Excellent location and only about 3 minutes walk away from the Old town area. This hotel is very new and the rooms are spacious (for Europe standards) and very clean/modern. They have a nice bar area downstairs and the breakfast buffet is excellent as well. Its right on the waterfront so you get some great views of Split. There is also underground parking at a reasonable price per night.

The hotel is not in the old city on the edge of the old city, but because the old city is not big, it is very convenient to visit the old city. Good location, beautiful views and small rooms. Service was good overall, but uncle was weaker when checking out. I couldn't find the bill I signed for consumption. The hotel documents issued were all in local language and I couldn't understand. It was said that the packaged breakfast was not available. I later complained and replied that I did not take it.
