Affordable hotel at the heart of Manila Chinatown! If you want to experience Manila Chinatown, the world's oldest chinatown, then the Ramada is the best place to start. I took a Binondo Food crawl and decided to book a room so I can fully enjoy Binondo. The room was quite spacious, wide doors and hallways (good access for people on wheelchairs), and quiet. Surprisingly very quiet! Despite it's very central and busy location, I was able to sleep and rest quietly. Aside from the occasional church bell, you won't really hear much of the noise from downstairs. As yu step out of the hotel lobby, you will be welcomed by the hustle and bustle of Binondo. Food stalls and restaurants everywhere. It is a gastronomic adventure and a shopper's paradise. Just a few steps away from the long lines of foodies are bazaars and shops where you can find anything from clothes to jewelry to Chinese charms.
At the top of the hotel is Mento, their in-house dining spot, their breakfast buffet is decent but nothing too exciting. You may skip this and go straight outside, you'll need your appetite to fully experience all the food choices available. Just be ready to fall in line for minutes, some really popula shops have lines that go for hours!
Overall the hotel is nice, comfortable and quiet. It may feel a bit old, and could use some refurbishing, but I say that's part of the Binondo charm. Old city, rich in tradition, but feels quite like home.From€34

The family suite we booked was incredibly spacious and clean, giving us plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept soundly.
The highlight for our children was definitely the indoor pool and kids' play area. It was a perfect way for them to burn off energy, and it was well-maintained. The location was also fantastic, being close to manila ocean park and luneta.
The staff, particularly the front desk team, were so welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

I love the service! Hospitality is amazing I feel it's the one of the best in SEA for a 4 star hotel. Compliments to the staffs that check my room upon check out and found my glasses I forgot to pack. They returned it almost immediately upon check out.

I complained and had to add extra to be put in a room with a balcony the least but it still wasnt the room i originally booked. Aircon is old so it didnt really become cold. I am very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. My mother and I stayed for the New Year's Eve. So there are a lot of fireworks. But the fireworks didn't bother us at all. I think it's because of the window glass that they installed which made the room somehow soundproof.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. what we noticed is the nice interior design of their lobby at the 4th floor and the friendly staff. We liked that they also have sauna facilities and an inner patio/park at the 5th floor that serves as the view of surrounding rooms. My kids loved their calamansi drink during breakfast. It is also convenient that the hotel has a connecting way to Lucky Chinatown Mall..Few things that we noticed that they can improve on would be:
-Their breakfast selection (maybe add cereals for kids)
- TV cable needs auto configure everytime you turn them on
-Spa area needs to be maintained and should have at least 1 staff manning the place.

The interior of the building is very old because it is unmanaged.
There are many Chinese people inside the building, so it is inconvenient to use the elevator.
It's particularly annoying when I use it at mealtimes.
Room condition is special. I used to buy toiletries personally.

We managed to check into the room on the third try. The first room was smoky, the second with a loud old air conditioner, we agreed to the third, because we were very tired from the night flight, although we were not thrilled with it. For early check-in at 8 am, they asked for an extra charge of 500 pesos. The location of the hotel is good, everything is nearby. Filipino breakfasts, monotonous, according to the menu, but there is always rice and an egg in the dish, only the third ingredient changes. Coffee is included in the breakfast. No fruits. No vegetables either. Pros: the room has a kettle, a refrigerator and a microwave. We were shocked by the presence of a gap (about 20 cm) between neighboring rooms. This was discovered after checking into the neighboring room, when we could hear the TV, the child, etc. as in our room. Everything was covered with a curtain and was initially not visible. But otherwise, in general, a good hotel. It will do for 1-2 days.From€17

Simple but perfectly clean room and bed. It is convenient to get from/to the airport, so we took a room between flights. Absolutely friendly guys at the reception. We reached the historical area of Intramuros on foot in 25-30 minutes. The area is very calm. If you don’t expect anything extraordinary from the room, then don’t hesitate to book! 100% recommend!
