Location & Accessibility 📍 Prime Spot: The hotel is located right on the main road, making it very easy to find. The Crowd: During my stay, most guests seemed to be locals or people attending events like weddings and parties nearby. Distance to City Center: It is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Brussels. However, be aware that there is currently a lot of road construction in the city, which can lead to heavy traffic. The Service & Check-in 🔑 Reception: There is a front desk, but it is staffed by only one person with limited hours (usually until around 20:00). Self Check-out: For check-out, it’s very convenient—you can simply drop your key card in the designated box and go. Housekeeping: Cleaning staff operate during standard office hours, so they are not available around the clock. Parking 🚗 On-site Parking: There is a large parking lot located at the back of the building. Cost: It costs €16 per day. I recommend registering your car at the counter during check-in so you can drive in and out as many times as you like. Food & Amenities 🍴 Meals: Please note that breakfast is not provided. There is a restaurant across the street, but its opening hours are inconsistent. Shopping: There is a large supermarket within walking distance (located in the nearby alley), which is very handy. In-Room Facilities: The room features a kitchenette with a microwave, perfect for preparing quick meals. Who is this hotel for? ✅ Best for: Business travelers, people looking for a ”stopover” while driving between cities, or those who need a functional place for a short-term stay. Not for: If you are looking for a luxury holiday vibe or a ”resort” experience, this might not be the right fit. It is designed for utility and convenience.

I have never had doubts about Novotel, having stayed at Novotel hotels in Antwerp, Singapore, and now Brussels. I usually have good experience with Novotel hence the hotel has been my choice. Normally, I always inform the hotel in advance if I will be checking in late by using the link provided by Trip.com, and I usually receive a prompt and professional response from Novotel hotels. Unfortunately, my experience with Novotel Brussels Airport was disappointing. Despite sending emails to inform them about my late check-in—first via the *********** link and then directly to the hotel—I received no response at all. This is unusual, as on the same day I contacted two different hotels for upcoming stays, and the other hotel replied promptly. Only Novotel Brussels Airport did not respond. There was also a booking issue where I was told that my two children were not included in the reservation, even though the booking was made through Trip.com’s automated system and full payment had already been completed. The receptionist told me they cant do anything since I came late. But I showed them my email via the trip.com link and they said that was not their email address. So Is the management or your staffs not doing a good homework professionally? To make matters worse, I accidentally left my mobile phone at the hotel and only realized it half a day later. When I called the hotel, I was told to send an email. I emailed twice, yet I still have not received any reply. It is very frustrating when phone assistance is unhelpful and emails are simply ignored. Overall, I felt unsupported and unsure where to seek help due to the lack of response and assistance. This experience does not meet the standards I have come to expect from Novotel. I sincerely hope Novotel Brussels Airport will improve its communication and customer service.

True to the Hilton brand, this hotel boasts an impressive scale with a grand, elegant exterior and a refined, comfortable garden. The on-site gym is exceptionally well-equipped, easily among the best I've encountered in a hotel. The guest rooms are quiet and spacious, making for an overall pleasant stay. My only minor quibble is that the breakfast selection isn't particularly extensive, but other than that, it's nearly faultless. I'm very satisfied overall and will definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip.

The hotel is near to the airport so it is convenient for us since we had a 11am flight. There are some free public carpark outside the hotel. The breakfast started early so we could have breakfast before we went to the airport. The room given to us was big so we had lots of space for 3 of us. The reception staff was friendly and helpful when we had problem connecting to the wifi.

The water pressure was really low, making it difficult to wash my hair. There's no airport shuttle either. I'd suggest travelers choose a hotel that costs at least 600 RMB per night.

Hotel has very central location on the nice street eith a lot of cafe and restaurants. Ladies on reception are absolutely friendly and professional and ready to help. Their hospitality is fully consistent this hotel motto ”Come as a stranger leave as a friend”. Hotel is eco-friendly - no excessive cleaning, plastics etc. But if you need you will receive. Breakfast was good.

While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, they are very practical, catering more to business travelers with no excessive, ornate decorations. The original room design lacked enough power outlets, so they thoughtfully added more on one side of the bed, which I appreciate. The bed was not only the firmest I've experienced on this European trip, but the single bed was also quite wide. The bedside light switches were conveniently located and user-friendly. You can see the terminal right from the window, making it perfect for early morning flights.

We recently stayed at the ibis budget Leuven Centrum for a short work trip, and overall, it met our basic needs. The location near the train station was convenient for getting around quickly, which was helpful given our tight schedule. Check-in was easy, and the staff we interacted with were polite and efficient. Our rooms were simple and compact, as expected for a budget hotel, but they were clean and had the essentials—comfortable enough beds, functional showers, and a generally quiet environment for resting after long workdays. The limited space meant it wasn’t ideal for spending much time in the room, but it worked fine for sleeping and getting ready each day. Amenities were minimal, and the interior felt a bit worn, though nothing that negatively affected our stay. For a short, no-frills work visit, the hotel was adequate. If you’re looking mainly for affordability and convenience rather than comfort or extra features, it does the job.

Price was acceptable at the time I was deciding whether to stay near the airport or not. I was not disappointed given the comfy room and free hotel airport shuttle ( shared with Holiday Inn EXPRESS next door and further up Holiday Inn, ....). It was raining in the morning when we were waiting for our big bus. As the bus did not turn right in front of Adagio or HI Express, we braced the winter rain to queue up with many people to board the big bus.
