The service was good. Even though the staff was not fluent in English they still provided information about our room and stay in document prepared in English. The room was clean and big. The breakfast was also good.

Only setback I experienced is that we were given a family room with only 1 double bed. As for my child, he had to sleep on the floor with the thin mattress provided by the hotel. This is definitely a ”no-no” for me but we were left with no other options but to accept the room. We were told that we had a late check-in and there is no more family rooms w double bed. I am not very happy as I had make sure that I booked a family toom w double bed. The hotel website also did not mentioned this either. Other than this, this hotel has a very nice view of the sea. Room is clean and spacious for a family room. Hotel has a nice cafe place, Starbucks, screen sports, supermarket, etc. There are also several restaurants nearby.

I used the Golden Lake Resort. It is a suite deluxe room. It was built in the 90s, but it was still well maintained and nice. There are also remodeled rooms and nice rooms when you enter in winter. It's a little frustrating when you're in Sinini, but the heater controller is in the living room, so I recommend turning it off. It's a suite, so it's a ondol room, a bed room, a living room, and it's a toilet. Even though it was a city view, it is actually similar to ocean view. It was better because it was a yacht view. The biggest advantage of the Golden Lake Resort.It is a walkway directly from the lobby. Electric bicycles, regular four-person bicycles, and a variety of single-person bicycles are rented.Please ride an electric bicycle. The walkway runs through the Stanford Hotel. It's a system that rents for 30 minutes, but you can book a yacht and ride it. I was unexpectedly satisfied with Tong Ying-Kum. I was more satisfied with using it as an Asiana mileage. I'll go again next time. There is a big convenience store on the lobby floor, where you can eat cup rice and soup retort products. BBQ chicken can also be ordered and picked up at the cafe on the first floor.

The hotel is located in the center of Changping District, with warm service and very good environment. There are many food stores around it. It is not far from Changyuan Plaza, where there is also Lotte logo and cinema, and it takes a few minutes to walk there. The only problem is that the breakfast variety is not very rich, and you need to make fried eggs yourself.

There is not much around the resort, but ㅠㅠ the room is large and the view is great, so I stayed well with my family! The food court is quite varied, so it is good to enjoy it enough inside the resort

Overall, I was very happy with my stay. The location with a view of the ocean and a Jacuzzi was just perfect. I absolutely loved it. Something to keep in mind is that none of the staff spoke English which is fine, but just something that people might be curious about. They did call each day when my do not disturb was on to check if I needed any amenities and if I said no, they left a bag of towels water and a shower kit on the door. It is very much out-of-the-way, especially for those who don’t have cars and if you don’t have a car, it’s hard to get to things around the hotel. Thankfully, there was a mart and some restaurants down the road but any kind of convenient store was a bit of a walk.

The location was great for exploring downtown Jinju. The room structure is unique. The closet storage was good and the sink was impressive. It was a hotel with a big TV, a very large bathroom, and comfortable beds. It's no secret that I was embarrassed because there were no tables to eat. I paid for 3 people, but an additional fee for 1 person was charged on site. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste, so be sure to bring your own. Ah...parking. I went up after reading the reviews, but I ended up scratching the right bumper. Don't let your guard down until the end and climb up slowly. Despite some inconveniences, we are doing well.

It was a harbor view, but the scenery was nice. The view from the sky view and the rooftop pool was also nice. The bathroom was a little disappointing, but the room size and basic facilities were good. The seawater sauna only had hot and cold water, and there was no bathtub for children, so it was a shame to go with children. The breakfast was good for the price range. There were many free facilities, so it was good for adults.

It's a small hotel that feels like a resort. It seems to have good accessibility as it is located within Donguibogamchon. It was nice that check-in and check-out were convenient. What was especially good was The shampoo and body wash provided in the bathroom are eco-friendly and oriental medicine products, making it a hotel located within Donguibogamchon. The beautiful green scenery seen through the room's full-length window put my mind at ease. I had a nice rest in the hot summer!

I brought my parents and stayed in a Pine View Suite with an on-site room upgrade. Not only the exterior of the hotel, but also the interior and furniture were all built with the highest quality materials, creating a luxurious atmosphere and at the same time a comfortable feeling without being burdensome. In particular, I was surprised by the thoughtfulness of being able to press the elevator in advance within the room, and the pine trees planted on each terrace and the wood-toned rooms made me feel like I was at home, so I had a really good rest. It was a hotel where you could fully enjoy greater value than the price, thanks to the friendly service of the staff. This spacious room is recommended not only for families, but also for business travelers staying for a while!

