Apartments in Punjab, Pakistan

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Well maintained facility with all basic amenities, spacious rooms, internet, equipped kitchen, comfy beds, good view, good service and staff and non stop electricity. The only issue was under construction road which was beyond the scope of property — however upon construction of road and ease of access this is worth a 5 star facility !! Mind you one can have bar b que on their roof top in the chilling weather of Murree.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Atia is an amazing host and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. She even provided a dedicated internet connection for me to be able to work remotely. The property manager and caretaker Mustafa and Hafiz were very supportive as well and provided everything we needed. Thank you 🙏🏼

Every thing was great except there was an ongoing construction in next door room which was quite noisy sometimes.
