”Nestled atop a hill, this hotel offers breathtaking views of majestic Merapi Mountain. The serene atmosphere, picturesque padi fields, and scenic vistas make for a tranquil retreat. Watch trains chug along from the comfort of your haven, and indulge in a rejuvenating experience.
Exceptional service, friendly staff, and top-notch efficiency ensure a memorable stay. Highly recommended for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.”
Truly recommended !!!
Excellent service that made us so comfortable and the breakfast is so delicious with a wide variety. Their traditional welcome drink (also served at breakfast) is so delicious. We also ate dinner in the hotel one of the nights and the food was consistently good with an enjoyable live music performance. We left our phone charger in the hotel when checking out and the hotel even messaged me and offered to send it to me within IDR100k freight cost. Highly recommended.

We spent 3 nights here with M Club lounge room. Everything was good. It's staff services, breakfast, and lounge access. We will definitely come back to stay in the future when we come to Jogja again.
It was a good experience. The hotel is Majestic and Beautiful. The location is good although walking out from the hotel to the main road is quite a challenge, going up and down slopes. The staff are welcoming.
Food at its Restaurants are excellent.
Service is good and the waiters are well mannered.
Getting around is also easy with Gojek or Grab.
We love it.
We were greeted warmly on arrival by Septi who arranged our check-in. We were told our rooms were not ready as we arrived well before the check-in time at 3pm. We went to Marioboro, the main shopping street in the city. And we're notified by WhataApp when our room is ready. We were assigned a room on the 6th floor that has a beautiful view of the pool and golf course.
The hotel has a large compound and is designed like a resort. It is old but everything works. The facilities are all not far away. You don't get these in new hotels anymore.
The breakfast was were good with a good spread of local and international fare and daily change of menu. We enjoyed 3 breakfasts during our stay.
Overall all the staff were friendly and gave their best warm service with a smile. We felt very relaxed and welcomed.
Keep it up Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta!
I was looking which hotel to choose in Yogyakarta for sometime and decided to take this hotel because of its central location and quality. I can say that we liked everything and we’ve been six people or two families of three each. Very convenient parking service for the car. Excellent breakfast and quality of rooms. There is also SPA Centre inside which should be reserved, but they provide really good quality local massage.
We had above and beyond expectations customer service at the hotel. Rooms were so clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. The bed was so comfortable. Love the hotel.
The hotel overall is amazing. Pros: Very nice room with wide balcony, facilities are great, there is ATM BCA inside the hotel (very nice), beside the small palace which has historical value (great one), beside big mall either, nice pool, good garden, hospitality of staffs, and located near center of Jogja.
Cons: Shower selection problem (need maintenance/replace), parking way to turn on inside parking building is smaller than ideal (hard to turn for Pajero, Fortuner or big cars).
But the total rank is vety good. Thanks.
Amazing

MMichaelEasiest our favourite Hotel in Yogyakarta. We have stayed at many and the welcome and generally happiness of the staff is what puts this hotel apart. Our room was neat and clean with a balcony overlooking the forecourt.
The location is good and you are able to walk to many places, although bluebird taxis are always available.
AAnonymous UserNot a 5 star hotel standard. Okay for local customer, NOT for foreigner.
1. Check-in fast: staff is nice
2. Hygiene is terrible: blood stain, ink stain found at the beding and pillows. Cleaning staff well trained to hide the stain. 2 nights slept with the blood stained bedding. Towel is dirty, can't use.
3. Room: curtains cannot block sun light, will make you wake up at 6 in the morning. Room sound proof needs improvement, balcony door is locked BUT with gap, street sound directly comes in.
4. Spa: menu at the room with each service price listed. BUT the ridiculous spa reception informed minimum charge 320,000 IDR no matter which section you chose.
5. Location is fair, close to all.

MMia TedjoIt was a pleasant experience for four of us in two different types of room (which were also very considerate that we stayed next to each other without additional requests). The private pools were the highlight of our stay, not to mention that there is a main pool as well. Staff are very helpful and we managed to borrow three bikes (included in the room rate). Other activities were also provided with advance booking, however not all were available and there was a minimum number of person to be able to run activities. Generally a great stay.
DDaniel OrlandoThe Jambuluk Hotel was very pleasant to rest at during our travel in Indonesia . The Staff are very friendly and attentive. We could name various members of the Staff but in particular we would like to recommend Annga- he drove us for a full day to visit the Parabaran Temples , the Morapi Volcano and the Borobudur Temple - showing great kindness and in depth knowledge. A good guy 😎👍👍
