I spended my best time of my life at Heevan retreat , beautiful views , great hospitality , extraordinary cleanliness . We booked deluxe room but our room was upgraded to deluxe with balcony(room 34) by Mr Riyaz . Thank u so much Mr Riyaz for making our stay comfortable and memorable .

The food was awesome The room are huge and very clean special thanks to Mr Tilak raj from house keeping to maintain this kind of standard The hotel is very close from the Halipad only need to improve in their service The front office staff Mr Pawan was very polite and the check in process was also very smooth The ambience is also very good.

I think this is undoubtedly the best place one can find in Srinagar to stay. Starting from the checkin to services to facility.. everything is just indescribable. Live music throughout the evening is the cherry on top. Even the breakfast and dinner have a huge options to choose from. Special shoutout to Ms. Mahpra from Front Office. Mr Akram and Me Zohaib have been phenomenal throughout our stay. Mr Salman as an all-rounder. Really really glad I am coming back again in 3 days and all my future bookings in Srinagar will be without a doubt here only.

I was Lucky to find Brown Palace online which was matching my tast like to stay from all crowds of busy pahalgam twon . The location was great accommodation was outstanding newly bulid premium rooms with centrally heating the food was fresh delicious and always fresh cooked. The staff was so much helpful they can arrange your requirements just in minutes. I highly recommend this cosy place to every kind of traveller. Wow. Wow. Wow. This resort is still memorable. Even though this resort is quite far from city. The stay here is still memorable,Had stayed for 3 days and all I can say about the place is just amazing. Has a playing place maybe a table tennis board where I enjoyed a lot playing TT, carpet used in resort is very attractive and high quality and standard of carpet,The rooms are really excellent. The quality of service, room service, food, behavior and everything is amazing. Makes us feel like we are at home. Had been through Cox's and Kings and definitely they gave a good 3star but it's worth a 5 star rating. If you goin. You can definitely stay here. Well recommended
