AAnonymous UserNice hotel, the decoration of the front lobby is unique and very local, the service of each employee is very good, except that the room facilities are not very modern and it is not in the city center, I think it is very good for a short stay, there is a small balcony, there is an outdoor swimming pool on the first floor, very good, recommended

Falló el agua caliente desde el 1er día, lo reportamos y fueron de Mtto argumentando que ya había quedado y todos los días batallamos con eso, teníamos que esperar mucho y apenas salió tibia
El Wi Fi no funcionaba bien, muy lento
Salimos el domingo y al día de hoy no han liberado la cantidad que bloquearon en mi tarjeta de crédito para los consumos, que se liquidaron aparte, son $6,000
El servicio y atención de recepción, botones y meseros Excelente !!
