Despite the hotel being close to the airport, we didn't hear any airplane noise – excellent soundproofing. The quality of the facilities, including the reception, bar, and lounge, was superb.
Very disappointing stay
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Brussels Airport with my wife and our two children, and unfortunately the experience was far below what you would expect from a Hilton property.
The room itself was spacious, modern and nicely designed, which is the only positive point of this stay. However, I had clearly booked the room for four people, and this was also confirmed in my booking. Yet when we arrived, there was only one double bed and a sofa bed — without any bedding provided for the sofa bed. With two children, this immediately became a problem.
To make matters worse, the coffee machine in the room had only one paper cup and no proper mugs, which feels very cheap for a Hilton hotel. The TV in the living area was not working at all, which added to the frustration after a long day of travel.
When I called the front desk to explain these issues, the staff member was rude and dismissive. He even claimed I had only booked for two people, despite me having the confirmation clearly showing four guests. There was no apology, no willingness to help — just an unpleasant attitude.
Overall, this stay felt unprofessional and poorly managed. For a Hilton Garden Inn near an international airport, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it to families.
The major positive aspect is the walking-distance proximity with the airport terminal. The rooms are also fairly spacious. The service is not exceptional, but it’s not inadequate either, rather middle of the road.
However, the rooms are in need of some attention, especially for a Sheraton:
- the TV set was defective (it would spontaneously turn off after a few minutes of use),
- the shower gel and soap bottles were practically empty,
- there was only 1 not-that-large towel per person which is inadequate to take more than 1 shower, (e.g. if one wants to take a shower both in the evening and first thing in the morning), and
- the amenities were all upon request with practically nothing included in the room upon arrival (and, even when reception was asked for items that were listed as included upon request, they didn’t necessarily provide, e.g. bath robes), which makes asking rather uncomfortable.
If the price is reasonable, the convenience of the location is probably the saving element of this hotel.
The room is very spacious and has a kitchen, which is quite nice. The hairdryer works great, with strong airflow! You can have breakfast at the Holiday Inn across the street.
There's a free shuttle bus from the airport, but the departure times aren't very accurate. We queued at 6:30 PM for the 6:50 PM bus, but it still hadn't arrived by 7:10 PM, so we ended up taking an Uber. On the way back to the hotel, we actually ran into the shuttle bus that was supposed to take us there earlier... There's also a free shuttle bus to the airport, and its departure times are more or less on schedule.
PS: For travelers departing from Brussels Airport, make sure to arrive at the airport three hours in advance, otherwise, you'll be queuing for a very long time and might miss your flight.
excellent enjoying in Belgium next airport hotel , front desk is friendly and hotel rate is affordable
nearby careful express can buy some chocolates for souvenirs...
Very good hotel, in an old complex, very close to the city center and the University of Leuven. The room was simple and clean, the breakfast was great, there were many choices, the quality was good, it was worth staying.
Overall, it was pretty good, and the room was very clean. However, it's quite a distance from both the city center and the station, so it's probably better suited if you have your own transportation. Parking costs 14 euros per entry, regardless of how long you stay.
The reception staff speaks several languages, which makes travel easier. You can't hear any cars at all; it's a quiet location with easy access to major cities by train and metro.

GGuest UserVery close to the airport, in a village
Take a taxi 🚗 about 5 minutes drive
There is a western restaurant opposite 🍴
There is a large supermarket nearby
Super convenient for shopping
SStannaThe hotel facilities are not new but we'll maintained. Rooms are small. Bed is quite comfortable except pillows which are hard and lumpy. Towels a bit worn but clean. The most problem for late arrival is that shuttle bus works till 23.30, and there are no convenient way for pedestrian from the airport. A taxi costs 20 Euro for just 3 minutes drive.

SStannaHotel has very central location on the nice street eith a lot of cafe and restaurants. Ladies on reception are absolutely friendly and professional and ready to help. Their hospitality is fully consistent this hotel motto ”Come as a stranger leave as a friend”. Hotel is eco-friendly - no excessive cleaning, plastics etc. But if you need you will receive. Breakfast was good.

MMR101We recently stayed at the ibis budget Leuven Centrum for a short work trip, and overall, it met our basic needs. The location near the train station was convenient for getting around quickly, which was helpful given our tight schedule. Check-in was easy, and the staff we interacted with were polite and efficient.
Our rooms were simple and compact, as expected for a budget hotel, but they were clean and had the essentials—comfortable enough beds, functional showers, and a generally quiet environment for resting after long workdays. The limited space meant it wasn’t ideal for spending much time in the room, but it worked fine for sleeping and getting ready each day.
Amenities were minimal, and the interior felt a bit worn, though nothing that negatively affected our stay. For a short, no-frills work visit, the hotel was adequate. If you’re looking mainly for affordability and convenience rather than comfort or extra features, it does the job.

GGuest UserI'm very happy with our stay at the Brussels airport Park Inn by Radisson that smelled nice, easy access to a nice reception lobby that is next to guests restaurant with a garden view that is so peaceful and beautiful. Marius, the kind chief concierge officer, received us kindly, provided us with our requests, an accessibility room for my sister, handicapped shower room seat, and an immediate response to everything the hotel could provide. All concierge services are available as soon as we request.
I will come back to this hotel happily.
My best compliments to all the staff of Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport.