Pros: Good water pressure. Good location of hotel. Lots of restaurants around Cons: The wedding hall is on the high floor, so the use of Elbe is not smooth at weekend wedding peak time. Wedding guests burst into Elbe at check-out time... The worst is breakfast. It was 7-9 o'clock operation time and I visited at 8 o'clock, and even if the customers with the tickets stood at the entrance, the staff just looked at and served. When I asked, I came and asked me to stand for 15 minutes because the order was pushed. Waiting? There are many empty seats, can't you sit and wait? I couldn't distinguish it, so I went to the hotel room and waited and came in 15 minutes. There were more than 50 seats in the empty seats, but the staff seemed to be a lack of Capa covering the order. If you can't respond to the number of staff and the number of customers, you can separate the seats that you can order rather than the suggestion to wait in the hotel room and reduce the inconvenience of moving to the remaining waiting seats. It looks more wise. So I waited in the hotel room for 15 minutes, and 2 menu materials were exhausted out of 5 menu. I have always had a soft spot for this place because they have good Filipino bands playing in the basement restaurant. I finally stayed at this place years after visiting it. It was a nice place to stay, with friendly and efficient people. I wanted to stay again but for some reason the price spiked the following week so I had to opt for a cheaper place. It is hit or miss if it is within range of what I am willing to pay for a hotel of that quality. Overall, it is a good place and I hope to stay there again.

It was clean and nice. I deliberately chose a place with a bathtub, which may be why the shower booth was small, but the bathtub attached to the toilet was spacious and nice. However, the TV has a function that automatically turns off if it is not operated for a certain period of time, but no matter what I do, it is not recognized as having been operated, so my companion and I were sweating in the middle. I wish there was a manual or some prior guidance regarding this.

My co-worker and myself checked into the hotel on October 25, 2021. We were told due to the COVID restrictions, the breakfast package we ordered during our stay would be a breakfast brought to our rooms as a room service. We were than given a menu that consisted of eggs cooked several ways, a choice of a piece of bacon, ham or sausage, and a glass of OJ or coffee or tea. Since I don’t eat the bacon, ham or sausage, my ordered when it arrived was an egg and a glass of orange juice. There were two hash browns about the size of a half dollar, a small salad and a slice of toast. There are no other options. I asked for a fruit bowl…nope, I asked for some yogurt…nope, I asked for pancakes…nope. For a small skinny person this might be sufficient but I am 6’ 1” and weigh 240 pounds. Not to mention the cost for this egg and orange juice is over $25 a day. When I asked them to cancel the breakfast package, I was told since I requested the package when I made the reservations with the corporate office, the hotel can not cancel it. So I asked for a phone number to call the corporate office. Nobody seems to know how to contact corporate. I was not helped at all to contact the corporate office. I was able to get an email address that I sent an email to corporate 4 days ago and no response as of yet. I was able to locate a number I used to make the reservation and was told by corporate reservations office, that the hotel is the one to cancel the breakfast package and not corporate. So I went back to the front desk and supposedly spoke to a front desk manager and again was told they can’t cancel the breakfast package because I got the package through corporate. I asked to speak with he hotel manager, and of course they don’t work on the weekends because I guess the hotel never has problems during the weekend. So here we go, I am paying $25+ a day for an egg and glass of orange juice. And I have to pay $25 if I don’t eat the egg or drink the orange juice. I am disappointed at the way the hotel pawns off a problem to corporate when they have the power and obligation to correct an unsatisfactory situation. None of this was foretold when I made the reservations. Because of the location to the company I am working with and the fact it is the only “foreign “ type hotel, is the reason why I made my reservations. When I come back and visit later in the year, I will not stay here again and instead stay at the Marriott in Busan, and pay for the hour taxi ride.

This is a newer hotel that is good for westerners in Changwon. Modern interior, but smaller front desk operation. The rooms have good ac and walk in shower. Smaller storage space. Breakfast can be included with the price. Good breakfast and coffee machine for me. Ask for a small omelette. I have stayed various places in Changwon and this is good, price conscious as well. The downtown area is closer to big stores for trip related items and many small downtown restaurants that are excellent, authentic.

I know that there are many people staying here because Shangnan Dong is Downtowm in Changwon,. If you're a feature of other areas and other Changwon, you're a building that can eat, drink and stay in one building. Changwon seems to be used to this. Changwon CNN Hotel is a building with two underground parking lots, from the lobby on the seventh floor to the 10th floor. It has the title of a hotel. The lobby is on the seventh floor, so it's right to call it a model. The room is clean and has features in each room, but the most attractive part of CNN is breakfast service. I know that there is no such breakfast service anywhere in Changwon.

The cleanliness is good and the service is good, but the construction noise is a bit disappointing.

This hotel is great! Located in a quiet and beautiful area near a beautiful lake. Our room was nice and very clean with all necessary amenities. Excellent service and very helpful staff members. Wonderful breakfast in AM. My husband and myself enjoyed greatly our time in this hotel.

It was convenient as Okpo-dong restaurants, shops, and convenience stores were all within walking distance. However, it was a bit difficult to enter the parking lot because there was a one-way street, so I hope this helps and I am uploading a photo of the direction to enter the parking lot.

Should I say it’s good for a 3 star rating? ^^;; The screens were all gone. The wallpaper on the left side of the entrance to the bathroom was tattered. The morning breakfast wasn't bad. People who smoke had to go out to the parking lot. It's just average, neither good nor bad. If you think of the Riviera Hotel in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, it's definitely not.

