4-Star Hotels in Bay of Plenty, New Zealand

This is the accommodation that I’ll recommend to those who are looking for a nice place to stay when visiting Rotorua. The kitchen is well-equipped & spacious. The rooms are clean & flawless.

A very clean hotel with a very welcoming front desk, which made us feel at home in a foreign country. Facilities: Very stylish Hygiene: clean nice environment Service: warm The location is very good. I will stay here again next time. Recommended to everyone.

We really enjoyed staying in Thermal Park, staff are friendly, facility is excellent, and location is perfect. We were originally booked for one night only, but fell in love with this place and stayed three nights instead.

We had a generally pleasant experience in Rydges Rotorua. though there were a few drawbacks. The hotel rooms are showing signs of age, and overall cleanliness in our bedroom was just average. A particular letdown was the rusty kettle provided in the room. On the positive side, the hotel offers a good range of amenities, including a heated swimming pool, spa and a children's playroom which are great for families. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options and was a nice way to start the day. While it's not perfect, this hotel is a fair choice for families looking for a comfortable stay with decent facilities.

Very nice and new place in a tranquil environment.  We enjoyed the spacious apartment. Bright and new , just how one would like it.

Upon checking in at night, we found that the reception wasn't at the main entrance. We had to call someone to guide us in, as the room itself was located down a narrow alleyway right next door, allowing direct vehicle access. The bathroom had a towel warmer, which was very convenient, but the power outlet in the bathroom wasn't working. The room was split-level and relatively clean. Female guests might find the secluded entrance a bit unsettling. Otherwise, everything was great.

After watching the location of the farm, it is very easy to find. There is a children's paradise and alpaca lamb. The only bug is the laundry room. It can be used between 9-18:00, but I arrived almost six o'clock, and I had to check out at ten o'clock the next day. There was no time to wash clothes. I'm going to the next hotel to see if I can wash my clothes.

Generally speaking, although all the hotels booked during the self-driving trip around New Zealand may not be available in luxury hotels (after all, the population density is very low), basically all the hotel beds are very comfortable and clean, which is really important. During the day, we are basically outside either driving or hiking, so having a comfortable and clean bed when we rest really ensures our sleep quality. I was mentally prepared before arriving at the room every time, but in fact, every time it was a little bit beyond my expectations. Like the one I booked in Rotorua this time, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding and mattress were very comfortable, and there was an extra bed in the room. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has an oven, the bathroom has a washing machine, and it's very close to the busiest streets. Because the itinerary is very tight, I arrive at the hotel very late every time and leave very early, so the above conditions are considered satisfactory for self-driving travel👍👍

Nice hotel. Every things good Specially the worm pool. Only the room Temperature is hot. And the air conditioner not cooling well when we spoke with staff they offered a Fan and that not enough during a summer time Recommended to during winter time
