in Xuexiang. The actual room is different from the picture. After communication, I looked at another room, which was also different from the room type on the Internet. Advantages: 1️⃣The room is relatively new, it should have been newly renovated, clean and dust-free. 2️⃣Good facilities, smart toilet, and hair dryer with strong wind. 3️⃣Bedding, bath towels, etc. are all disposable, the hygiene details are good, the heating is sufficient, and it is not cold when sleeping. Disadvantages: 1️⃣The room has a strong smell of new decoration. 2️⃣The electric storage water heater ran out of hot water in less than 15 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes to boil water again. If it is a girl washing her hair once, it is not enough. 3️⃣The bed is not a heated kang, it seems to be a wooden bed, and there is a creaking sound when turning over in sleep. Overall: I came early, more than 11 o'clock in the morning, and the boss immediately asked someone to clean up the room and check in. The attitude was very good. The smell of the room, the water heater, and the sound of the bed affect the experience.

Overall, the accommodation is quite small, and other guests with children may wake up early, potentially disturbing other guests.