This is already my third trip to Geoje. Stubborn is absolutely amazing. I was able to relax in a quiet Mongdol. Be sure to experience the ocean view spa in particular~~ We also provided a welcome drink in the 6th floor lounge. It's perfect to have a drink with the sea breeze. Next time, I'll have to invite my whole family. The view is great 24 hours a day.

When I got there, the staff were really friendly and nice. The three-bed room was spacious so I could sleep well and had most of the things I needed (except for the lack of seasoning!) I booked a pool villa so I didn't go to the hotel pool but it was enough. There was a small spa but I didn't use it because the water felt a little dirty. There was a variety of breakfast items so I ate them diligently.

It was a hotel I learned while planning a trip to Geesedo with my family and it was my first stay. I visited Geesedo several times during that time, but I used the D resort and I had no chance to visit this hotel. The well-organized landscape from the entrance to the lobby seemed to inform the quality of the hotel in advance, and from the door to check-in, it was smooth and friendly. The rooms were assigned to the new building and the room condition was very good. Especially in the same place under the bed, old dust was not found and the bedding was also in very good condition. What was better was that the amenities in the bathroom adopted a good brand, there was no bathtub or shower water, which was commonly found, and the surroundings of the vent were clean. After dinner, I had time to look around the hotel more and there was no place to be messed up in the lobby or garden. The sauna was also not bad even if it was compared to the express hotel in Seoul with water quality or cleanliness. Rather, the cleanliness and the service of the staff are not a waste of praise. The recycle bins in the sauna powder room were always clean and empty, making it difficult to find traces of other users. It was an amazing level of management given that there were a lot of guests because it was a weekend. Unfortunately, I would like to use a little more advanced body lotion and skin provided by the sauna. The hotel was originally made to target foreign VIPs visiting Samsung Heavy Industries, and it is said that it is owned by Samsung Heavy Industries, but the operation is in Hotel Silla. So I felt that the management and service of the whole hotel were very good. I hope that we will continue to develop as a hotel representing the Gejido and Gyeongnam area in the future.

This hotel is in a brilliant location close to the bus terminal, with shops and cafes close by. There is construction work opposite, this didn’t disturb us but it’s a shame the view is of a building site rather than the waterfront. The hotel felt very new and fresh. Lots of amenities in the room (toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, slippers etc) beds were comfy and there is both heating and air conditioning. The staff seemed happy and friendly. The downside is there is no door to the shower room which isn’t ideal if you are sharing the room with a friend! Housekeeping forgot to make up our room one day which was annoying. Other than this it’s a great place to stay for a few days whilst exploring Geoje.

I found this accommodation in a hurry and was very satisfied. I was satisfied with the size of the room, level of bedding, cleanliness, breakfast, and service, and I was able to drink beer. The rooftop is perfect as a hot spot. There is an indoor pool, but the pool is only for children, so don't expect too much. The breakfast bread and Korean food set is delicious and very neat. There are many raw fish restaurants nearby, and you can walk across the undersea tunnel, so it might be a good idea to try it out. The closet needs some work (Press, Push sign)

It’s close to Tongyeong Ferry Terminal. The facilities are clean and they provide plenty of bottled water, towels, and bean sprout soup for breakfast. I was worried because parking was inconvenient, but the parking lot is small. Instead, the owner comes out, takes the keys, and parks the car. While looking at the reviews, I saw a lot of posts about the owner's unfriendliness rather than the facilities. After staying there for several nights, I understand why that is. One day they were very friendly, the next day they were unfriendly. When I was eating breakfast, on the first day, even though time was tight, they took care of everything first, but on the second day, I was surprised because they didn't even greet me or respond to any of the guests' greetings. I guess the response is different depending on my mood that day.

Hotel located near West Lake Market, the price is good, the facilities are good, and the location is good. If you check in late because the parking lot is narrow, you can eat a child without a parking lot, and if you go out early in the morning, you can eat a child to pull out a car. Except for the advantage, it's a good place.

Free parking is available, and a family of four stayed well for less than 100,000 won per night. Since it is based on 3 people, they installed a separate mattress. The bathtub was spacious and tidy, so it was good to relax during the trip. ㅎㅎ Breakfast is also available, but only two people are free, so two people went out and ate separately. Please note this. Recommended as a good value for money hotel for a day or two!

I do not write a review very well, so I write it. First of all, I was very grateful that I canceled my payment for the wrong date. And the location is art, the mountains surrounding the buildings and the beach was the best for biking or walking. I remembered Vietnam or Jeju Island. The room and the swimming pool were a bit too good. The location was very convenient for a taxi ride to and from the main place. If you have a chance, I want to go back!

I came to heal with my parents. It is adjacent to the central market and is perfect for a short trip to relax~^^ At night, I watched the sea at night, watched the performance, and at dawn, I went for a walk with Dongpi. It was a good trip to enjoy together and I went well thankfully ~~~ ^^
