This room is really great. First of all, the bed is spacious and comfortable, so that people can relax completely as soon as they lie down. Secondly, the cleanliness and comfort of the room impressed me, and there were almost no problems with mosquitoes, so that I could enjoy my journey with peace of mind. In addition, the air conditioning equipment in the room is effective, no matter how hot the weather outside, I can enjoy the cool temperature in the room. Overall, it was a great stay experience and I will definitely recommend this room to my friends.

The experience on the Erina Cruise was perfect. The boat is very comfortable and beautiful. The room is spacious and luxurious. The bed was perfect, it's a shame I didn't have more time to lie down. The boat provides numerous activities for travelers: fishing, cycling, diving, beaches, live performances, kayaking, heated pool, cable TV, etc. The included meals are very tasty and the service in the restaurant is remarkable. The cleaning of the room was excellent. My special thanks to the employee Lee who was kind and even learned a few words in my language to communicate with me. The music on the boat was very pleasant too. To help other travelers, I leave two tips: 1 - stay for at least 2 nights to make the most of the experience. Ha Long Bay deserves all the attention given. 2 - The internet is quite unstable. If you need to work, consider an alternative to what is offered on board.

We have travelled a lot throughout Vietnam .This apartment was immaculately cleaned , all ammenities and the location was superb , close to everything with a view of the entire Bay. The local knowledge and assistance given to us by the host Kevin made our vacation even more complete. Would highly recommend.Will visit and stay here again. 10/10. I stayed at this hotel because I am familiar with Novotel in Jakarta, Indonesia. I got a 10% discount by using Trip Coins.
I really enjoy es my stay at Novotel Ha Long Bay.
1. The room is extremely spacious. I would say that 3 people moving around would be no problem at all. The bed is also large.
2. The amenities are superb, I got all I need and some of those are eco-friendly items.
3. Not only the bedroom, the bathroom is spacious too. Wow!
4. The staffs are humble and understanding. At first I requested a late checkout until 12.30, yet I changed it to 13.00 because I just got back from my friend’s wedding. Furthermore, they always helping me order Main Linh taxi.
5. Squeaky clean!!! I love clean property!!!
Unfortunately, there is no bidet. Indonesians use bidet daily. There is no option a of Halal food, yet it is okay, that is just common in Vietnam. Overall, my experience was impressive to the point I even take photos for the purpose of reviewing how good this hotel was.

The hotel is centrally located, convenient to travel. Rooms are large, clean. Friendly staff, change to a corner room when guests ask. Next to the hotel is a karaoke mixed bar, so if in the tail rooms 01-04 it will be a bit noisy.

The price is cheap, the space is spacious, and absolutely clean. There are shopping malls nearby, and there are also seafood noodle shops. It tastes good. It takes about 10 minutes to go up the mountain. There are also many cafes with beautiful views. I highly recommend the best view coffee I went to this time.

GGuest UserRoom is superb clean. Facilities are good. Location wise is far from tuan chau harbour & Bay chai harbour. Do not trust the transport that arrange by hotel's lady! Is not even taxi nor hotel's car, is a personal car who trying to charge high price. (1) We requested hotel to pick us up at 14km away from. Pre-comunicate via WhatsApp is 200k vnd, and when we arrived hotel, the guy intend to charge us 250k vnd but lastly we show him supporting proof & called hotel then only allowed 200vnd. (1) we also ask the hotel lady to book taxi from hotel to 6.1km away for where our bus pick us. Same guy again, with same trick. We ask the lady how much will be the cost , she ask us not to worry as is meter will 1km 12k vnd. Then we insist and the price range then she mentioned range 100k-150k. When end of the trip. We are asking to pay for 150k vnd without using meter. Conclusion, very nice & clean hotel but do not ask hotel reception for taxi. Or if want, insist them to book a proper taxi for u with pre-agree price. Not personal type car.

GGuest UserA hotel located in a ghost town in a new city. Of course, it is free from motorcycle and vehicle noise. Instead, they are free from restaurants and convenience facilities. The facilities are a clean hotel in a new building, but it is not very crowded, so it feels like there is a shortage of staff. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, but it is not maintained and seems to be lacking in various aspects of the staff. I was embarrassed because the blanket was a single layer. There are a lot of mosquitoes around.

MMaximOxWe had a great time, but our expectations were a little disappointed. You need to understand that you will not spend 3 days and 2 nights in a luxury room on board a beautiful ship, sliding between rocky cliffs. It's not like that. It's designed a little differently.
The ship is in a bay, to which you are taken for about 1 hour on a small boat with wooden benches, and the same is the return trip. Then, you refuse to go on board, the journey begins. But you will only go 1.5-2 km on a luxury ship, enjoying the views and that's it. The cruise is over. The ship drops anchor in another bay.
You will also be taken to all other activities on small, less comfortable boats. That is, this is not a cruise, but a floating hotel.
The Executive Suite with an excellent view and a balcony is located at the tail, so while moving it is very noisy and smells strongly of diesel fuel. The sheets in the Suite were torn, the floors were dusty, the robe had shoe prints. Well, not the declared 5th visit, let's say.
The food is a solid 3*. Everything is delicious, but there is no variety.
We felt like a welcome guest when communicating with Dian, who answered all questions and was always there, even accompanied us on one of the excursions.
The bay is amazing!

BBaldeepWas amazing attitude and service . They gave me early checkin by 8 hours for free . Also gave free breakfast for that day . Manager was very friendly and helpful for other helps we required to visit places in halong bay. Main reception/lobby was under construction for few weeks which should be ready in January 2025

Just the front staff was confused and made us sit 1 hour for nothing and tried tricking us to a smaller room then the ones we booked since they loved saying room is not ready only when we became little strict they gave us the room so not sure why trouble us when we had a small kid with us
Otherwise the facility and rooms were clean but the struggle to have us reach our room was really an awful experience
