"Very mitigated opinion on this establishment. Reservation one week before Trip.com for the night from January 31 to February 1st 2025. When check-in I explain that the ceiling of my CB is reached and that the €50 guarantee will be complicated to take. On confirmation mail of Trip.com it is stipulated that this security can be settled in cash or CB. But the host women refuse cash deposit and require CB, despite the mail I show them stipulating this information of Trip.com. They explain to me that they will not give me the chats of the room until they have CBs to take the caution. I was just 2 fingers away ( without refund from the room I suppose? ) when my friend arrived and agreed to give her card for the caution. This lack of flexibility has shocked me. One responsible, heard that the sound was up, partially picked up the coup 30 seconds later, apologizing and overclassing us (sweeter view). We are told in the crowd that the restaurant is closed all weekends, which is contrary to us because we had just chosen this apartment in part for the good restaurant notes and especially the room service (My friend is a health careful and has difficulty to move).
