The location is at a very strategic location, just a few minutes drive away from Georgetown. Cons: - Floor is not that clean and can feel stickiness. - The floor of the bathroom are also with abit of stains but acceptable. - The unit’s soundproofing is not that good as you can listen to people talking outside at the corridor. - Curtains are with holes - Sofa is quite dirty - There is not much sockets/plugs in the unit. (Can provide extension) - Mirrors are at a very awkward place (bathrooms dont have mirrors / makeup table dont have mirrors) Pros: - Location very strategic - Infinity pool is beautiful - 2 story gym - The unit comes with a washing machine, which is very useful for us - Microwave was good too - The tv comes with all sorts of entertainment like netflix/youtube - Rooms come with airconds + fan. Overall my family and I had a pleasant stay.

A Fantastic Stay in Prai! We had a wonderful experience at Citadines Prai Penang. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette and washing machine were especially useful for our family trip. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is great—convenient for both leisure and business. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely top notch customer service, be it at the check in and check out counter or the house keeping team. Friendly and very attentive. Very good breakfast with wonderful view at the dining hall. I asked for an extension for late check out and it was done swiftly. Cleanliness is five stars too. The only aspect they could improve on would be perhaps to install EV Charger for the convenience of the guests. Otherwise, one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Picked this hotel cause it is located along the New Lane Street Foodstalls. Zim Sum restaurant, Dking Penang, No. 5 CKT & the famous Sister Yao's Char Koay Kak just within walking distance. Check-in after 3pm. You may drop your luggage bag at the concierge. Check-in at the kiosk requires assistance from the hotel staff as different booking numbers were assigned. You need to insert your nric, get your face captured & make RM6 pymt (TnGo/CC) before the room card issue. I appreciate the hotel staff, Mr Hasan, for assisting me to get my room card as my room is not yet ready at 2.55pm. There's a travel kiosk located inside the hotel if you need a day trip or car to the airport. There's 3 lifts in the hotel that require room card to access. The room & the restroom are spacious & clean. I was given a connecting room. Luckily, no one stayed next door. The shower room water pressure is strong. It's a traditional toilet bowl with a bidet hose on the wall. The bed is a bit uncomfortable as i can almost feel the mattress spring. 2 medium-firm pillows for each bed. The blanket is a bit short as it reaches my chest only (165cm height). Basic amenities at the coffee table & toiletries are provided. Additional will be the iron & ironing board inside the cabinet. TV has local, overseas & youtube channels. The remote control is hard to use. The volume is set very low. Need subtitles or lip reading if you rest at the bed. Overall, it's a comfortable 2 night stay as i visited on normal days. No crowds and everything is smooth. Check-in & checkout during peak or festival season might take longer due to the hotel procedures.

There are many things to like about this hotel.  It is new and the 2 bed apartment space is just nice.  The amenities provided are good and I went to the gym nearly everyday.  The infinity pool and the games room kept my teenage kids occupied for many many hours.  I love that there are many coffee shops below and a minimart and a 7-11 five min away. They also have a washing machine in the apartment but no dryer.  Negatives about the hotel. The common bedroom aircon blows at the window and it moves the window shades and it knocks against the window. I needed to think of someone to cushion this so it won’t affect my sleep. Also the door leading to the washing machine has a gap and again when it gets windy outside(level 36) the door makes a knocking sound.  Both metal hooks in both toilets dropped off. Interesting, they glue it instead of screwing. Overall, it has been a great stay. Will miss the 1 for 1 pastries after 8pm at Majore Hotel Cafe. Located at gurney area, very strategic. Carpark is free👍🏼 However, Service needs improvement esp. check in process. Room comes with weighing scale 😍

everything just nice, just I don’t know how to handle the TV although there got tv box available. There got sofa bed can fit 2 ppl, 1 room with double bed, 1 room with single bed (is really small room), 1 bathroom (no need worry about the water pressure), kitchen with water filter, kettle, microwave, fridge, cutleries. House just next to lift, the sound proof at living area not really good, can hear outside ppl walking, room window sound proof ok. The parking locate at 6th floor and quite hard to go up & down, we decide park road side after that.

The check-in process was very slow despite the friendliness and service from the receptionist who was very polite and kind. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The food choices at breakfast were quite limited but worth it. And again, the service of the staff here was top-notch and very good, so well done and thank you to the hotel team for that.

Room is spacious and clean. There is microwave in the room very convenient 🙏🏼 Will definitely stay again since we didn’t get the chance to use the pool and survey most of the facilities as this visit is short to celebrate my sister engagement. My first time ever to park our car at lift car park 🤭
