The room is small, complete, everything is suitable for business trips. There is also a coffee machine outside the room, self-service, drinks in the refrigerator, very user-friendly, especially the airport shuttle, very good, but 6 euros a person

The room was spacious and very comfortable. There’s a Carrefour nearby where you can easily buy groceries. The receptionist was super friendly, and I loved the 24-hour coffee available in the lobby. The self-service laundry in the basement was also very convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Brussels!

A great hotel near the airport! A nice and comfortable room with delicious breakfast. 

The hotel offers a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. I arrived in the morning and wanted to store my luggage, but they gave me my room card straight away. What a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious, with a glass wall, allowing for great light. It also had a new electric kettle and refrigerator. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. I was very satisfied. I would recommend this place to friends. The number 26 bus to the city center is a 7-minute walk from the hotel entrance, and a one-way ticket is 3 euros (pay by credit card).

After staying there for several days, the people in the rooms outside were either talking and laughing loudly or opening the doors loudly, as if we were in a vegetable market!

I love the ambiance of the hotel. Easy check in. Clean room and able to provide additional amenities like iron and iron board. Warm welcome by the staff. Love it!

Hotel has very central location on the nice street eith a lot of cafe and restaurants. Ladies on reception are absolutely friendly and professional and ready to help. Their hospitality is fully consistent this hotel motto ”Come as a stranger leave as a friend”. Hotel is eco-friendly - no excessive cleaning, plastics etc. But if you need you will receive. Breakfast was good.
