Always comfortable and a good stay. We were given a room with window to the east, sunrise with the Lawu Mountains was awesome and the morning sun streaming in. So good.

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to express our appreciation for the overall experience during our recent stay at Gumaya. The hospitality, cleanliness, and amenities provided were commendable and made our trip very enjoyable. However, I regret to inform you that our otherwise pleasant stay was disrupted on our final night. Without prior notice or permission, one of your housekeeping supervisors entered our room abruptly. This unexpected intrusion not only compromised our privacy but also left us feeling uncomfortable and surprised, especially considering the high standard of service we had experienced throughout the rest of our stay. We understand that housekeeping plays a critical role in maintaining the hotel, but we believe that guests’ privacy and consent should be respected at all times. We kindly ask that this matter be looked into and appropriate measures taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope to return in the future under better circumstances.

The room is hard to describe. After the epidemic, Southeast Asian hotels have really regressed. The sheets are not so clean and there are bugs. Fortunately, the service is still online and simple, and the SPA is still as good as before.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. What I like most about this hotel is the staffs welcoming hospitable attitude whenever they see me arrive at this hotel. The hotel is also strategically located nearby a shopping centre. Breakfast service was 7/10. Food was replenished very slowly.

I recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable. As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip. Room is spacious and clean except the shower can do with a bleach to remove the scum in between the tiles, in the corners, etc

The hotel is so close with Paragon Mall. If you are typically travelers who needed access to shopping mall, Po Hotel is the best choice. Breakfast is nice, there are a lot of menu choices and also the price is cheaper than others.

Staffs: Very friendly Room: 3rd floor, the view is neighbour's roof. Parking lot: very limited Breakfast: good, but there was a dead caterpillar. The chef apologized and explained the process in the kitchen. This incident was unintentional. Location: down town, close to Pasar Gede, Alun-alun, Balai Kota, Benteng, and so on. Drinking water: askthe staff for a refill Hotel theme: Javanese (and Batik) culture, with statues everywhere and masks in the room. Overall: good to excellent

The environment, location, and hardware are nothing to say, and it only takes a five-minute drive to Borobudur. However, as a four-star (five-star?) hotel, the quality of the staff is somewhat uneven. From laundry services to catering, there are varying degrees of difficulty in communicating in English. Some staff even seem at a loss. In addition, the breakfast options are extremely limited, and the styles are mainly Indonesian. The hot dishes are basically cold when you eat them every day.

The most amazing hotel I every stayed at!!! The location and view is absolutely stunning! I booked a private villa with swimming pool and I've never had a more luxurious experience. Fantastic service (most of the staff are local). The food is freshly made and brought to your villa. If you want to treat yourself, I highly recommend the Villa Borobudur Resort!!!
