Public transportation to city center is to easy and close (take about 30 mins). The metro and the bus stop is just next to the hostel. I didn't walk around the neighborhood too much but it was safe during the evening and night hours. Stayed at a room of 8 and it was clean. Electrical sockets in the bed. Curtains were nice for privacy. Lockers under bed but you need your own lock. Bathrooms and toilets were also clean. A little bit of smell but not much disturbing. And the rooftop view was really nice. Overall affordable and nice stay.

I had such a wonderful experience! My first solo trip and hostel stay turned out to be truly enjoyable, thanks to the incredibly kind staff and the hostel’s amazing design. Plus, its prime location near two metro stations made exploring the city a breeze. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate — it’s absolutely worth it! :)
Staying at this hotel was quite an interesting experience! The room and elevator were extremely small, but as a solo traveler, it was perfectly fine for me. The young lady at the reception was very friendly, and I appreciated how everything was conveniently located nearby. Overall, a decent stay for solo travelers looking for a well-situated place!
I had a great stay at this hostel. The environment is very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. It’s also very budget-friendly, offering excellent value for money. All the necessary facilities are available, which made my stay convenient and hassle-free. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a clean, affordable, and well-equipped place to stay.
The room with 4 beds was a little smaller compared to the pictures I saw. It was a bit crowded with 3 people in that small room but the bunk bed was comfortable. Am a heavy sleeper so I had no issues with my sleep.
It's definitely a place to stay for a night if on budget. The staff members are nice. I stayed for a night and it was okay, I wouldn't recommend for longer stays. Also, they dont have a microwave or a general kitchen area which is highly unconvinient since it is a hostel after all.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and spacious, there is a kitchen to prepare meals and space to eat and very close to supermarkets nearby and close to the metro and bus stops. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfectly fine although lacking in some facilities other European hostels provide. Within 300m of the metro which heads into downtown Paris (pink #4 line), close to Sacre Coeur and Montmartre and 15 mins walk coming from Gare du Nord Eurostar. Good to have ensuite bathroom for 4 person dorms. Hostel bathroom showing its age. Breakfast available for 7 euro. A number of good nearby bakeries for breakfast too. Small limited kitchen. Lots of seating though.
Did not like the cages under the beds for storing luggage (need own lock) or the small lockers in the room (also requiring another lock with long shackle to use). Did not provide hand or bath soap.
The staffs r friendly, but it’s a dangerous district for real. Abt the guest, some of them are tourists but some of them are loco people maybe for a short rental, so the vibe there was not that safe. There’s no lift but there’s a storage room for guests to put their luggage on the B1/F.
”I found the hotel a bit challenging to locate due to its small and inconspicuous sign; a larger and clearer sign would greatly improve accessibility. Once inside, I found the rooms to be on the smaller side, but they were nicely appointed and provided a cozy atmosphere.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with a pleasant surprise of coffee and small pieces of cake, a thoughtful gesture by the hotel staff. Speaking of the staff, the reception service was exceptional; they were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay.
However, there was an issue with my room. Despite booking the cheapest private room, I encountered some wood pieces in the roof with termites. Unfortunately, a few fell onto the bed and coffee table during my stay. This is a serious concern that the hotel administrator needs to address urgently.
Overall, while there were some drawbacks, the positive aspects of the hotel, such as the welcoming reception service and nice amenities, outweighed the negatives. With improvements to signage and urgent attention to maintenance issues, this hotel has the potential to provide an even better experience for its guests.”

TThe.snacking.gypsyI booked a room in an eight-bed mixed dorm. While the room itself was spacious, the noise from the lockers was unbearable—every time someone tried to take something out, it felt like it would wake up everyone. The toilet was quite large and clean, but the shower curtain was in poor condition, stinking, and covered with hard water stains. Also, the soap dispenser was empty. That said, the location was great, and for Paris, the price was excellent. You do have to pay €5 for a padlock and €3 for a towel, but there’s a bar downstairs where you can get drinks late. The breakfast is a steal at €7, or even €5 on special offers. You really get what you pay for! The staff is absolutely fabulous nonetheless, I Asked Ms Constanza for directions to the Christmas market and she obliged.

AAriadna UxueI had a great time here. They have an elevator and the breakfast is included. Also you can leave your valuables in the lower floor if you bring a lock. The location is a little far from the city center but there is a metro line that passes very close so it's ok. It was good value for the price.
There were energy sockets in each bed and a bathroom inside the room.

SSai KitOne of the cheapest accommodations during the Olympics. It also included breakfast. The breakfast included croissants and cereal, orange juice and hot drinks. It was very good. There was a shower room in the room and the toilet outside the room. I stayed in a multi-person room, but it was single. Bed, nice.

GGuest UserGreat value for what you pay! It remains my favorite hostel in Paris and will go there again.
Although it is a bit far from central areas the RER E stops right next to the hostel, and there are two buses too, which made commuting easy plus it always feels safe even if I’m a girl travelling alone.
Small things may not get taken care of or not promptly anyway… The door of our room wasn’t locking properly and even though I mentioned it, they never fixed it. Also, I had a problem with a bed swap, so make sure when you arrive that you actually sleep in the bed you’re assigned to/ if someone is sleeping in it make reception update the system.
Staff is very friendly, easygoing, they all speak multiple languages and are welcoming!
