Great service! Friendly counter staff. They greet you almost everytime you pass by them. Lol. Good location. Right at the heart of a beautiful stretch of road. Such vibe place. Really an awesome stay here! There’s laundry. However there’s only 2 washers and 2 dryers. Need to wait a long time at night to wash clothes as everyone will be waiting to wash. Good working garment steamer. Best thing is that there is so many halal food around here. However the mosque nearby is just an ancient monument. Not able to pray inside. No azan no iqamah. How sad. Received a gift at the end of our stay as well! Top class stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. Firstly, its location is incredibly convenient, being close to the city center's main attractions and business districts. We found it easily accessible by taxi or public transport. Moreover, the hotel boasts a comprehensive range of facilities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a gym, a swimming pool, and more. During our stay, our room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bedding was spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist us with any issues. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was delicious. All in all, this hotel left a deep impression on me, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends and family.

This hotel boasts a prime location, surrounded by various commercial complexes, making it a popular spot for tourists, and it's approximately 500 meters from West Lake. It's a family-friendly hotel, complete with a children's play area on the first floor. The facilities generally meet a 3-4 star standard; it would easily qualify as a 4-star hotel if it only had a swimming pool. We were incredibly lucky! We managed to book the very last room during the peak summer vacation when the hotel was completely sold out. As the basic rooms were unavailable, they generously upgraded us multiple categories to a family suite – much appreciated! **Facilities:** 1. The gym is rather compact, but the essential equipment is sufficient. It's a pity there's no swimming pool. 2. The rooftop provides pleasant views of West Lake and the surrounding mountains, but do note it gets locked after a certain time. 3. No mini-fridge in the room. 4. Features an automatic toilet seat, but unfortunately, there was an occasional odor from the bathroom drain. Hopefully, this can be addressed. 5. Light sleepers might find earplugs beneficial. **Hygiene:** Clean. **Environment:** While a bit dated, the room itself maintains a good overall condition and gives a 4-5 star impression. **Service:** The staff are friendly, but they appeared quite stretched and overwhelmed given how busy the hotel was.

We stayed for 3 nights. My room is good, no problem. My sister room has a bit smell of Mala. Because the room were full bookings, hotel staff sprayed the air freshener, changed the room for her the next day. Location is superb! Every close to big night market, that we shopped, buying food and souvenir. Every convenience. Hotel offering us to store large luggages, 😄😄. After first-two nights, we went to another area, wang xian gu, on mountain, and back to the hotel on 4th night. There are car service provider at the lobby. Which we can choose size of vehicle. For the last day, we went to another area with all our luggages of 6 ppl. They could find us big van for 9 ppl, to another city and even picked up and dropped us again to the airport at night. Excellent!

Even though it's an older hotel, it's incredibly well-maintained. What really stands out is how clean and quiet it is, ensuring I got a fantastic night's sleep. The staff were consistently friendly and always offered a warm greeting. A special mention goes to the hotel's laundry room; the detergent dispenser was spotless! This level of cleanliness really highlighted the hotel's quality compared to others. They contacted me before check-in to confirm my arrival time and thoughtfully had the AC running in my room already. Such a considerate gesture! Service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was wonderfully generous. The location is fantastic – a mere 5-minute walk to the night market, and even closer to West Lake's iconic Broken Bridge. Getting to Hangzhou East Railway Station is incredibly convenient too, with a subway station right at the hotel entrance – just 5 stops, approximately 21 minutes. This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying hotel of my trip. In fact, it was so comfortable that I decided to extend my stay in Hangzhou by an extra day just to enjoy it a bit longer!

Very good location. From airport stop at Ding'an Road and walk around 500 metres to Yongjin Plaza. Take lift to 5th floor. All bed brand new and comfortable. Laundry available to use for free. Washer, dryer, detergent and steam iron provided for free. Gym also available. Nearby to West Lake. Walking distance to halal restaurant and Hubin Yintai and Fountain Music. Fountain music start at 7:30pm. Get there early to secure your position in front of Grand Hyatt Hotel. Recommended to traveller.

Really impressed with this hotel! I booked for one day first and ended up staying longer because it was just that good. The location is right at the Futian Market — there’s even a direct entrance from the hotel, which is super convenient. They’ve really thought of everything here… they even have charging spots for electric scooters! As someone who uses a scooter to get around the market, that was a huge plus. The front desk staff were also super friendly — super helpful with anything I asked. And on top of that, I happened to check in during a traditional Chinese festival. Such a cool and unforgettable experience

I really enjoyed my time at European Style Theme Smart Hotel. The hotel’s European-inspired design gives it a unique charm, and the modern smart features made the stay extra convenient. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing night’s rest. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around the area. Overall, this hotel combines style, comfort, and technology beautifully—I’d happily stay here again!

My biggest takeaway is that this is not a service-oriented hotel. The hotel has been established for many years and enjoys a steady clientele. Its proximity to the trade city likely means many foreign trade business people book rooms here for their clients, hence the large number of international guests. Overall, I didn't perceive much in the way of hotel service; it's quite different from many other similarly priced hotels in China. The only commendable aspect is that water, lemon tea, and small snacks are visibly placed in the lobby for self-service. Beyond that, services were minimal. Breakfast was Arabian-style, which offered little appeal to a Chinese palate. Dental kits were provided with the room card, but there were no other amenities in the room. The slippers didn't seem fresh either, which was a bit disappointing. However, the bedding and linens were decent, allowing for a good night's sleep. Having frequently stayed at hotels like Atour and other select-service brands in the same price range, I found this hotel's service and facilities to be somewhat lacking in comparison.

The hotel's location is excellent. While claiming a five-minute walk to District 1 might be a slight exaggeration, it's certainly no more than ten minutes away. We spent most of our two days exploring District 1; it's so extensive, we barely scratched the surface. The room amenities were sufficient and perfectly met the needs of our family of three. We particularly appreciated how quiet it was and the comfortable pillows, which were crucial for a good night's sleep. It's a short distance from Santing Road Night Market and World Yiwu, and taxis are easily accessible. There are also many great dining options nearby. The staff were incredibly warm and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was clean, hygienic, and offered a decent variety. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children planning to explore the trade city. Five stars!
