They’re really have good services and facilities. They separated non smoking and smoking room. I can’t stay in smoking room. Cleanliness also is a big deal and they nailed it. A little change needs are please use real shampoo and body soap for better experience. I had once stayed at Claro Makassar, yet still reliable for staying as well.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Mita at the front desk who made my check-in a smooth experience with a friendly welcome, polite and professional approach. She is an asset to this hotel. The front door security are well mannered and overly helpful too. Woke up to a delicious breakfast.

Very good, clean and hygienic, the service staff is very gentle, giving people a feeling of being respected, breakfast is on the first floor, full customized service, recommended for business trips. There is a seafood next to the hotel with reasonable prices and delicious food.

I lived in this hotel a few years ago and it's ok, it's more convenient to eat around. I didn't feel good about staying this time. It was a room with no windows. When I booked the room, I didn't see any prompts.

hotelnya blm selesai jadi terlihat berantakan. kamar sangat rapi, tetapi dinding toilet tidak full ke atas. agak kurang nyaman. makanan sangat baik. semoga lain kali datang sudah lebih baik. tks
